While on vacation our check engine light came on. I went to the dealership to have it checked and if it was something that required fixing have them do the work. As I approached the business looked like a ghost town with maybe 2 vehicles on the lot for sale, and no sales people. I saw 3 people in the garage and entered the door marked service. As I entered the people inside could not act more annoyed at my presence. I explained my situation and the manager said he wouldn t be able to hook the code reader up today and besides, is $60 to have the code read in as condescending tone as possible. I apologized for contributing to his horrible day and said I would figure it out.BTW, Larry at O Reilly down the road never broke stride when I explained the situation, grabbed his reader and we walked straight to my car in the rain. It confirmed my suspicion that it was an O2 sensor, nothing that would prevent us from getting home, and he did it with a smile the entire time. He said travel safe and started to walk back inside, I followed and bought roughly $60 of items that I know I will need eventually.Larry: 1Lawhorn: 0

My truck had a brake dragging approximately 400 miles from home. Tim in service worked me in and took care of the issue, friendly service at a good price. I wish they were in my town.

Went there to possibly buy car, but no sales people, just owner to greet me. He was so hateful and acted better than me, that I would never buy there...
