Not really much of a point in getting an appointment and showing up on time. Took an hour and 13 minutes for my car to get in to the shop. The employees in the auto area were great though, unlike several in store.

Horrible customer service!! Told me I didn't need an appt then when I went in I was informed I needed an appt. She took the info for my car, made my appt the following week. Get there just to be told they don't have tires for my car in stock and that I should've ordered them online. Then she asked me if I lived in the area, I said Elizabethtown, she says you do know there are tire places there? Called later that day to speak to a manager and was told they were both on lunch.

I had a tire issue and they couldn't fix because my rim was bent, they changed my tire for me and put my spare on for me, great job and thank you

They probably have the best priced tires and installation but every time I go in there for prices on new tires it's a mess in there. If there's an employee anywhere around they look homeless and confused. Need an experienced service technician in that area for sure.

Wanted high mileage synthetic mixture iol change and air filter and was charged for full synthetic and given synthetic. When told ghat no refund was offered for mix up but very friendly persons on duty .

I wouldn't go here unless you ha e 3hrs to wait . The shop manager Cory did hardly nothing to help his guys out or to make it a better experience for the customers. All he did was play games on his phone to the point they wouldn't take anymore services. I have never experienced this at this location.

Came in to have two trailer tires replaced. One was blown out. The employee acted like he wasn't going to take the tread. They charge for disposal so it shouldn't have been any problem to take what I kept off our public highway. Not like they were busy because I was the only customer they had at that time. Maybe bad service is why they didn't have anyone else there.

I was in & out very quickly & efficiently but they did forget to completely tighten the air plugs on my tires. Otherwise good on honoring my warranty.

Not bad I guess. 2 guys there. Only one really doing any work while ( Im assuming the manager) ate doritos and cup of ramen and played on his phone instead of helping. Got there at open (7am). Didnt leave until 9:45 am for a rotate and balance. The guy doing the work gets Kudos for going above and beyond. The other guy(manager?) Gets natta.

I went and had tires put on here and it's a good thing I was watching because they started to put on the wrong tires the old guy was kinda rude. Then they forgot to put my old ones in the truck bed when I brought it up they set them outside and didn't load them I had too. Then I get a nail in my tire and I go back and it takes them a hour and a half to plug a tire. That's after they pulled it in. Absolutely too long for a tire to get plugged. Awful experience with this service center!!!

I went in to get two tires. They finally waited on me.said they had the tires. Would take about twenty minutes. About two hours later. I looked out the back window. I saw two new tires on there rims. I ask if my tires were done. The man didn't answer me. Just went out the back door. He came in about 20min later and said they were done.

They can not RESET the check engine light. So I'm driving around with the light on. They said they would text me when done. Nope. 2 1/2 hours and had to walk from registers to auto center to ask if it was done.

Great staff help me figure out my tire issue before placing it on the rack and charging for it then suggested placesvto where I could get help due to the fact they couldn't help me

The wait times are understandable since there isn't a way to make an appointment. The work is done well and for an affordable price. The 4 stars is because sometimes their lack of communication between associates can leave you a little lost at times, but they are friendly. Just if you can have someone pick you up when you drop off your car because of the wait times sometimes that is more convenient.

Really 1 star is too generous. I went in on a sunday. My only day off the whole month. I went in, walked around the store for hour and half. It took 30 min to even get written up. So 2 hrs after I arrive I went back to get my truck. The shop was completely empty and the guys were outside goofing off and messing around. When I asked about my truck they hadn't even touched it. I asked for the manager and they said he was off. So I called him on monday. He apologized and assured me if I would come back in he would take care of me. I tried 3 times to get him and he was always out. When I finally did get to speak to him, he said he was too busy to get me in. Stay out if you know what's good for you.

Was told I couldn t be taken for an oil change bc they closed in an hour. Since I pick my groceries up I didn t think you d be that much of a deal to get it changed and grab my groceries, but I had to go somewhere else might oil change and come back. Never had these issues at valvoline

Had a flat tire and was trying to get home from work limped the car in 35 minutes before closing wouldn't help me out so I could get home. Zero cars in the garage .. 35 minutes before close.. begged him to help me out .. wouldn't do it!!His amwser was man 35 minutes before close I can help ya.

Went to get an oil change and was told they would text the number I provided when it was finished. Two hours go by and nothing so I ask about it and they said the oil change was declined because of a leak. Ok that s fine but where s the text telling me there s a problem or the loud speaker asking for the owner of the car which they had done for someone else. 2 hours of my time wasted.

Closed during business hours. Was extremely rude to me for walking in the unlocked door during business hours. This was 10am on 7/7 and the woman was very hostile asking how I got in an unlocked door during business hours. I d rather pay more money at a more professional place. I really was absolutely shocked. Wal mart doesn t believe in customer service anymore.

They have no sense of urgency, or care about how they handle customer service. They really need to stop goofing off in the garage, and just get to work. The older guy working the register all the time, and the older lady, they really need classes in customer service. They always seem to disappear. I won't be returning anytime soon at this auto care center.

I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle . They still suck . Jan 2022. Went there with a friend today to get a tire fixed an old patch was leaking on his tire. I warned him but he had a flat in Walmart parking lot. They couldn't fix it because it wasn't patched there first. He had to buy a new tire even though his tire could be patched again. All about the money. Stay away if you can. I wish you could give less than one star.

I bought 4 tires there with maintenance plan last year and went to get checked because the low tire light came on. It was hour and half till closing, but they wouldn t even check them, not even to put air in. The young guy at the desk said they were too busy, but at the time there was only one car in the bays. Nothing like the service I received when I bought the tires, I would have given them a five then. All it takes is one person to ruin a business s customer service.

Some of the employees wanted to help but they were few and far between. And when they got it back there i noticed they were messing with a hose that had something all over it and i asked what they were doing but they just said just looking trying to figure out what was on it and literally the next day that hose had to be replaced completly it had a cut in it from a box cutter is what it looked like. We had replaced that hose 3 months prior.

Regrettably I have been here multiple time for tires and oil change. One time my car was left with keys in the ignition and unlocked for an hour and a half. Several times I have been ignored and twice I have had to deal with an absolute idiot named Dakota who repeatedly asked me inappropriate questions about where I work and how much money I make. I will pay more just so I never have to go here again. Every single time has been bad. New staff, different day? Nope, always the same! Don t go here!

When I purchase the tires there was a two-day delay before they came in and I wasn't told for 12 hours once the tires at arrived at the store. Three months later I went back for a flat repair it took 3 hours to repair one tire I will not use that Walmart Automotive service Center again and I am a very long time Walmart customer and card holder

Showed up with a dying battery. They attached the reader and said they could deep charge it. With the weather changing here November 7th I went ahead and changed the battery and did oil change. Showed up at 115pm and out at 220pm. Stood there and watched along with joking with the guys. Can say looks like they've done me right.
