Fantastic Service totally focused on taking care of all my needs! John Stivers was very professional and knowledgeable about the service my Hoseboat engine needed and actually showed me the parts on his computer that were needed for the service. I really appreciated the time you spent making sure I understood what it might entail. I will always use your store for all my Marine needs at Lake Cumberland Kentucky.

John and everyone there is always pleasant to work with. They have taken care of our houseboat on numerous occasions. No matter how busy they always come through and have us up and running before we get to the lake. In addition they have often spent time helping us trouble shoot problems over the phone when we are out on the water which is much appreciated. Most places wouldn't take the time to do this. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done for their boat or generator.

This Marine is always willing to help you and talk through the issues!!! Dropped my boat off on a holiday with some issues and they responded the next morning. Thx Tom/John and all the others involved in getting my boat fixed and making me feel a part of the family at Unlimited Marine. 5 star service is hard to come by in this area and there's only one place to go, so don't make a mistake trust in their team!!!

Shoutout to Tom at Unlimited Marine! They serviced our boat recently and we went out today and had an issue; had to come back off the water . Called them and they had me bring it back in, and they worked passed closing to help us get back on our favorite lake in a matter of an hour! Unfortunat situation but they went beyond to help us. Incredibly grateful we still got to enjoy our day out on the water with family!

I came to the lake from Louisville and absolutely could not get my engine started. Someone told us about Unlimited Marine and said they were one of the better boat dealers in the area. We didn't know what to expect from a dealer this large. These guys went out of their way to help me out and got my engine running perfectly while we waited! There are not many of these types of people that would give a stranger priority service. They saved my fishing trip!.

We traveled about 3 hours to lake cumberland only to realize we left our boat key at home! They changed out our ignition and were so helpful and nice. Highly recommend them!

Super helpful people! Aereator pump went out and two staff members let us use their tools and fix it in their parking lot. Would reccommend this place to anyone.

The repairs done to my boat were sub par, and didn't find out how bad it was until a while later because I don't use the boat much and the service manager wouldn't even hear me out because it was over a year old repair. Sometimes you can't use your boat every year and it's not like a vehicle were you drive it year round to make sure the repairs were done correctly. I wouldn't trust them putting air in my tires.

Bought a new Tri-toon the first of May, Jimmy Wilson was the salesman, and he is a very nice guy. We had a engine cooling issue in July, and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend Unlimited Marine.

Great service. Very pleasant experience. From boats to many accessories. A few compounds and waxed also. Just before you get to Jamestown Marina. Go check these guys out if your boat needs serviced or if your looking for a new one.

I have been very happy with Unlimited Marine in my new Crestliner PT 20 boat purchase. Jimmy Wilson was the sales person I connected with back in 2016, he was very knowledgeable about the new PT 20. The entire support from the sales process, rigging the boat with options to taking it to the lake for break in. Unlimted Marine made sure I had everything thing I needed to get me on the water and on my way. I could have picked another dealer closer to where I live, but Unlimited Marine was able to answer all my questions and put me in the boat at the best price. Thank You Unlimited Marine!!
