Had a great time working with Velocity. Found a new vehicle with them, talked to them on the phone, and came to an agreement. They had all the paperwork ready to go. That was really nice since I lived about 2 hours away, and I'm confident I will go back to them in a year to buy my daughter her fist car when she gets her license.

This is the best place I have ever bought a car. They are friendly and willing to work for you. Steven was very informative and open throughout the whole process. He really put me at ease with everything. I was able to do so much via text with him so the in office process was smooth and quick. This was a great help since I work through the week. Steven needs 10 out of 5 stars

I have never had such a great experience when buying a car! They really do welcome you and treat you like family. The owner and dealer worked hard to get me into a car I wanted for a great price and was determined. I would recommend to anyone and everyone to go here if you are looking for a car! they are genuine and make the process very smooth and the car quality is awesome!

I just purchased my son's first care from Steven at Velocity. His approach to customers and sales is very different from what I have experienced in the past. He was very open about the history and condition of the vehicles he showed me. He was very low pressure and wanted to ensure that I had time to look at and test drive any vehicle that I was interested in without it feeling like he was hovering over me, just anxious to make a sale. I left feeling confident in the vehicle options I had explored and let him know I was going to take a few days to consider my options, which he took no issue with, simply ensuring I had his contact information in case there were any questions or concerns he could address for me. I appreciated his willingness to do business without inserting any unneeded sense of urgency. We will surely return for future business.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was not pushy, like I have in the past at larger dealerships. Stephen was great! I wanted to take the weekend to think about it after my test drive and he was completely understanding. Gave me his number and told me to let him know what I decided was best for me. When I let him know I wanted to move forward with the purchase, he got the process rolling immediately. He was transparent throughout every step of the process, always keeping me updated. I have already recommended Velocity and I ll continue to do so. We will be sure to return to Velocity the next time we are looking to buy. Give them a try, you won t be disappointed! A huge thank you to Stephen (&Eric) for all of their help!

Had a great experience with Velocity Auto Source! Recommended by a coworker. Initially worked with David when I was just checking them out. Steven finalized my car purchase. Both were awesome! Very patient & knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured to rush into a decision. I'm extremely happy with my new (used) Nissan Rogue!! I have and will continue to highly recommend.

I went and purchased my first vehicle by myself on Saturday and Steven Blankenship made the experience 1010 % easier. I did my financing over the phone and he got back to me with my approval the same day, on Friday, Saturday morning I was driving my new (to me) vehicle home. This was a monumental moment in my life and honestly it couldn t have been more of a breeze. Thank you for everything!

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and Steve. Found the car on their website and talked to Steve, gave me every detail, making me feel comfortable about the purchase. I work in another town so he waited on us to show us the vehicle. Held car for me with a deposit until financing with my credit union was completed. Then we went to pick up the car with funds and we had a traffic nightmare on I-75. Steve waited until after hours again to complete the purchase, had everything ready and we did the whole thing in 15 min. Such a great experience, if you need a good used car and better yet great service these are the guys I recommend!

We had the best experience with Steven at Velocity! From start to finish, he never made me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He was completely transparent about all the details and never tried any of the commonly misused sales garbage just to make a sale . I truly felt like this dealership cared about what I was looking for. If you re looking for a new car, these are the people you want to make a deal with. 100% recommend!!

Eric and the team at Velocity were phenomenal. I had an issue with my previous vehicle - they took the time to educate me on my options, were helpful in finding me suitable trade-in scenarios, and finally got me into a vehicle that I couldn't be happier with. I can't recommend them enough.

Guys this is a Great Place to Purchase a car! My wife and I stopped In looking for her a decent vehicle. I was reluctant to go to any dealership because of horrible experiences from past dealerships. Will Fox is a true professional with absolutely no "Jerk You Around" tactics. Eric Thomas is an amazing representative for a dealership industry whose professionalism should be emulated industry wide! Thanks so much for your patience with us, I'll certainly shop her again!

Wow! Velocity Auto Source has provided our best car buying experience. We had been shopping around for a specific make and model which led us to Velocity Auto Source. Online the pictures looked good and the price was great. We were very specific with our used car criteria and through the Velocity website, we could access the CARFAX. This assured us of the quality of the vehicle and we proceeded to contact the dealership to schedule a test drive. They responded quickly and an appointment was made for the next day. When we arrived, we met Steven (who had responded the previous day) and he proceeded to show us the car and sent us on our way for test drive. When we returned, he was ready to answer any questions. We had already made up our mind and were ready to purchase. Steven completed our purchase and was knowledgeable about pre-loan approval from our credit union. He was so patient and talked through each step. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We were so satisfied! In the future, we know that we will begin our car search with Velocity.

The staff here at Velocity is fantastic! Very warm and down to earth people! They sold my Mercedes SUV and my father in law's Dodge Challenger for me. The process was smooth and it was a joy working with them. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Eric and Steve when purchasing our Jeep Wrangler. We searched for a Jeep for quite some time and couldn t be happier with our decision to purchase from Velocity Auto Source. The customer service we received was top notch! Steven and Eric were great and made the car buying experience the best it can be. We had searched on-line for a replacement vehicle for our daughter that was closely similar to the one that needed replaced and Velocity had it and was the closest to us-just a short drive from Lexington. Very clean and comfortable office and very hospitable people.

Our family highly recommends Velocity Auto Source!We were looking for the exact right vehicle with all of our mandatory features for our daughter's first car. We found the perfect vehicle and a wonderful team at Velocity. We drove from Nashville, worked out all of the details and drove home in our new Jeep! The showroom is decorated in such a fun way; Eric, Steven, Phil and Sam were all so kind, respectful and maybe just as excited as we were. Wonderful experience!

Eric, Sam and Steve took care of us! Helped us with our 4Runner purchase in the exact color we wanted. They showed integrity and provided outstanding communication and transparency about the history of the car and financials of the deal. We got a fair trade and great deal on our purchase. So easy to deal with and friendly during the process. We drove two hours to complete this purchase and were welcomed like friends. Did exactly what he promised!
