Saved me thousands of dollars thank ZGod for Accel major and minor told me I needed a new motor so I got second opinion from Accel 2 days later they have me back on the road for almost nothing please don t go anywhere else I will be a customer for ever thanks guys for saving my car.

These people are the best around! They re honest, friendly, and very helpful! They will help you every way they can, and the cheapest route if possible! I can t say enough good things about Accel! I consider them like family at this point! If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would!

Nicest people you ll meet! Get you in & out pretty quick! Very knowledgeable! They were the only ones that would help me out, fixing my heat in the freezing temperatures! Every other place I tried, wanted to replace my entire heater core, which would costed $1000 instead of just flushing my heater core that was clogged, so I could get my heat back and not freeze to death! $85 got me completely took care of and my heat is HOTTT! I Love love love them! I truly believe God sent me their direction!

I do not recommend this place I had AccelAuto work on my vehicles for years and all they did was tamper with other parts on my vehicle so I could bring it back they put on after market parts and charge you dealer prices and the owners wife who sits behind the desk she allows the scamming to go on I asked for copies of all the receipts over the years from working on my vehicle and they would not give them to me he put a starter on my BMW not once but 3x within a 6 month period and I said I may not know about cars but this Is unacceptable it s no way my starter went out 3x all he could say was I do not make the parts !! He got it from a pull apart and charged me $700 dollars they also messed up my Escalade so we are going to court !!! Jack legs!! had to give a star in order to post they deserve none!!!!!!!

My son was on his way home(Jasper TN)from college(TMU) and had a coolant hose burst. They went above and beyond to get him back on the road at at timely and very reasonable price. Very grateful for them taking good care of him and putting this parents mind at ease.

The BEST car service we ve had! Driving down from Ohio to Florida for vacation and hear a grinding noise in the back. Called other tire places and they all say I needed an appointment to get my car looked at. Called Accell and the guy got me right in and checked my car. Needed new brake pads and he said he could have them here in 30 minutes and got it done quick so we could get on our way. Come to find out he s also from Massillon. Nice to see Ohio folk helping others! Definitely recommend this place!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

I have taken all three of our vehicles to Accel. The prices are very competitive, their work is far above average. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and shop. This place is it! Fantastic service, done the same day for all three. Plus they took the time to check and make sure the cars were good to go. I've told a couple of friends, now I'm telling Google community. Support the local businesses!

They stand by their work and are courteous and professional.I brought my car in for a failed thermostat and a leak in an axle boot (meaning axle needed replaced with lack of lubrication = high wear and tear). Thermostat went well. There was an issue with the part they got for the axle. The toyota spyder is infamous for this, as it shares many parts with its celica counterpart, meaning some 3rd party part makers include the spyder as compatible for celica parts (most parts are, but the axle is one that is not). The new axle ended up being incorrectly sized (barely but just enough) and ended up punching out the wheel bearing.They ordered a new part, replaced it, and replaced the bearing without additional cost to me. This, to me, is rare in the auto repair business, often with shops pushing fault to consumer. I do not blame the shop for the error. It lies with the manufacturer. But, they still stand by their work and have high ethics for their repairs and costumers. They have been professional and polite throughout the process.I will be returning here for future repairs.

Very professional business. They do a great job and will take care of you. Been there twice, once was an emergency. Diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. Can't recommend them enough. They do a good honest job and they don't charge an arm and a leg. Give them a call. Knocked the plastic siding loose on the bottom of my car, took it here. These guys got me in instantly, and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. After that, I went to pay and the guy told me not to worry about it! Excellent service and professional work! We got an issue with our vehicle on our way to Gatlinburg. John was super nice and receptive to our situation. He troubleshoot, found the problem and got us back on our way in 2 hours. He displays attributes what I considered part of what customer excellence service is all about: being dependable, knowledgeable, trust worthy and caring. Recieved a estimate to fix my Subaru he said it was definitely a gear in the trans. And it would be 1800 to repair I left went to sparks auto they looked at it said it was a wheel bearing and would cost 250 to repair the next day my car was repaired and the bill was exactly what they quoted me.

Awesome shop. I was needing help with my speakers and without hesitation one of the guys helped me fix my subs in my car and even let me pull it into the shop so he could get a better look. I offered to pay but was denied, so this is the least I can do. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC!! They did an awesome brake job, and provided towing as well. Their estimate was even $200.00 below anyone else's. Exceptional service from beginning to end. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

I've been going there for 10 years. Car repairs are rarely planned and never seem to come at a good time. When the mechanic - customer interaction occurs, understandably the customer feels vulnerable. It's all too easy to disparage the guy who is tasked with presenting you with that unexpected, unwanted car repair bill . I have always been treated fairly at Accel. They are skilled at diagnosis and are prompt at affecting repairs. Every time they have fixed anything on any vehicle, the problem was solved and stayed that way.

Axcel Auto Care, is now my goto in Richmond . I had a unique electrical problem brought on by work previously done after talking to several other mechanics who didn't think it could be fixed w/o a 1200$ harness I visited Accel the mechanic and I came to an aftermarket solution and scheduled the job. They delivered on estimate +tax at 200$ labor and 40$ part. Its been several months with no problems to report.

Didn't even try to fix my car. They just kept if for 4 hours then called and said they couldn't get the lug nuts off. Pretty sure that did not take 4 hours to figure out. Took it to another mechanic and he took one look at my wheels and knew he'd need a special tool, and where to find one. Not a pleasant experience :(

He fixed my car, but he ripped me off big time and almost ripped me off even bigger, had I not have ordered my part from someone else. They tried to charge me $350 for a part that my father in law found for $65. They WILL scam you with parts and labor. They charged me over $200 for labor that didn't even take more than a couple hours. Go somewhere else. Anywhere but here. I will NEVER go back there again.

Got a full syn oil change here today using a coupon and sometimes coupons affect service... Not so here! Super fast, polite, great service!!! Will be using these guys again!!
