Gave them a car to fix. A simple transmission swap. A starter a battery and my transmission core that I was going to rebuild all stolen. When confronted about the stolen parts they only played the blame game and refuse to make it right.

The 4&5 stars must get paid for giving good reviews. It's been years ago my son was buying a car there, it was a 90's model. Not even a month it broke down, they kept it for over a month, he still made payments on it. I went and picked it up for him because they was closing and he wouldn't make it in time, well needless to say it died on me before I got to EKU. They tried to say he was young and didn't know how to drive it, I said I drove it and know how to drive and it was doing the same thing before they so called fixed it. The only reason they said it was fixed is my son told them he wasn't going to keep making payments on a car he couldn't drive. So they'll rip off people that are down on their luck, most all their vehicles are rigged up just to get you off the lot so you'll have to pay.

I just bought a 09 Saturn Aura they wanted $5,000 for it but I got it for $3,000 I paid it off in full the guy was really friendly and kind of flirty with my mother. But besides that there was an okay experience he was very helpful and I have to a pretty decent car . They had no problem taking credit card numbers. The other car lots I stopped at will not take them without my grandmother being in person. . All in all it was an okay place.

The owner was friendly until we decided not to buy the vehicle I guess he felt we wasted his time idk, but we wasted an hour and a half driving to the lot. He had it listed for $2000 on Facebook marketplace, agreed to take $1300 through negotiations, but had $1200 written on the windshield when we got there. So decent prices but be very thorough when you inspect the vehicle as we found alot of issues that we weren't told about. Also read the reviews they'll possibly save ya a headache.

I went here cause at the time it was my best option BIG MISTAKE!!! The asking price was ridiculous but desperate times calls for desperate measures I never missed a payment I was never late on a payment I paid my car off July 16,2021 and here it is 3 months later and they still have not released the lien on my car. Ky law says they are supposed to within 15 days!! I would not recommend anyone going here the vehicles they have are very worn out and pretty old granted my car gets me to work and back thankfully it's close but I definitely won't drive far in it. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else that's got nicer vehicles and will release your title once you've paid it off!!

Went to look at a car and test drove it and there was so much wrong with it brought it to the boss attention and now they are demonstration to sell a car to me because I told them the laws about lemon law that you can't sale a car if it has that much problem and now they won't sell a car to me so don't go buy a car there

If it would let me i wouldnt even rate one star...these people were never anything but crooks and frauds. They try to make it impossible to pay off cause they charge more late fees than is even allowed by law and then they have forged a dead mans signature on a title and this is a fact. Im pretty sure they will be shutdown for their fraudulent ways. I personally witnessed them buying stolen oil and antifreeze from one of the biggest shoplifters in Richmond. So recieving stolen property among other things. My car shouldve been paid off but they added so much late charges to it that i had no chance of paying it down.

I did not make it across the street with the vehicle. I stop running due to faulty alternator. Each time I reached out to the dealership, I was told that they couldn't help me. Not with having the car towed...not with replacement of alternator...not even to put car upon rack so I could do the work myself.I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated.

They sell junk cars and trucks and I had fringer tight the motor mounts and they do NOT know the cars and trucks
