Great service! They took my vehicle back right on my scheduled appointment. Very friendly and helpful staff. My vehicle was returned in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend.

I realized I was overdue for an oil change. They got me scheduled right away. The front staff were professional and friendly. The mechanic did a great job. I'm extremely happy with my service.

The guys at Don Franklin in Russell Springs have always done the best they can. Whether it s just an oil change and service, or if it s to fix something they are right on the job. Every time I have been at this location,the service team have went out of their way to make sure I am pleased with the service. I highly recommend them for their quality and friendliness.

The staff was friendly, I chose to finance through the dealership because they gave me a better deal on my trade. They came back with a very high interest rate above 4%. I found a deal of 2.34% through my own bank and when I told them I wasn t going to finance through them they threatened to reduce my trade value if I didn t use their bank. Then like magic they came up with a 2.7% rate and allowed me to keep my trade value. These are very shady practices and it makes me wonder how many other people they are taking advantage of. Most people trust that the dealer gives then the best rate possible, instead they went with the highest rate they could to meet the exact payment amount I stated was my max. We purchase a new vehicles every 3-5 years and they are normally $70k or higher. Because of this experience I will not buy another vehicle from Don Franklin auto group.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Roy last week. I was nervous purchasing out of state site unseen and was in a time crunch. The process started around 11am and the vehicle was delivered to me by 5pm...again, out of state! Brandon sent me pics of all imperfections and it arrived just as disclosed. Quick, efficient, and no hidden fees when I was presented the numbers. I would also like to recognize the managers involved and the driver who delivered my vehicle. Outstanding purchase. I had excellent service from the first phone call to schedule my oil change. The young gentleman, Luke Richards, was very professional and courteous. Worked with me on a time that fit my schedule. When I dropped my car off, I chose to wait until it was finished. My car was taken in, service was done in a very timely fashion!!! So happy I chose Don Franklin Russell Springs to buy my car and do my maintenance there!!!
