I can't say enough good about the people at Extreme! They really proved their expertise on our rather neglected International, all while meeting our tight deadline. The aluminum shines brighter than new, and the paint looks better than I thought possible. Thank you guys and gals!!!

Rented a U-Haul from this company and came to pick up gates are pad locked no way and they already took their money. Don t offer services if you can t do your job! This has severely impacted our day.

I didn't have any direct interaction with them, my body shop sent my vehicle to them for cleaning and detailing after accident repairs they did an outstanding job on the inside and outside of our van it hadn't looked as good since it was new. That being said they also cleaned the engine compartment and while it looked like new it wasn't long before we started experiencing electronic failures under the hood. I'm not saying it's their fault but it seems strange that a vehicle that had been trouble free for ten years suddenly is having a lot of electrical failures under the hood after having their service.

This place is my preferred auto shop to have my car detailed and worked on. When i purchased my car I needed minor fix ups and a paint job. Nelson Sr. was able to do the service at a much lower price then all the other quotes i had received. Car was in tip top shape once they got done with it. Paint job and the minor fixes were completed in 3 days! which is much better than an entire week car less.Ive also used their U-haul services twice & have never had a complaint. I love the fact that they are family owned & operated. #supportlocalbusiness #supportminorityownedbusinesses

I have used their services on multiple occasions and each time all my needs were met!They are an authorized uhaul dealer and cant always control how the system is running but they are always willing to service your need. I also love the fact that they speak spanish, english, and german! Always welcoming and family oriented.Nelson Sr. seems to know all about polishing, detailing, and even car sales! If he doesn't have what you're looking for i guarantee you he can guide you in the right direction! Recommend to all my family & friends!My Car has been detailed 3 times and each time its been a good experience. If there are any discrepancies they take care of you right then and there. Unlike other places once you leave and notice the service wasn't to your liking it is too late to ask them to fix it.Extreme Polishing & Detailing is my preferred shop! :)

Stopped by to have my ARE Bed Cap painted and waited for an estimate to get it done. They took all the measurements needed to perform the job I requested and then blew me off. Been 4 weeks waiting for estimates, I guess only if you drive a big rig you can get work done here. Thought this might be the place to go to for paint repair but I was wrong.Look other places for better customer experience because you are not going to get it here. If your one of my military brothers or sisters look else where. Your money isn t good enough for this place. Mine wasn t. I ll take my business elsewhere.

Shady Authorized Uhaul Dealer! I rented a Uhaul around 11:30 am for a couple of hours to make a Goodwill Donation. About 5 pm the same day, I was advised by the owner, Nelson Sr. to return the Uhaul key in the drop box. A few days later I noticed 2 additional bank charges from Extreme Polishing and Detail of $26.23 (for a total of $52.46)When I contacted the owner, Nelson Sr. by phone he informed me that he couldn't pull the contract up and his wife wasn't there- but will be there in 5 min. I drove to Extreme Polishing Detail in order to try to resolve the additional charges. When I arrived his wife still hadn't arrived. I asked him to review my contract. He informed me that he checked the truck in the same day I dropped it off and the gas hand was not on a half of tank (like when I received the Uhaul truck). I assured him the proper amount of gas was replaced. I then asked him to show me a picture of the gas hand of when he checked the truck in. He informed me that he doesn't take pictures- that he does a visual inspection. I then asked him to look at my dated gas receipt and compare the amount of purchased gallons to the number of miles driven. He refused! And told me to take it up with Uhaul because he had nothing to do with it. LESSON LEARNED, ALWAYS FORMALLY CLOSE A CONTRACT!

They met my needs for an impromptu appointment, did a great job at a descent price. I would advise you to be specific when telling them exactly what you want. Overall I would go back to them
