I live 3 hours away and was looking for someone to install a rack system and rooftop tent to my new JLU so my son recommended Line X. The whole team was absolutely wonderful with communication, problem solving and getting things with great quality. I couldn t praise them enough on their team work.Thank you Line X!!! You guys rock!!

Terrible experience! Go to the LineX in Richmond they charge less and do a better job. This Line X say they charge more because of their experience. These people did nothing but waste my time and take my money. They didn't do 1 thing they said they were going to do correctly. I had them shoot my fender flares they were supposed to be encapsulated they shot 1 side. Then when I had them strip it and start over they filled the holes in so the hardware willnt fit. See picture below. Had to make 5 trips there to still not get the job done right. Had them put a a cover on. Paint is missing off of it. Had the spray the rocker panels. You can see the tape line and the top is duller than the rest. If you get your truck done here prepared to be taken advantage of.

Took my 2021 Silverado to the guys at line-x of Richmond for a bed liner to be done. The guys were all super friendly and literally answered every single question I had, even when I requested for them not to do the window sticker, they did it no questions asked. Super professional and I highly recommend them.

Great service and install. Needed a bedcover for my new truck. Called them on Tuesday and Dalon had the cover there Wednesday. They even installed while I was on my lunch break. Great place and service.

Great & helpful service. They go above and beyond here! Had a tint and a bed cap put on my Gladiator, everything looks fantastic. Will be going back for sure.

Had to have a tonneau cover installed on my truck and needed it ASAP for some travel. Called them and ordered, and had it installed the next day. They stayed after hours to get it done by my schedule which is fantastic for a business. Did the install quick and professionally to my complete satisfaction. I am completely satisfied with the service I received. The shop itself is very slightly off the beaten path of exit 90, but not inconvenient in any way, I just never knew it was there til I googled it and found it.

Fast and friendly service. My truck was in and out in three hours with a new spray in bed liner. Very pleased with the job they did. Plus it had a lifetime warranty. Competitively priced too!

Professional, fast, friendly, fair pricing service and quality workmanship.Purchased a 2017 F150 and had Line-X of Richmond, KY do the bed liner first and then I returned a couple weeks later to have them install a bed cover and mud flaps. The three jobs make the truck look even better than before. It was like working with a trusted friend with these guys. They did not try to oversell me on any option or service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for truck accessories, liners, covers, etc. Rare nowadays to be able to post such a positive review!

I am very happy with the service at LINE-X in Richmond. I was running late to get my bedcover installed by them and they stayed late to accommodate me. Excellent customer service and products!

This is my second truck to receive LINE-X. Job was completed as I requested. Bed was treated and it was totally undercoated. Great job. I would highly recommend that you check their services out.

I had my 1960 Rambler undercoated. They did a great job. Paid a lot of attention to detail on my car. I couldn't of ask for a better job. THANK YOU!

Worst experience ever!!! I took my 2014 truck to have the bed sprayed by Ronnie Peters, owner of Line-X of Richmond. I came to pick my truck up, I paid him. Then he informed me that the electrical connector (located under the bed) at the end of the wiring harness for the back up camera had just "fallen" off. I ask him was he going to have it fixed, and he said "no", that the dealer could fix it since it was under warranty? So I took the truck to the dealership and they said that it was not under warranty since it had been pulled off, that it didn't fall off, it was negligence. Which I agreed, it didn't just fall off. So I went back to Line-X of Richmond to tell him that the dealer said the part was not defective but was pulled off, and again I ask if he was going to have it fixed. And again he said "no". The dealer said that the connector could not be repaired and had to order the entire wiring harness including the camera. This is a ~$200 repair cost. In my opinion this is nothing more than petty theft by Line-X of Richmond. I can't stand a thief. So, the moral of the story, if you have Line-X of Richmond provide a service, you better hope nothing goes wrong with your property, cause there is no integrity associated with this business.

Line-x of Richmond is a great place to do business. The new owners are awesome to work with. Go check them out, they do a lot more than just bed liners. I recommend everyone to go check them out

The guys do great work. Line-X is expensive everywhere, but their prices are a little better than Nicholasville's Line-X.
