I work at Kentucky Collision and I have had a working relationship with Toyota South for a couple years. Mostly my interaction has been with Jason the parts manager. I ve not had a lot of great dealings with dealerships in the past when revolving around purchasing a vehicle. So I asked Jason if he could recommend a salesman for me, Jason had recommended for me to work with Leo. Leo is a very busy man, regardless was able to help me in purchasing a new vehicle for my wife regardless of my high expectations. He was truthful with me, straightforward and above all showed kindness. Between Leo Jason and the gentleman that done our financing that I cannot remember his name this is how they expressed purchasing a vehicle to me. To me I have never experienced the feeling of purchasing a vehicle properly anywhere else. If you re looking for a part I would recommend Jason above anybody else. I d also recommend Leo if you re looking at purchasing a vehicle. Also the gentleman in finance that is all the way to the left corner I m sorry I forgot your name. I would recommend him to do my financing any day. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to you in the future!

Leo is so knowledgeable, he took the time to explain the differences in the various aspects of a RAV4. Once I determined exactly which one I wanted, Leo found me one in being produced for a different dealership. He was able to secure my vehicle and I received it in less than a month. The financial part was a breeze, no stress! Once my SUV arrived, Leo took the time to help me setup my Toyota app and then he spent over an hour going over every button and switch in my truck. He missed his date with his granddaughter because he stayed late to go over everything with me. Leo truly cares about his customers. He even answered my text messages later that evening. I highly recommend you buy a vehicle at Toyota South, great group of people. Ask for Leo Aleshir, I promise you ll be in good hands. Below is a picture Leo sent me of my SUV once it was ready! My son bought his first New car here and the staff from start to finish was great. I've never been to car dealership where they made you feel welcome. There experience was like no other everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend if you are looking to buy a new car go check this place out. You won't regret. You will leave like wow what great place

Tammy in Service Support was amazing to work with while I got a recall taken care of. She initiated contact a week before the appointment and followed up in the days leading to my service. She was super friendly, informative and professional. Tammy and the Service Dept came all the way to Lexington, picked up my car and had it back in my parking spot before my work day was over! 5-Star Service for sure! Thanks again!

I had such a great experience buying from Toyota South! Buying a car is stressful but they were so wonderful to work with. I live an hour and a half away and they were willing to send me additional pictures and videos before I made the trip to see the car. The car was exactly as described. Including the test drive, the finance, and all we were in and out in under 2 hours! I would definitely buy from them again.

I had a great experience with Toyota South. I found a Land Cruiser in excellent shape at this dealership. Everyone I talked with was friendly and informative and the price was good.Since I live 4 hours away from Toyota South I rented a car to drive there. Toyota South sent Larry to pick me up from Hertz and take me to the see dealership. Larry was courteous, friendly and a good conversationalist. Even though the drive from Hertz to Toyota South was 30 min, the time passed by quickly. I was very appreciative of Larry taking an hour of his time to escort me.Austin, my salesman, discovered that a belt needed to be changed out minutes before I arrived and in very short order, the shop had it changed out.Austin is the kind of salesman that you want on your side when buying a car.Something that stands out to me is that the people I met there have been there for a long time. Larry has been there for over 20 years.Of course this speaks well of Larry being loyal to a company and it also speaks well of the dealership to earn and keep this kind of employee.Everything went smoothly with this dealership and I would highly recommend them.

Our salesman was Tommy Wallace and he did an outstanding job with the whole car buying process. We walked away with a great deal on a great Highlander! We also noticed a loose front bumper a few days after we bought it and they took it back, gave us a rental all for zero cost. Great way to conduct business.

We are repeat customers at Toyota South! When we arrived to the lot this time, Tim Barnes came out to assist us and his customer service skills were on point! He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He listened to our vehicle needs and never attempted to up-sale which was appreciated! At negotiation time he was a great liaison between us and the trade-in team. The experience was pleasant and fairly flawless! Nate Powlison was our finance person, and again, a wonderful experience! Big shout outs to Tim and Nate for making this an easy process we will be back!

Tommy Wallace was very nice , considerate ,and respectful in negotiating a price which I was very happy with.Nate,the Business Mgr was also very considerate and respectful of my decisions on the warranties.Definitely two of the best people I have ever dealt with.Overall,a great experience with Toyota South and I will highly recommend it to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

This was an amazing experience! Leo is a wonderful salesman and so knowledgeable at helping the customer,made this such an easy purchase.He explained everything about the car to me and answered all my questions. This is the second vehicle i have purchased at Toyota South...both times i have ask for Leo...thanks again! I love my New Highlander!

I have never looked forward to purchasing a new car. I've always found it to be a source of some anxiety and stress. But I must say that my recent purchase at Toyota South was the most pleasant and stress-free experience I have had purchasing a car. The sales and finance personnel were professional, pleasant and efficient. We were able to complete entire process in less time than I had anticipated. Very satisfied with my experience at Toyota South in Richmond.

If anyone is looking for a new Tacoma I would say to go Toyota south in Richmond. Best customer service we ever experienced. We will return in furture for any need we might have. This new crown toyota is absolutely a beautiful car. Copper and black

The folks at Toyota South were transparent, honest and professional. They were truthful, courteous and transparent during the buying process. I m glad I chose them to buy my newest vehicle. My sales person was Tommy Wallace. He s the nicest and the most intelligent sales man I have ever met. Also the F&I manager was genuine and totally transparent. I will not shop anywhere else and will definitely return to the dealership for all my future transactions.

I chatted with Mattie online and via text to get all the information about the Camry I was interested in. She was super friendly and efficient in answering all my questions regarding cash sale versus financing and finance rates that were advertised. I pulled into the dealership and was greeted by Tommy. He reviewed the notes left by Mattie and set me up for that test drive. Once back, I met with the finance manager to determine if the was a better finance rate than I had already secured. I decided to stay with my current lender. Within 10 minutes of sitting down with Tommy, we agreed on a price that was approved by the sales manager, again great experience, no pressure, just facts of where I was, and what was approved to offer. I had the papers signed within 20 minutes of returning from my test drive. I was there on a super busy day and had an extra long wait to sign the final paperwork with the finance manager. Tommy had time to help me attempt set up the Toyota app on my phone. Found a snag, and he worked to get that fixed. Tommy helped go over all the features one last time (at my request) before I left so I was super comfortable driving my new ride home in dark.Overall, front end sales experience with Mattie and Tommy, absolutely terrific! Back end/closing experience had a much longer wait time than I expected, but was later contacted by the managers to apologize and make things right over the longer than expected wait time. Great follow up and customer service to make up for the unexpected and frustrating happenings at the dealership.

Since COVID I have used Toyota South's wonderful pick up service, which I must say is a wonderful service to offer. I have always been pleased with their drivers, starting with Charles. Today I had a very nice person, Tammy, who was quite friendly and very communicative with the process. I will definitely be requesting her for my next service. Thank you Tammy!

Toyota South truly wants to do business with You. My salesperson, Austin, was amazing. They were very aggressive on the sale price and a much better deal than anywhere else. Celina in financing made things short and sweet. She s great. One caveat- DO NOT trade your used vehicle to them. They way under value that. I guess it s because they do so well on their vehicle price. Still very happy overall.

Andrew, the service manager was very helpful. I really don't know what I would have done without his help. This dealerships service department fixed our nightmare of issues. When dealing with him you can see why his staff does such a good job. They call you with timely updates and let you know what is going on with your vehicle and double check their work to make sure everything they worked on is how it should be.Hopefully Andrew and his staff get recognized for the work they did for me. I am grateful for the way everything was handled and taken care of. Thank you Toyota South for helping me in this difficult situation.

Today was the first time I had been to this location for my car maintenance and multi inspection. Charlotte has been absolutely AMAZING in providing feedback and going over my car too to bottom. I had always gone to Toyota on Nicholasville for all my maintenance needs until an incident with my new tires happened and they scuffed my rim and then blamed me.Charlotte has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is safe and done correctly and answering all questions I had. They have just received a new customer! Thank you so much!

It was a pleasure dealing with Tommy. He was prompt, detailed oriented, answered all of our questions, sent us a video, and the most important factor was that he was honest and upfront. We didn't have to play the salesman pricing game. The truck was just as described and looked even better in person. Great experience.

I brought my vehicle here for a paint defect from Toyota, and it has been the absolute worst experience. When I dropped my vehicle off I was give a loaner car that had expired registration, then when I got my vehicle back, no one bothered to even look it over and I immediately notice that it was not put back together properly. I brought my vehicle back to have the issues corrected only to get it back with more issues. The management has basically just brushed it off and doesn t seem to care. I would never recommend bringing anything to Toyota South and I don t think I d ever purchase anything from them again either.

I have had my 2010 Toyota Corolla into Toyota South many times and the service and mechanics are all fantastic. Every time they do work on my car, it drives better. I've had oil changes and replacement of front struts, sway bar, and axels. They do a fantastic job!
