I was absolutely amazed when I walked through the doors of O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Russell Springs, Kentucky. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me in finding the components I needed for my new work truck. Not only did they help me locate the parts, but they also took the time to provide recommendations on both high-end and low-end options. We were able to meet in the middle and find a part that worked perfectly for my truck.The professionalism and friendliness displayed by the staff at O'Reilly's Auto Parts was truly outstanding. From the moment I entered the store, they made me feel like part of their family. This level of service has won me over as a customer for life, and I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs.Thank you, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, for the exceptional experience. I just called and asked about price match on batteries with Highway 80 next door in Russell Springs Kentucky and the dude was rude will I never go back there again I guess the only nice one in town is Napa Advance Auto rude also

Several employees do not care what your needs are. They only wanna tell you what you need. The manager Justin was very rude, his mouth needs washed out

Great service, very helpful. Huge variety with decent prices. Call ahead orders welcome.Huge in stock items and special orders welcome. Great parking . And located at a very convenient place. Clean environment with friendly, helpful service.

Really don't like going here. Usually go to napa unless they don't have something I need. Staff will make you wait while they're on the phone for several minutes. I understand helping customers over the phone, but I don't see why they couldn't ring you up while they do so. Only go here as a last resort.

110% fan of O'Reilly's over napa, advance or anywhere for that matter! Always kind, courteous employees who have you in and out in a timely manner. They put forth the effort of greeting customers by their name every chance possible. If that isn't enough, whether it's a dollar cheaper or $100 cheaper, they always have the lowest prices of any of the parts stores around here and if they don't they will price match any of them. And who can HONESTLY say they have never sang the little O'Reilly's jingle they play on the radio...? Exactly, I'll wait.

Was here on a trip from Michigan and my alternator went out. They gave me all the tools I needed to get the new part in and get back on the road. Thank you very much. Shoutout to Kenneth he did everything he could to help the situation and was a top notch professional

Great. I didnt get name of that guy was good putting my battery on. After we need bolt and that bolt getting cable wire good in tight on the battery. Ready to rolling next 5 yrs. Great job O'Reilly. Thank you.

They really wasn't very helpful didn't come ask to help find anything for me after I got what I needed I was going to see about ordering a part but they didn't act like they really wanted my business so I'll go somewhere else

They have a very excellent product and have good warranties on their product but it is much cheaper to go to Hometown Auto. they have just as good quality and just as good product but O'Reilly's has more quantity and more selection and more product in stock

Nice Friendly place to get all your Auto Part, Tools, Auto Cleaning Supplies, & Auto Acc. A large invatory in stock. If nothing else just go in and shop. Take your woman with you and she can see the side of waiting on YOU...lol.

Wonderful. Sold me wrong antifreeze so I took it back. They let me exchange it, even the one I had opened before I realized it was wrong for my semi. Great guys here!
