This is the most professional upholstery company I've ever used. Owner came out and gave me an estimate on a broken chaise I had that I wanted repaired. Cost quoted was great! Came and picked up the piece and returned it within a few hours. Very polite and professional and if I ever need their services again, I won't hesitate to call.

Awesome job on my couch. It was originally leather, and the cats made a horrible mess of it, so decided to reupholster it. They got me to the right material and it is just beautiful. I get so many compliments on it! Sorry it took so long to post this, it was done last December. And has withstood kitties as well. They did a great job on my passenger car seat! I've had the car for 14 years and it was wearing out where you get in and out of the driver's seat. They sewed a small cover over the ripped portion that was perfect trim for the seat. Professional job!! Highly recommend for any upholstery issues!!!

Willies replaced the headliner in my GMC extended cab pickup in one day. The quality of their work is top notch and their pricing was very reasonable. I'll be taking all my futire automotive upholstery work to them!

I went in with a odd color genuine leather cushion from a couch I had purchased used. He went through all of his color swatches for leather and couldn't match it up with anything. Its the oddest color from years ago that is not made anymore... Not gold, but not green, but somewhere between the two... So he put leather cleaner on it and let it soak a bit and then he cleaned the stain for me. Then he glued the closest color of fabric under the hole so the hole wouldn't spread. He didn't charge me anything. Did it for free. He suggested we purchase a coordinating vinyl fabric and just wrap the seats only. Like in a brown tone as its a popular thing to have two tone couches right now. The other suggestion he had was to spray the couch with SEM cleaner and then SEM flexible leather paint. He said its not a stain, but a paint on top that is flexible and won't crack. So, I have ideas to try. They were very nice people that I would highly recommend to anyone. They were kind any considerate, and they even chatted with me a bit. I will definitely go to them in the future with any of my furniture needs. Thank you, Willie's Upholstery!

Terrible service, no-showed on 3 different occasions without a call or apology. They didn't seem bothered a bit when I called to ask about it. Will need to call PROFESSIONAL upholsterer, looks like their shop is run from their backyard.

Unfortunately they didnt provide the service I needed but very impressed by the quick turn around answer, they could have just ignored my inquiry. Great customer service!!
