Thank you Matthew Kline for genuinely listening to all my wants and needs. Though Matthew works for Mitsubishi, he worked with me within the Swope family and got me into a Hyundai. Easy process all around. Can't rave enough about Matthew - we served together before he retired and it's great to see someone like him now serving our community. Shout out to Adryan Gibbs at Hyundai who helped make the transaction so seamless.

Several months ago I traded my Outlander Sport in for a truck for my husband. To be without my Mitsubishi was painful as I loved this car since it was the first car I had bought on my own since I was 20 years old. One day I was browsing the internet and found the adult version of my car. I worked with Cynthia Thomas, for two weeks to work out scheduling so I could come and get this new car. The process of the sale was easy, the making time to go get it not so much because of my job, however in the end I picked up this beautiful and got to have the same wonderful feeling about buying my own car as I did eight years earlier!!! Thank you Cynthia for finding the adult version of my sport and getting me into this beautiful Outlander.

We are repeat customers of Mr. Errond Wesley and he s the man. He s friendly and curious while at the same time very helpful and knowledgeable about his vehicles. He works with you and makes you feel like family. Not once does he pressure you. He explains the vehicles and their options then leaves it up to the customer. Had a top-notch experience working with Gerald. Went to several different dealerships in town and found ourselves right back to Swope working with him. He listened to our wants/needs/budget and worked swiftly to make sure every box was checked. He was professional, confident, knowledgeable and my favorite, not the "typical" pushy salesman. This is the most frustrating experience that I have been through, this being my first car brought through a dealership. Buying my car was the best part upon purchasing my car I had noticed that the clutch was high and had voiced my concern to service. We scheduled an appointment to get my car looked at which upon inspection found out that the clutch needed to be replaced. Since the clutch should have been good when I brought the car because they had cleared it, I m assuming this is something that the SERVICE MANAGER is responsible for. It took them 3 WEEKS to fix my clutch and between then I never got a call updating me. I had to go in and speak the the general manger. After that I get my car and realize that my gears are grinding so I make an appointment for service for once again. Tried to oil my breaks and the Lugnuts were over tightened to the point where the key for the rim was stripped when I tired to take off my rims. I let them know after they bled the clutch to fix the grinding gears and when I got in the car to take it home the gears were still grinding. At this point I have been more than patient and understanding. The service manger gets in the car and repeatedly putting the car in different gears saying that little noise right there yes that noice that s why we brought it in, in the first place. So if this vehicle has been a problem why wasn t it checked before clearing me to take it? I also let him know that the cap the the clutch fluid wasn t even screwed on when I had piped the hood, if that fluid has gotten into my engine it would have obviously been a problem. When I mentioned this to him I was ignored. And finally today I took my car in for what hopefully will be the last time for a while to get serviced for my gears. I left my car at 8am and I never received a call to pick it up, I go to pick up my car and service is closed so they have me call him from the phone. I express to the SERVICE Manager that I m beyond frustrated at this point because obviously that s my car I need to know if they need to keep my car longer , and he talks to me like he s doing me the favor? This was their mistake , and I tell him that and all he seems to be able to tell me is that it isn t and that this conversation isn t an argument. He is absolutely right it wasn t an argument I was stating facts. Disgusted with how everything has been handled on their end and unless you wanna jump through hoops I would not recommend. If I could get them a zero I would.

As a repeat customer I recently bought a 2023 Outlander with the help and assistance of Errand Wesley. I was a bit nervous and unsure about this big purchase since having bought my last car in 2011 but he was extremely helpful and made it a positive experience. I am very happy with my new vehicle and would recommend this dealership (especially Mr. Wesley) to anyone out there looking to buy a new or used vehicle. You will not regret it!

I can not express how wonderful my experience was. From start to finish. Errond, and the sales team went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. This team helped me refinance a separate vehicle and not only made those payments more manageable, but I feel like I came out paying less overall than I went in. This team of vets helping other veterans has made me a lifetime customer.

I went to Swope three years ago for a vehicle and Errond Wesley hooked me up then, and he did it again today with a new vehicle. He really does care and listens to his clients needs and takes the time to make sure you get what you re wanting, and is patient with the teaching process too. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and I am so grateful to have met Errond and I will definitely be back when I m ready for something new. Love Swope Mitsubishi!! I purchased my 1st Outlander in 2017 and recently bought the new 2022. I m in Love!! I can honestly say that I have never had a single issue with either car. What can I say, I m a fan. I won t shop anywhere else. I have always received great service. Everyone there has always been helpful and friendly.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a car lot! Errond was the best sales person I could have. Everyone there is friendly, the environment felt like a big ole family. I will definitely come back here to buy another car!! September 14th, 23 I took my car to service to get my volume button fix. September 15th, 23 I called to see if my car was done, lady said yes we had to order your part when it comes in we will set an appointment. I get up there to pick up my car I m driving around once I parked I smell oil burning and my car was smoking. I open my hood seen none of my caps were on, my oil went everywhere on my car so bad that the oil was dripping from my hood. Service manager went to drive my car to the shop when I was half low on oil, I said no this will need to be towed. Manager has no idea how to run his shop. They can not explain what happen when they shouldn t have been under my hood. Manager got mad about the situation when it was on them and their mistake not mine. They could have ruined a brand new 23 outlander. This is not the only time they have messed up my car, back when I first got it I had them plug my tire and these fools missed the plug less than a quarter and refuse to call me back about the situation. So I had to replace a whole new tire, Because the whole was too close to the other one. They need new management! I m the 3rd one, I know of from just this week that has had problems with service department. It s sad when the salesmen have to handle the situation. Very disappointing! I m thankful to have Errond and Jeff to be able to help me with my issue with service department!

Brought my daughter to Swope back in August to purchase a vehicle( that she is very happy with) Was told I would be getting a check since I also bought a vehicle from there. For whatever reason it took almost 2 months to get that check. Errond Wesley not only made sure I finally get it but brought it to me him self. He goes out of his way for his customers . I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him.

I live in North Atlanta, GA and unfortunately recently my favorite car of all time (EVO X MR) was totaled back in February of 2021. Nonetheless, I have to find a new vehicle and wanted to stick with a Mitsubishi for several reasons.I was searching for a new 2022 Outlander SEL Launch Edition with S-AWC as I could use more space, demand AWD, and certainly wanted a vehicle that is reliable with awesome styling and interior. I have a dealer I typically work with in North Atlanta, however, they could not get the vehicle I was looking for. While Mitsubishi doesn t allow you to order custom the car you prefer, I was able to use Mitsubishi s site to locate the ones I sought to find.After contacting several dealers, Swope (Gerald Blount - no relation that I am aware of!) was one of the first to reach out. Gerald was not only responsive, but even made a personalized video with him and the car that really set them apart from the rest. I also worked with Adam Burke who was equally exceptional, responsive, and answered many of my questions. Also, I would add that they were straight forward and treated a customer like they should be. For an opposite example, I went to a dealer in South of Atlanta that had a Red one that I loved, however, the process felt dishonest and they were shady with their numbers. I much rather go through the trouble of finding a car out of state to work with (and reward) a dealer that demonstrates best practices. Swope absolutely did this for me.To summarize, I would highly recommend them and can tell you buying from them out of state was a fairly smooth experience. It is best to get the car YOU want and not just choose what s on the lot seeing it s the 2nd most expensive object you ll purchase in your life. Swope Mitsubishi made the wait worthwhile and they certainly represent one of the best dealers/experiences I have had personally. Many dealers could learn from their engagement and I hope the rest of you who choose to do business with Swope have the same great experience I too have had. It took less than a week from a greeting to the car showing up at my house. Thanks again you all!

Traded in a vehicle for another, everyone single person involved did their best to work with me I order to get me into what I was wanting to obtain. Errond, Adam, Patrick etc all did their best to assist me. Fantastic customer service, and the feeling of open arms that the whole store projects out to every customer is amazing. I definitely recommend going to them if you are in need of an upgrade.

I worked with Errond at Swope Mitsubishi and he did an amazing job. He made sure that all my needs were met. There was a vehicle he was gonna try and get me into that was really nice vehicle, but found out it had some work that needed to be done. So he found me a awesome vehicle that had extremely low miles that is fully loaded. I am completely happy with his level of respect and professionalism. I highly recommend going to him if you are needing to get a vehicle!! Great job Errond and keep looking out for the people of Radcliff, Etown and Vine Grove..
