Gates Nissan has now provided me with the car of my dreams twice. Sales Associate Micheal Statham us simply the best. A no pressure sales atmosphere , plus his knowledge and honesty has this made my only place to go for a new car.

All around not happy with my experience. Not a good description of the car I drove eleven hours to pick up. Three hours to complete the deal even though they had my check almost a week. Three and a half weeks to send my title paperwork to my state and they had to call me to ask what was needed. Almost impossible to make a deal that I could feel good about. Glad there other options.

Just want to thank everyone over at Gates Nissan for making my first car purchase the best experience a man could want. May _salesman ( Micheal) was great. He was Friendly, helpful, and actually personal called me twice to thank me for my purchase. Everyone there was awesome and helped me out so much. If your looking to buy a new or used car I'll recommend Gates Nissan everytime. Just ask for Micheal!

Replaced my transmission in my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Did a good job and fast. It took a couple of days for warranty clearance, but the actual installation, oil change and tire rotation was done in a day and a half!

The whole team has always been very helpful and always able to answer any questions I have.The service department has been excellent the past year!

Always good service. Usually get my oil changed here.They don't try to force other services on you or maybe they do but know I'm gonna refuse and don't ask me. LOL
