Several empty bays. Took an hour to get in. Sat in the bay for 2 hours before they touched it. Its gonna be 4 hours to get 4 little tires mounted and balanced. I will never use them again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Came to Walmart a few weeks ago for an oil change and had a bad experience Decided to come back for them to air up tires that I needed done and talked with Jamie, the manager, about our previous experience and she told us she heard about it after and wanted to make it right. She went out of her way tonight to fix what someone else had messed up. Big props to the crew working tonight and to Jamie!Services: Tires, Oil change

Again the auto center has failed good customer service. The staff were fine, had to refuse to install the tires from the web site due to new Walmart policies. I had to return the tires for a refund. Again WallyWorld tied up my funds.. Upate10/21/22 The Dot com still delays my cancellation even after the Auto center has installed 3 tires from a different supplier. How much interest are they getting from delayed return of funds notionwide?Service: Auto tire replacement

The only reason they get any stars is because of the employees they had back there. They work their hind ends off. The management and company are failing these employees! Props to the employees and all their hard work! Walmart... give these people a dang raise! Show your appreciation to these guys!

Good service but they stay pretty busy and don't answer the phone, so it's best to just swing by and do a walk-in.

I arrived at 6:54 pm and I was having a tire going flat when i got there. I went in and stood by the counter waiting for a technician to come in and check me in. at 7:28 finally one came in and told me that it was too close to quiting time and they were not taking on anymore jobs that night. They watched me come in from the outside door and instead of telling "hey we are closed." They had me wait and then told me after i waited on them. Very unprofessional.

I went here to get my oil changed. They were very fast and the employee who was helping me was wonderful! She answered all my questions and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Great service just took awhile. I was able to shop in the store but still had to wait in the waiting area good 15 to 20 minutes. Only issue I have

Good luck getting them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment for any kind of automotive service. Terrible customer service.

Took 2 hours and had oil spilled all over my bumpers and engine bay and almost certin they stole my zippo really walmart do better.
