3.5 stars. From experience I've learned to Google a vehicle you're looking at, see potential problems, also check the oil, if it's almost black it's been too long from an oil change, if you don'tknow about cars find someone to help you. As all used car lots, you'll find good and bad cars. I found both here. I first got a Grand Am, it was a repo and I got it cheap because it was a repo he even showed me the balance on it. I kept the Gand Am and got a Rodeo it was newer however it broke down in a little over a month so I paid off my Grand Am and called them told them the Rodeo broke down I wouldn't be able to make payments. 2 months went by and they still didn't come get it, I then called them again and said the police put a sticker on it to be towed they still never came and got it. They were nice I would recommend them when I called the first time they didn't get smart or tried to say I still had to pay for the Rodeo, yes that's why I paid off my Grand Am in case they tried something.

I have 3 children all under age of 12. Explained to them i worked hard to save the money and needed a dependable car. They Seemed nice enough. I left looked around and came back week later. Then again few days .. finally was like ok lets do this.. gave them 2500 paid transfer fees n taxes and still owed about 4000 was gonna make payments of 300 a month for rest. Suv Ran so smooth. Literally smoothest car ive ever drove till bam 9 days after i bought it, yes i said 9 days after i drove off the lot it blows up!!! Had it took there they said they would get there mechanic to look at ot see what we can do.. next day i called the woman said yep honey its done for. And basically laughed in my face when asked if they was going to work with me to get back on road. Even tried to get then to fix it and work on payments for cost of repair ..haha nope they just got me. Soulless people knowing i have babies at home and need a car. Let me stand there and cry while they stood looking down on me like there better than someone!! Do NOT go here please please trust me crooked doesn't do these people justice !!

I came on a rainy day, so take this review with a grain of salt. I asked the nice lady in the office what the prices were for all the SUVs, and she told me to go look at them and let her know which ones. I then said ok, how much for that one, which she looked up the price and politely told me 2000 down and 300 a month. Fair price, probably. I didn't communicate my needs clearly, I should have said "I have cash, my van died, which is the best SUV available with the lowest miles for 5000." My anxiety instead kicked in and I felt misunderstood so left to another dealership. They did have some pretty cars and SUVs, but have your questions planned beforehand. And, as a customer suggestion, maybe just have the prices listed somewhere we can see without having to ask about each one.

Trustworthy dealer and flexible when things get rough. Would definitely buy from him again. Wonderful cars my current one I have had for 2 years still runs great with nothing but normal maintenance

Ran by crooks. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Seriously don't waste your time & money with these people, the vehicles are as trashy as their customer service. Will sell known lemons to turn and repo when you can't afford both problems and payments. 10/10 do NOT recommend

Giving one star bought a car 2 weeks ago. Drove it to work done good tell today me and the family decided to go to cave run lake and it decided to overheat and stranded us in morehead its Saturday his Car lot is closed so first thing Monday morning if hes even open on memorial day he'll see my face he claimed he has a 30 day warranty so I'm giving 1 star rating until something is resolved.

Bought a 2009 mazda 5 off of him told me there was nothing wrong but an exhausted leak. Took it for a test drive found out it needed brakes and rotors. That was completely fine. Went to the shop to get rotors and brakes then my driver side window wouldnt go up took the door panel off the window motor was bad! Got down to the house and now my engine pully is bad my belt is squeeling and my blower motor has been bad since i picked it up. Bought this car in February and i have had nothing but trouble out of this thing.

I would not recommend anyone buying a car from here.. It's been the worst experience I have ever had.. I'll be very glad when I get my car that doesn't run paid off so I never have to deal with this place again!! I bought a car back in February, 2 days later my car wouldn't start so I went and got a new battery, then the car wouldn't start so I took it back.. Then I couldn't get the key out, my car wouldn't turn off.. took it back.. this is all in the first week.. The next week it had a cylinder misfire took it back and they fixed that.. I was still having problems with it not turning off and starting.. so I got an estimate from a dealership and they said it was a sensor that cost $725 so I try to take the car back to the car lot and told them what was wrong.. What's been wrong the whole time.. They just kept telling me the car was a good car and they would fix it.. So it's now July and it's been sitting in my driveway looking pretty because they keep saying they will have someone come and get it and they will fix it.. I'm with out a car that I'm making payments on..

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! The owner will not let you out of the contract even though it's a buy here pay here. Had a 2012 Beetle after 3 months all sorts of things started going bad.
