Helped me get into a beautiful blue 2012 Chevy cruise. Helped me stay below my budget for down payment and monthly payments. Got into a way nicer car then I ever expected and I m in love with it. They do not push you into a car. Very reasonable to work with. I m so satisfied with my experience with them.

They were so helpful and super friendly. I had a bad experience with a car lot that I went to right before them, not willing to work with me, but they were so nice and understanding. I had an absolutely seemless experience. Just had to come in and pick out my car, sign the papers, and I was on my way with a beautiful, reliable car!

Great people. They ve worked with me to get me into a vehicle when I didn t have much to start with. They made sure the vehicle was ready with air and that it was in good shape. They have worked hard to make sure I am a happy customer and I can t say anything bad about them. Go on down and get you are nice ride!

Been with them for 6 years now and they have always done good by me. Never had a single issue out of them. Wouldn't recommend a better dealership to go to. Simple as that.

I ve never dealt with a buy here pay here before with that being said this has been an absolute 10/10 experience. I was able to trade in my car that was to small for my family for a newer more reliable vehicle. They ve fixed any issues that they weren t aware of without issues. I ll definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of a good car!

I have never had a better experience at a car lot. I can t remember the lady s name, but she was the sweetest woman and very patient. Their process was super easy, the prices for vehicles and down payments are UNBEATABLE. I highly recommend this place to anyone with bad credit or no credit looking to drive off same day. I bought an 08 Impala off of them paid 800 down then eventually paid it off for $5,500. I can say if you are late on a payment they will call and harass you. But all-in-all I had a great car. Ran great lasted a long time. And eventually got stolen off of me cuz I was letting the wrong people drive it. I found it after a few months totaled out in the sheriff's department impound lot.

I worked with Ben and his maintenance staff on getting my car fixed with multiple problems. Ben s team did a phenomenal job, working quickly, communicating regularly and giving us a great price. Car runs better than it did before! It s worth the drive even if you re outside of Richmond which we are. 100% recommend

I have been told no for 2 weeks from everyone. With my super small budget while we were out of town I decided to google buy here pay here s. We figured it would be another no but we stopped in anyway. The only place I found with 5 stars on google. They made it fast and easy and got me in a better vehicle than I was expecting with the money I had. I promise go see them you won t be disappointed.

Interstate Auto Sales was absolutely amazing to work with. After showing me the car I thought I was looking to get, John recommended a different car he thought would be more suitable for me. They worked hard to get it down to a price I could afford, and saw it through to the end. I will definitely be recommending this to anyone! It is a wonderful place !! If you re in need of a car, this is THE place to go. I test drove three cars before finding this place and it was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Big big thank you to John Sauers and Brianna to helping me find my dream car !!

Had a great experience buying my car from Interstate Auto Sales! John was easy to work with over the phone and set up an appointment to see the car I wanted. After the test drive they were accommodating in working with my budget and we got a good deal done. The car was in great shape, even better than the pictures. I would definitely go back to them in the future!

We were in need of a second vehicle and looked all over Richmond trying to find a place that both had a good selection but also could work with our budget. We had almost given up until we found Interstate Auto. The people here were amazing, honestly the best experience I've ever had buying a car. They were EXTREMELY up front and honest with every aspect of the process and went out of their way to answer all of our questions and work with us. We found a Toyota Yaris that fit perfectly with what we wanted and they provided us with everything we needed to make the whole process as seamless as possible. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a phenomenal car buying experience, then I highly suggest you make this your one stop shop.

We drove a little over two hours to see a car at Interstate Auto Sales after speaking with Rich on the phone about the car. It was well worth the drive. We purchased a very nice car for a college age child and received great customer service, a very reasonable deal, and speedy sales process. All of the staff was very friendly and made the process truly stress free. I can literally say it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to a first time car buyer or to someone looking to buy a good work or school car without breaking the bank.

Just bought a car from here. From test-drive to signing the papers, it was a great experience. They have a pretty good warranty deal on their cars and a mechanic on site to answer any questions you may have. Walked away with a nice car at what I felt (and researched) was a fair price. Highly recommend!

Interstate autos helped me find my new car! Ben and Brianna are very nice and super flexible with any issues you may have during the buying process. I stopped in there to only look and walked out with a car, so that goes to show how good they are at making an honest sale. Also, if you may be having issues with the car you bought just give Ben a call and his team of mechanics will give it a look! Truly the best!

They were great from the first call to keys in my hand. My 2010 Nissan Murano is just what I wanted. They made sure it was all good to go. No high pressure, no haggling just honest folks. I definitely recommend you go here first! As someone who has a rough credit history and been told no because of it... they got me approved for the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford

Popped in to see what they had available and Greg immediately help me with all my questions took me on test drive and help me figure out what I needed. Rich helped with the purchasing he got me approve, no problem and even filled up the van with gas!!!!! Did I mention they change the oil on every vehicle before putting it up for sale. Jenna took a pic of the family with our new purchase which was awesome! Really sweet people and a great place to buy.

This momma finally got her an SUV! 2011 Ford Escape with low mileage! $1,200 down, payments of $257.00 a month! I highly recommend Interstate Auto Sales of Richmond! Amazing service, reliable vehicles, great prices, and they definitely work with you!! They are a buy here pay here car lot. They also offer financing! They do down payments as low as $500.00. Go here! You will not be disappointed. The nicest most upfront people you will ever deal with in the Auto Sales industry.

Friendly, helpful , honest, I can't say enough good things about the service the people at 'Interstate Auto' gave me. They showed a lot of patients as I had not bought a car in a while and it took me four days of questions and test drives to finally make a decision. And they went out of their way to cover all of my concerns before I drove off the lot. Super nice people to deal with. Thank you Briana, Josh, Carlos and Skyler.

I went to just look and see what they had in stock. I never imagined with my bad credit I could be able to get a car without a huge downpayment but somehow they worked me out a great deal and I got the actual car that I wanted on their lot. The general manager Big John stayed late and got everything handled and called me and said "I just wanted to let you know I got it handled and I wanted to let you know so you can rest easy" that meant more to me than anything. They really car bout the person they are helping. I absolutely love my new car and the whole team there is great and extremely helpful. If you dont have the best credit I recommend you go to interstate auto and just see what they can do for you. I promise you will leave happy. Excellent service and I recommend them now to anyone looking for a car.

Just picked up a 2012 traverse, Greg was our sales guy. We were very impressed with the whole experience. Fast friendly, everything a car buying experience should be. If your looking for a good used car in the 8-10k range check these guys out.
