You can get, pretty much, any parts for a vehicle that you might need to fix or repair/replace. The employees are very helpful and courteous. They were very busy when we were there, which was in the evening.

The gentleman Dennis working the counter was so rude. I was in shock at how rude and unhelpful he was. Because I didn't know something, he threw his hands in the air and was shaking his head at me. Will never go back to O'Reilly again.

Almost made me late for work. You wouldn t think it would take 15 minutes to buy a bottle of fuel additive but it did. One person in front of me, no blame on their part but the other employees peeping out from behind the counter got under my skin. Almost late for work. O Reilly next to Johnson town road much better store and staff. I d give those guys 6 stars but not this store

Extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Radcliff for automotive needs after stopping in here. This is old-school customer service. They listen and help you solve your problem with experience and expertise, all while helping you get out the door as quickly as possible. I highly recommend.

One of your workers used my account information to find out where I live, her unattended child on my street, walked up to my house and asked for me. I do not know her child, and she needs to leave me and my wife alone. There is no reason for us to communicate, since I will never shop at O'Reilly's again.

My spouse went to auto zone to get a part for her vehicle. The people working were rude, and unhelpful. She went across the street to O'Reilly's and the staff there were exceptional. They made sure she had the right part, they went out to the vehicle on hand and knees to ensure correct fit. Great job

Oreillys is almost never someones first thought for parts but every time i call around for a random part especially on a older vehicle like a 65 mustang distributor or a 77 ford ltd starter they are the ones to have it in stock no wait all the time!

Rude employees that can't tell you a final price or honor discounts are the reason sooooo many avoid Dennis. And go to Jessica for experienced help. If his attitude toward phone in customers is so rude and costs sale to go across the street to AutoZone, they ts anoroblem..shame when mechanics can only get respect on a few days certain employees are working ..pathetic .

I always am treated beneath when I walk into any kind of auto store because I'm a female but usually when they see I know what I'm talking about they drop the "better than everyone" pride run. But I have never been so disrespected both in person as well as on the phone after talking to them about something I had bought not working correctly and missing parts. Even after showing them what was wrong and little bearings dropping out (which of course isn't suppose to happen) I still was imagining things according to them. Never will I be back.

Slow went there today April 7 2021 bought a battery cost $180 . They don't install should have went somewhere that does install. Very slow could hear conversations in back one guy upfront waiting on customers. Also few days later later sold me the wrong starter for my car I am not going back !!!! Returned it. Had to go to Autozone. No customer service anymore anywhere not just here. Sucks

I love this location. The staff has always been knowledgeable,patient,and they go above amd beyond to help you. Jessica is awesome and so patient. But honestly all the staff at this location is awesome!

Maybe because I am a woman, or even a woman of color, I wasn't greeted and then ignored by the staff ( he even had the nerve to look out the corner of his eye to see if I was still there). It's a shame that a veteran patronizing your store gets ignored. Will never come to this or any other O'Reilly Auto Part Store.

O'Reilly's has competitive prices. They also have new & rebuilt items for most parts choices. Staff are knowledgable of what they are selling & friendly .

Great team! Friendly and helpful. They helped me right away without making me so long such auto zone store cross the road.
