I was in a pinch and needed help with a stripped drain bolt, ended up letting em change my oil too! Wonderful people, very friendly and professional! Topped off all my fluids, set my tires AND cleaned my windows and headlights! Couldn't have asked for better service and last minute help!

I'm here to tell you this place here is awesome. The staff are amazingly helpful and extremely sincere. Just like everything else, prices are high but it's not because this place is high but the price of good are high. The quality of work is what makes up for the price you pay. I'd highly recommend anyone who doesn't do their own work to give this place a shot!Service: Oil change

I have a heavy duty pickup truck so the oil changes on that vehicle are typically around $150. This place quoted me $299 and didn't have the type of oil that was recommended by the manufacturer, 5W-40. I said no thanks and pulled away. They were nice about it but for the place never seeming to be busy, you would think they would want to be more competitive on their pricing. I will not be returning to this business.

We are incredibly grateful to Kevin and his crew for literally rescuing us at a gas station. After a tire rolled out on the freeway, hitting the front of our car and causing an instant flat tire, we pulled into a gas station and tried to change it ourselves. Kevin was in the gas station and later came over, without asking, and offered to help us. We were up and on the road within minutes. The most incredible part is he didn t want to take a dollar for what he did. These guys were quick, professional and incredibly polite to our family. We are so grateful for them and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!Service: Tires

My first time visiting and it certainly won't be my last. Being a woman I'm always uneasy when I have things that need to be done with my vehicle. I was treated with the upmost respect and they did Little Things that added to the service that just a simple oil change would not be found anywhere else. I wasn't forced into buying extras which can be a little intimidating at other quick oil change places. I got what I went for and then some! Great Value great service!

I can't praise these guys enough. Besides being friendly and honest, they truly go above and beyond. What started as a simple oil change ended with a conversation that led to bringing both my vehicles in for repair work that was done quickly and CORRECTLY and the prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciated that they pointed out a serious issue I was unaware of that needs to be remedied by a different shop. (In other words, it wasn't just an upsell of their services... they were just kindly letting me know before I experienced a catastrophic incident. ) Just go here...You won't be disappointed.They are MUCH MORE than just an oil change spot!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery, Oil change

My car needed an oil change badly but I was dreading taking it to a shop. I found this place and their reviews were amazing so I thought I d give them a try. I m so glad that I did. My car was acting weird and started to smoke. I went to Pit Lane and Chris and Taylor were amazing. I thought I was going to need a new brake line, calabrator and new brakes since I had an hour and a half to drive. They took a look at it, replaced the brake line and told me to replace the brakes asap. They were absolutely amazing! Thank you sooooo much. I made it safely home.

The guys there are always super helpful with stuff. They have a very high quality synthetic that actually seems to have helped my gas mileage.

I have less anxiety going to the dentist than getting my oil changed and was super nervous about going to a new place in Richmond. They were so nice to me and even gave my kids juice boxes while we waited. Definitely will be going here from now on!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

After making several stops around town right around the time most places are closing on a Saturday we passed by Pit Lane Oil Change and on a whim decided to stop and see if they could plug a tire. Got my oil changed they quoted me $89 then ended up charging me $169 they told me they would have to quote me for a transmission fluid change and then ended up telling me they couldn t do a transmission fluid change today they would have to order stuff . Then when I told them the price wasn t what they quoted me they said alright we ll let you go somewhere else when they had already drained my oil ?!
