It was my first visit to this location as I usually have my vehicle serviced in the Elizabethtown, KY store.Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by Brian Anderson, the service manager. Brian was extremely friendly, professional, and quick with helping me select an additional service that I wanted for my vehicle that day.The crew members, who I spoke with later, were very straight forward and easy going as well as polite. They serviced my vehicle within the expected time frame and had no major issues. I stayed in the waiting area, which was clean and comfortable, to watch War for the Planet of the Apes, which was playing.The only issue I faced was with waiting for a part to come in, which unfortunately wasn't in stock, but the manager quickly informed me of the wait and explained the situation, which I was extremely satisfied with. No, the wait did not take long as was completely reasonable.I will continue to use this location in the future and will highly recommend this store to anyone.

You cannot beat this tire shop. The customer service is exceptional. They truly care about every single customer, their time, and their expierence. Kudos to Brian for his attention to customers and employees. Awesome shop.

Randy Johnson continues to do an outstanding job leading his team. Great customer service and the shop is my go to for any and all mechanical work on my four vehicles that I own. I went in to schedule dropping my car off to have tires installed. Turns out that they were able to do the installation right then and there. Perfect timing for me.

Steve and the crew working were excellent. Showed me the issues and were very informative. The work completed was exactly what was needed. The issues I had are not present at this time and appear to have been fixed. Thank you.

Brian had helped me in many ways. Mainly in helping me understand the problem with my car and why it was shaking so violently. He also did his best in helping me try to get the tires plus card.it was done in a timely manner and my car is working perfectly now

It seems like they were very efficient at getting my car repaired and back into good shape. I do still need more done to repair it and I feel confident in going back there.

Good deal on new tires. They were running a sale. Took longer than they said but it started to get busy. Waiting room is clean with a tv. Customer service was very nice and helpful. I had called two other places for prices and this was the cheapest.

Depending on what you're getting done, some prices are great and others are incredibly high! It also depends who decides to show up for work that day, how long customers have to wait. I run into this situation pretty often at this location. Finally, the customer service is okay, but not great.

Great place and staff. I've never had a problem getting my car in when I needed an appointment. There is no harassment or pressure for services and they keep me updated. They also talk to me with out me feeling like an idiot and they have even taken me to see what they are talking about and explaining. I also love that I can make online appointments. I also love the rebates. Con: The waiting room needs a good cleaning. The chairs had food, webs, and thick dust. I had to clean a chair one day brekkie sitting in it. Can't say if it still looks that way I haven't been in there in a few months.

Very knowledgeable, clean shop, helped me tremendously with my vehicle. Set me up with an appointment for all of my much needed work on my car. Also: didn't try to take advantage just because I'm a female. Love them!!! Dave and Joe were awesome!!

Very good experience at Michel tires today getting new tires put on. Friendly from check in to check out. Also didn t take too long to have the work done.

This store is a fairly decent place to get tires, alignment or brakes installed on your vehicle. We were there earlier and one of the young men that was working must have been in a hurry because he spun the tires as he was pulling a vehicle into a bay. 8/10/23, we had to take my stepdaughters car back to get the brakes checked out, which we just had repaired less than a year ago.

Little things, go a long way. I went in for a tire repair and Joe was amazing. His personality made for some great Customer Service. He explained everything about my warranty and didn t try to BS me with added charges.There was a wait time but I didn t mind because he kept me informed. My only complaint would be that the nice shiny coffee pot was empty and not serving me liquid gold

I was in dire need of a tire on a Friday night.made my call at approximately 6:35 pm ,spoke with Joe . I was met with professional attitudes. . I felt bad knowing how late I was getting there knowing they close at 7:00pm. No lectures no bad attitudes .the entire crew is awesome and a blessing today. I am thankful .

Randy, David & Jerome was very helpful. They told me it would be in my best interest to take my vehicle back to where I got my engine replaced because it was not done correctly. I wasn't able to get my oil changed but got it Inspected. I appreciate them being honest with me about my vehicle.... need more honest mechanics in the Hardin County area

You all are great! I have an older car that has little issues here and there, and you all do a fantastic job taking care of it! You also really listen to your customers, and try to save me money when possible. You all recently saved me over $200, which is amazing! I really appreciate everything you do, and you ll be getting my business in the future.

I really like and trust this place. The people who work there are really kind and honest. They do like what they do and they really do seem to care. Not only for ur vehicle needs but for ur wallet as well, which is to say they don't over charge u or try to push sells on u. I'm glad they are around. I can't thank these people enough. It's people like them that like what they do, that keeps us all able to be on the road safe. Thanks you all.
