This location is super honest and up front. I've had bad experiences with other Valvoline stores doing things first and charging later, but I've never had that problem with this location.They are fast and professional. They are friendly and know what they're doing. Just pull up, tell them what you need and be on your way in about 10-15 minutes.

They ve always been quick and efficient when I ve brought my vehicle here to get my oil changed. Doug and Moe handled my oil change today and they even offered my daughter a sucker to keep her busy. They went through scheduled maintenance but weren t pushy. I d recommend them (and have, especially to other milspouses so they aren t taken advantage of), for oil changes.

It was pretty busy while I was there, but not a very long wait. Great service. I just went in for an oil change, but they were very thorough with their service. I ended up getting my transmission flushed because it was in bad shape, and they showed it to me before doing anything. I was also missing a cabin air filter, which I wasn't even aware of. I was also given $25 off of the total cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will be going back for future oil changes...

Sir that attended me was so friendly and professional, wish I d caught his name. I asked him to set me tires to a specific number and he actually did! Very quick !

Initial Review was 2 Stars: Usually a great place, but with the change over of personnel, this place lacks leadership. Took an hour to get my oil changed once I was in the bay because whoever was below my truck was too short to get the oil filter out and I guess just sat there waiting on assistance. Angel was the only redeemable employee of the bunch.Updated 5 Stars: The shop made good on an offer for a free oil change and a chance to regain me as a customer. They did that. I won't go anywhere else. Brought my other 2 vehicles ba k same day. Wendell was awesome. Thanks for a great experience.

They were very kind they explained everything they were doing they also found a gas leek at the rear of my car I called my Son and they explained where it was at and that made me feel good and that afternoon my gas line was fixed I feel they went above and beyond for my safety and I thank and pray for them all and have told everyone I know to get there oil changed there

Very fast and friendly service BUT they consistently charge you extra for oil. It doesn t end up being cost effective. Go somewhere else.Edited after the reply: charging $11 for .3 quarts of oil (5.3 quarts needed, 5 quarts included) is not a fair price.

Absolutely professional. I went in for a tire patch, and they got my car in and out in next to no time. Very clean and put my spare away. Lobby is clean not covered in tools like some stores, and the staff where very courteousService: TiresService: Tires

Had an issue with my daughter's drain plug. Manager stepped up said he would do what he could do to make it right. The car had no issues just tightened the drain plug refilled with oil. The way he responded to me and my complaint was awesome. That's why we use them.

Stopped in for an oil change and new wipers, the service was quick but almost too quick. First they brought the wiper blades and i could see the sizes on the box and knew right away they were wrong, i told the guy he insisted they were correct and placed them on top of my current blades. Then did my oil change and went to wave me through before I had paid, I told the tech and he got me sorted out, paid them and exited the bay. I was about to test my new blades to see if they work and noticed they were still sitting on the glass unattached. Pulled into the parking lot and wouldve put them on myself but lo and behold, wrong sizes. Drove in and told them the issue and not only did they correct it they upgraded the wipers free of charge. I'm giving them 3 because of how nice they were about it and they were busy but I know other people would not be as kind, do better!

Had my wife take her car up there because I did not have time to do it. Fast forward to the next oil change cycle which I did do and the oil wasnt at full, (this is a newer car which doesn't burn oil) the oil pan drain bolt was probley tightened with an impact because it was way overtorqued. Very friendly and helpful people. The attendant I had told me everything they were doing and could do.Update: 8 October 23I found out they will change your oil and filter even if you bring your own. Lots cheaper.

Went to get my transmission fluid change. The technician Tyler was very in confident about what he was doing.He called Eric over to show him where the plug was. he then proceeded to put the tube in. Even then he had problems. I felt the job could have been done if they all wasn't to busy laughing and joking with another female customer. Neither one showed confidence in what was supposed to be done. I told Tyler to put my plug back in and I will come back another day. I never had that kind of problem over the years I been going there.

Highly satisfied with the outstanding service from the oil change to the high quality customer service, all that within 15 minutes while I am waiting comfortably in my car.In other car service shops it can take from 1 hour to 3 hours wait. I can t thank enough the amazing management and the excellent hard working team. It is an excellent experience I will never forget!! This was my first time using the business and I was impressed with the speed, professional demeanor and cost. Pulled up and there were 2 empty bays so I was directed right in... Steven was my tech and he was both quick and efficient in getting the service started after explaining my options. Cost was about what I expected for a F350 Deisel ($146 after taxes) and they didn't try to "up sale" me. They also offer a military discount of 15%. I plan to see them again in about 5K miles.

Top notch service and experience. Recommend what needs to be replaced but not pushy. Price was comparable and didn't have to go shopping around for filters and wipers. One stop service and didn't have to leave the vehicle get a ride and come back to get it. I will definitely return for future maintenance. Thanks for the excellent service!

Quick, clean and efficient! Customer care was amazing and the employees make sure they tell you exactly what they are doing and assist in more ways than one. I was fortunate enough to not have to wait long. The staff there is very kind and personable. Didn't try over sell items to me, just letting me know my options. They were pretty awesome.
