I walked in and felt like I stepped back in time 30 years. People are great and started talking to me like I'd been coming there for years. Took my pressure washer in for warranty service. Didn't expect it but they called me literally 30 minutes after I got back home telling me it was ready. Just a good old home town parts house. Wish I lived closer I'd buy all my parts from them.

They had absolutely no customers in their store and still were somehow too busy to politely answer a simple question without being rude to me! I don't understand why they are a hart authorized service partner if they have no interest of helping one of harts customers! I feel like I was keeping them from conducting business the way they spoke to me and all I asked was about the warranty on my hart battery !

I went in and bought a battery, I went to leave and my car wouldn't start. Thankfully the mechanic named Chris came and put the battery in for me without hesitation. Very kind and knowledgeable. I didn't have to stand around waiting for service. Very fair priced. Thank you again for the kind and quick service today, especially Chris! It didnt go unnoticed!

Bought a propane heater they said waa for indoor use. Turns out it was outdoors only. Took it back, unused, and they refused to refund it. Shysters!!! Won't do business there ever again. Been going there for years. Never again. Crooks!!

0 STARS!!! Dropped mower off to be worked on. They had it for a week, called a few times to check on the progress. They never knew where my mower was or who was working on it. Finally got it back after they said they replaced a modulator. Mower still isn't working right. Called to speak with the owner, Joe White. He didn't know anything. Told me to call back tomorrow to talk to the guy who worked on it. So I asked him why he doesnt know whats going on in his own shop. He responded with "uh, ya know what. Bye" then hung up on me. I will NEVER return here or recommend them to anyone. I have found a professional business in Hopkinsville instead.

They are fair priced, they are helpful people and it is right around the corner from me. Chris, the one who works on there weed eaters and lawn mowers and chainsaws and Etc is a miracle-working genius!

Not only good with mowers, they'll take care of your auto parts too! Frankie jumped in when my old Jeep's radiator hose bit the dust and jumped in to help me out. These guys are great. Thanks a bushel Parts City!

Took our side by side to the store expected it to be there several days while they repaired it. We got a call in approximately 2 hours telling us what was wrong with it,the cost, & it was repaired. The cost was reasonable.

Any part they got it can find and get. Small engine repairs and chainsaw needs are professionally handled. Done right the first time.

Helped me track down a pulley for my lawnmower. All I had was the model number for the mower. If they dont have it in stock, they can track it down and order it.
