I took my car to Renfro's for damage from road debris that flew up and hit the roof of my car. They did everything by the book, delivered in the exact time frame they promised, and they stand by their work. They handled every detail with my insurance so I never had to lift a finger. They stayed in constant communication through each phase of repair, so I knew my job was handled with care, they made me feel like I was a priority. First & Foremost hands down, I Highly recommend Renfros w/best customer service relationship ever. Communication every step of the way to be informative w/parts ordered, deliverey time & then the repair steps. F250 here & worth the wait for excellent service & repairs. Did an amazing job on my truck & I never once felt like I was taken advantage of no matter how small or big the job was. I didn t feel like I was a paycheck to them. They made me feel like I was a part of their family from the get go. DO NOT go anywhere else. You will not regret it.

Renfro s did such a great job helping bring my car back to it s natural beauty after the hail damage many experienced in Richmond in March. They were supposed to have my vehicle up to two weeks and had all damage fixed within a week and my car back to me looking like it was brand new.Not only was the body work a 10/10, I d recommend their car washing abilities to anyone! Thanks for your help with my Kia!

I was in an accident back in October of 2023, and let me just say it was a nightmare from the beginning. It was my first ever accident and, if that wasn't horrible enough, the process was terrifying from the word, go. THANK GOODNESS, so many people suggested that I have my vehicle taken to Renfro's Collision. From day one, Darren, Tyson, and the entire team were nothing but amazing. Every single time I called (and I called A LOT) they answered every question I had with understanding and grace. They were always so helpful, and exceled at customer service, communication, and care. Even though my vehicle ended up being totaled in the end, Renfro's made the whole process so seamless. I don't know what I would have done without them throughout this tireless, almost three month, ordeal. Thank you to the whole team at Renfro's! You all had my back when no one else did, and I will be forever grateful.

Renfros did a wonderful job replacing my front bumper and splitter, and a few more things due to me hitting a raccoon that ran out in front of me on my way to work one morning. The paint matches perfectly, they did the job super fast, and they even cleaned the entire exterior of my car before I came and picked it up! They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and called me to update several times. 11/10, this is the place to go if you need any work done! I ll never take my car anywhere else, thanks Renfros

We had a moderate dent on the tailgate of our truck from towing a side by side, and we decided to bring it to Renfro's for a quote and repair. After a few bumps in the road, they were more than accommodating and did a fantastic job! Due to the metal being aluminum and the damage inside we had to get a whole new tailgate, painted, replaced, linex, the whole deal. You can't even tell it's a different tailgate and looks like it's the original before it got damaged with how well the paint matches. They were fair on pricing and kept us informed on when it would be ready. Looks great!Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Appearing professional and proving your profession are two different things. Obviously impressed by the facilities at Renfro's, I wasn't looking for a wreck to test out their profession. My oldest son decided he would help Dad out and have a wreck just so we could see if they were all they appeared to be. I will never take a vehicle to anyone else. From the front office to the back of the shop, these folks do all they can to look and be professional. They order and install new parts to restore your vehicle to as close as "right off the lot" as it can be. I highly recommend them. I would wait 5 extra days for Renfro's rather than getting it done faster by someone else.

Renfro's Collision is by far the BEST shop in the business! I have known Shannon for almost 30 years now and I am so proud of him and the business he has poured his heart into creating. Someone hit my son's car back in May and Ricky and his team took care of all the damage last week and as you can see, my son was extremely happy with the results. Was recommended to use Renfro's by our insurance company. Wait time was 3 months, I immediately agreed and set up the date because not many places repair audi vehicles. Just received a call, a week from scheduled repair, telling me that they are moving me back months. It pushed me to cancel. Months wasted waiting to repair my car.

When we picked up my dad's truck, he had the biggest smile on his face. His Nissan truck was fixed, and Renfro's did and amazing job! They went above and beyond my expectations to make my dad happy. Thank you, Renfro's, so much! I highly recommend you to everyone I know!

I ve not had service yet. However, I went inside with a check from my insurance company. The gentleman instructed me on the repair process, laid it out and refused to take any money for that advice & planning. This is what customer service means. I m looking forward to getting my repairs done if it is handled with this level of service. It was a breath of fresh air and I m really impressed by the initial meet.

I HIGHLY recommend Renfro s! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and they always go the extra mile to make sure you re satisfied with their work. The turn around time was so quick, and the team at Renfro s kept me posted every step of the way making me feel so confident they were taking care of my vehicle! The work was done perfectly and looks better than it did the day I bought it brand new because they did that good of a paint job!So thankful for this team! The absolute best and most trusted body shop in Richmond. Their service is unmatchable. The body work and craftsmanship is awesome. You will feel like you have new car. At the time I was looking for a Hyundai certified shop and all the local ones had no openings for two months out. Fortunately, Renfro's Collision had one only a month away. I called and set up a time to get an appraisal. It was a quick and easy process. I provided my insurance information and scheduled dropoff, that was it.The customer service was very professional. They were straightforward and communicated with me throughout the process, sending pictures and calling.Lastly, I called the week before and I was told it was likely a 6-7 day job by someone I spoke to on the phone with, but it ended up being two weeks. I had transportation arranged, thankfully, but it may be helpful for others who may not have transportation arranged for that length of time.Thank you Renfro's Collision!Service: Body & Trim

After hitting a deer, I took my vehicle to Renfro s Collision in Richmond. From getting an estimate until car was repaired, everyone at Refro s acted in a very professional manner. I was continually kept informed on the progress of repairs of my vehicle. Car looked great when it was picked up. Renfro s does great work, and I highly recommend them.

Renfro's is honestly one of the best body shops in Richmond. I got rear ended and decided to take my SUV to them and when I got it back it looked better than when I bought the car. Their customer service is incredible as well, they would call me with updates regularly and whenever I called them they were extremely kind and could answer any questions I had and they were very upfront about everything and didn't leave me in the dark wondering what was going on with my car. If it was possible to give more stars I would without a doubt.

Huge shout out to Shannan, Ricky and Justin! Wonderful experience with this group. I am very particular about my vehicles and found renfros after much research. I trusted them to do a quality job on my truck and they did not disappoint. The crew kept me updated and went way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I could not ask for a better group of guys to be around and have perform work on my vehicles. Repairs were precision and my truck was looking like new when I picked it up. They had washed the inside and out as a complimentary service. I was walked to my truck and was assured that if I needed anything at all to just call them and I believe this to be true. Highly recommend for all your body work needs. You won t be disappointed !

Front end of our van was banged up pretty badly from collision with a deer, on my way to get my vehicle serviced due to a charging system failure/battery not holding charge (only 2 years old).Our Toyota dealership recommended Renfro's, and they were quick giving me an estimate and working with my insurance company. It did take a while getting all my parts and getting the job done, but the main thing was it looks great. Paint matches perfectly.Renfro's had Toyota handle my original problem (testing battery and alternator, surprising me that I didn't have to handle that myself, saving me time. Thanks, Justin and staff.

Walked into Renfro's and was greeted by Justin. He stepped up and took damn good care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the process the whole time. Very professional and advocated for me against the insurance company. He truly worked for me, the customer and it showed in his actions. I would highly recommend Justin and Renfros collision to anyone who needs anything done to their vehicles. This past month we have leaned on Renfro s two times and we have not been disappointed at all. First we had keys locked in a running car and Shannon (the owner) went above and beyond by coming over to the house and unlocking the car. Second our suburban was backed into and Renfro s team replaced it to like new standards! Always friendly and fast service! Thank you Shannon!

Renfro s Collision offers the absolute best service around no matter what your vehicle needs! The guys up front offer the best care and keep you completely informed about the work being done on your car. The guys in the back put your car back in brand new condition. I can t say enough good things!!!Everything was perfect from start to finish. Then to top it off, when I picked up my vehicle it was spotless and shining!

Picked up wife s 4Runner from Renfro s collision. Excellent repair to the wife s vehicle. I am very particular about my vehicles and I was very satisfied. They kept me up to date with the progress and finished the job when promised. Communication and honoring commitments while delivering quality work at a very competitive price are all basic business practices that most have abandoned. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends. Keep these guys in mind when you need anything from minor repairs to major work.

I had the misfortune of a rear end collision, fortunate this individual had insurance and of course I asked to take the vehicle to Renfro's. I've had work done with them before in a quality, timely manner. But, the new location in Richmond is top notch and easy to access. Justin Settles walked me through the process, and very simply made the inconvenience convenient. My truck was returned better than they found it, sparkling clean and ready to go. Call Renfros!

Shannon towed me twice and provided top notch service both times. Having vehicle trouble and being towed is never a pleasant experience but Shannon went out of his way to ensure my safety and satisfaction. The guys at dispatch were also great to work with and made sure I was out of harm's way while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I highly recommend Renfro's towing service to everyone in the Richmond area.
