I bought a 2023 KRX from Jeff Cromer a couple weeks ago. He posted bit on a KRX page and I inquired about it. Input a deposit on it and picked it up the following weekend. I'm happy with the machine I got, but his customer service was horrible. Didn't tell me anything about the machine, gave me very short one word answers when I asked him any questions, or answered with "I don't know". Parts department lied to me about selling me DOR tires for it. Then when I realized they were not DOR approved after all, their response was, "well my buddy owns a rental company in TN and he never gets hassled with those tires". I live in SC and so that did me no good. They didn't offer any solution to lying to me about it either. I definitely would not make the trip again to deal with them. Only reason I did is because this machine popped up and I jumped on it. Also, I told him one of the center caos was missing and Jeff told me he would send me one. I jist texted him and he blamed it on parts saying "they must have forgot". What a joke!

United Motorsports in Richmond was professional and polite. After searching and searching for a particular bike, Eli assisted me in finding the right bike, in a timely manner, and gave me an accurate out-the-door price upfront just days before Christmas! I highly recommend this business and working with the friendly staff. Service was exceptional and I will gladly shop here again.

after looking for a side by side all over florida i seen this place in kentucky with the best prices i could find. then i spoke to a gentleman by the name of broddy that made my first time buying experience super amazing and very easy to navegate . best sellsman i have ever dealt with. honest, very patience and helpful. only took me a couple of hours and i now own The side by side of my dreams. i highly recommend this dealer to make your experience all it should be. ask for broddy he ll make it happen for you .

Can never get ahold of these people. You can call parts and service ALL DAY LONG and the only department that will answer the phone is the front desk!! I would HIGHLY recommend United Motorsports in Lexington. Have purchase an off road vehicle from both and have had issues with Richmond almost every single time I ve needed something. Take your business to the one in Lexington!

I dropped off two dirt bikes (Honda 50 & 70) for minor repairs (clutch cable, carb rebuild and muffler baffle replacement) in December.And I STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM BACK! I have called every other week for months to get them back and still they are not ready.Keep being told, o they are being worked on right now. Let me call you back when they are ready.Worst bike service I have ever experienced in my life.

I came in not knowing what tires to go with, they helped me pick some, and even when I changed my mind for another size were extremely helpful and forgiving of my ignorance. Quentin in parts and Eli and in service were awesome. Thanks guys Logan Clinton and Miles!

I decided to buy my first new four-wheeler and checked a lot of different places. I am glad I chose this place. They have a really great selection of off-road bikess and atv's. I purchased a new Honda Foreman and i am very happy.The salesmen really try to make everything smooth and easygoing. I plan on doing business here again.

Bought a brand new fourwheeler from here and upon my first time riding it the front end fell apart damaging my shock,wheel, and a arm even though they said my warranty could be used anywhere once I talked to them after the fact they said I have to take it to them and drop it off for a couple days so they can enter a claim considering it s a 4 hour trip to and from that s a lot for me to do thru refuse to do anything else to fix the situation. Extremely poor customer service and their techs obviously aren t thorough would never give them my business again

Husband and I went in this evening interested in buying our family some outdoor toys. We walked around the whole entire store. We were not greeted by the girl at the desk that was too busy watching a movie on her laptop. Nor were spoke to by a single employee in there store to ask if we needed help with anything, what we were looking for, not a single word. We ended up walking out in shock. Not a good look at all.

Do not trust anything this business tells you!! I bought a new northstar at Richmond branch, also bought their extended warranty which nobody will honor, so I asked for a refund on it, they promised a refund weeks ago? Yet I haven't seen a dime, no one has any answers or returns calls now! So it is time to bash em! My lawyer is working one the case now! This happened to myself and a good friend!

They kept my bike for 4 months finally got it back on the first ride the shock flew out under the rear end didn't have a bolt in it caused my bike to break the uv joint and charged me 1700 bucks .so if u like to ride do not take them here thank you...

Great experience purchasing Yamaha Wolverine from Jeff Cromer! We bought a new one and unfortunately totaled it within a month. Jeff called us to see how we were doing and if anyone was hurt. So we bought another one from him! Great place highly recommend Jeff!

I dropped off a Honda Generator there for a warranty repair. The unit started and ran fine on full choke. When the engine warmed up the choke could only be run at half-choke. Opening the choke fully caused the engine to surge and run rough. I called American Honda and they told me to have it fixed. They said it wasn t good for the engine to run continuously at half-choke. After having the unit for almost two weeks the repair technician taught me that it was normal for the engine to run at half choke and perfectly ok. He also told me they put a new carburetor on the generator and it too ran at half choke. He suggested I leave and keep using it as is.I contacted a premium Honda repair facility near Lexington, KY, and they laughed at what the technician taught me . He said ridiculous statement.They repaired the generator and it now runs perfectly as it should.Beware! I wouldn t trust their service center at United Motorsports.

NEVER take your bike here for service. I dropped my fully functioning bike off to have the tires changed. When I went to pick it up I discovered the speedometer no longer worked due to a broken sensor. They denied any responsibility, said it was impossible that they had anything to do with it, and simply told me how much it would be to fix it.

We purchased a new 4 wheeler for our grandson on July 15 2023... we were told the carburetor may need some adjustments and to bring it back if to doesnt run right..and on or abouts July 23 we had to take it back to be worked on... we called a week later and were told the carburetor boot was blown... and they had to wait on parts...we called back a week after that and were told parts still hadn't arrived... and week or so after that we called and were informed that it needed a new airbox... and they were waiting on parts.. a week or so later we called again and were told the parts hadn't arrived.. we called again this past Monday and were told all the parts were in and we should be able to pick it up Tuesday evening...we didn't receive a call for pick up so we called back Wednesday and they said they were doing some fine tuning that they will call when its done...we call back today August 30 and we were told it needed a new carburetor... and the parts won't be in until next Thursday. they have had it longer that we have and they blame shipping on the delays... I think because it's a warranty job it's not a priority... will not recommend and will not be going back to buy a full sized one for my husband...

I called to see if they carried a part needed for my dirt bike. it was not in stock so they ordered it for me I paid while on phone.4 days later I got text saying my part came in so I go to pick it up. I get up to the counter and the guy at parts counter told me I had to pay an additional almost $15 dollars for shipping. True story.It's not about the money. I could of found my part at a different dealer in stock that day.It is not my fault it was not in stock. I got really upset. That is the kind of thing you would of expected to hear at a shady business. Im not saying they are shady. I laughed and only said 3 words and walked out very fast. REFUND MY MONEY .and left.this was my first time shopping at this place and my last .ROOKIE MISTAKE

Got my 2021 rzr pro xp 4 I was outta town when I seen it called Jeff Cromer and he hooked me up put my deposit on it and picked it up the next weekend all around great experience if I ever need another machine Jeff will get my business thanks again buddy

Went in to get a tire put on a rim took them two weeks to do it and they never even were able to I took it to another mechanic he did it in front of me in 5 minutes. Because of the inconvenience they gave me a free full service and when they brought out my bike they dropped it on the ground.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKES HERE FOR SERVICE!!!We brought our used Yamaha V-Star to United Motorsports in Richmond on June 27th. We needed new tires, a brake check, and an oil change as we had just purchased it. I asked them to go through the bike and check the shift shaft seal because I had noticed a small oil leak. The service person we dealt with was non-communicative and disinterested in providing us updates. He acted as though I was an annoyance when I called to get updates. After waiting nearly a month for the brake caliper to be fixed (new one needed to be ordered), I called, and they told me the item was back ordered and wouldn t be in for another month. Rather then having checked on it or reached out to let us know it would be so much longer, I guess they were just going to make us wait another month. I got the part ordered from EBay and brought it in. I dropped the new part off Monday (7/31) at 1000, hoping they would be able to install it and have our bike back because it had been nearly 6 weeks. They didn t finish it until Wednesday (8/2) in the afternoon. So all in all, it took them just over 5 weeks. I then drove the bike home and it is leaking oil from the shift shaft seal not even going to try to bring it back to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNITED MOTORSPORTS SERVICE!!! Find somewhere else to take your bike if you want arrive done well and in a timely fashion.

Myles Hurt!!!!! What a phenomenal guy!!!! Super courteous, super friendly, super nice. Kept me informed, updated, and in the loop the whole time my unit was in their shop. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Myles. Jeff was super nice to me also. Merry Christmas to the whole bunch.
