I first called Bill earlier in the week to schedule an appointment for my truck to get a diagnostic on an ABS sensor coming on. It triggered numerous alerts as it does with traction control, parking aids, etc.I explained the situation and he walked me through a potential plan in his head on the diagnosis and prognosis of the issues at hand. Based on what my baseline knowledge is from working on my own vehicle, everything made sense and gave me confidence he could take care of my truck.I can tell you from a customer service standpoint, this small business is better than ford dealership. Knox ford customer service was not bad, but Bill took it to the next level and I got my truck back the same day. It was honestly not what I was expecting, even after he gave me a call with the quote and the timeline.He never promised anything and got the job done. Bill went above and beyond my expectations. I feel like if I did have concerns, he would have taken the time of day to listen, but luckily I did not have any issues.The pricing was right where I thought it would be and seemed better than Knox Ford. I did not ask if the parts came with any warranty, but that could be the potential of the price difference. Just an assumption.Overall, I would take my truck back if something else was to come up and I was not able to fix it myself. I have been to many mechanics throughout various moves and this has been the best experience when dealing with vehicle issues. Bill and his team can be trusted.

I called Joy Automotive about a repair I needed. They were able to assist me in setting up an appointment and hunting down the part. I was able to find the part I needed, but they weren't able to get me in same day. Because I needed the repair immediately, I had to go somewhere else. Nonetheless, Joy was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you guys for helping me get setup an appointment for service as a backup plan. It means alot to me.

Went in for a repair, they did the repair, when I picked the truck up I started the truck up and my ABS sensor all the lights and bells were dinging, this was not a problem when I dropped the truck off. They told me it was my rear right ABS sensor. Wanted me to come back Friday and they would fix it for me. That's something I can fix myself, crawled up under my truck, was going to take off the old ABS sensor that they said was bad, found that it had been unplugged, they can not just come unplugged, better watch them, I will not return to them. Oh I just plugged it back up , and everything is fine .

Extremely satisfied! I was in town for business when my truck decided to have issues. Bill very throughly explained my options and I felt comfortable bringing my truck to a new shop. Fair prices and great service. I was able to make it back north of the wall.

I took my car to joys auto never been there before I checked the reviews and was satisfied they fixed my car pretty quick and the prices are excellent I will go back to jays for car repair for now on and suggest that's where you should take your vehicle to be fixed ty so much to everyone at joy's automotive

Bill is straight up one of the most knowledgeable, kind and decent mechanics I have ever dealt with. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed them promptly. He addressed every issue that I brought to him in an efficient manner and was very reasonable with pricing. I will definitely use them again for any automotive needs that I have and will be referring any friends and family to them. Bill and his wife are truly some of the nicest people that I have encountered in this type of industry, they really care about helping people get a car roadworthy and reliable without breaking the bank. I have a bad track record with automotive decisions, but Joy Automotive is excellent. They are up front with pricing. They call if things change. They actually saved me money and suggested a cheaper fix than what I was expecting. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We have been going here for car repairs since 2019. Bill breaks down and explains what you need immediately for saftey reasons an what your gonna need down the road so you have the option to fix it all or wait on sum things. Very trustworthy, friendly an professional.

I will not take my car anywhere else unless it's something they cannot do. My dad was a mechanic and he taught me what to look for and Joy's Automotive is honest, and very reasonable. I would recommend them them to anybody. They have worked on several of my vehicles and I don't have a single complaint. I Had went under my brother's car when it was his next oil change. But when I went under I noticed oil every from the filter. The filter was not even hand tight. Plus the car had barely any oil left never goin back here.

This place was awesome. Everyone is super nice and seem to really know what they re doing. Took my husbands truck up there and got several things fixed. They found a leak from our ac that a place in Missouri couldn t find. They even showed me where it was. Definitely making them my go to for auto needs. Had to get my radiator replaced in a hurry while on TDY and I knew the minute Bill answered the phone that I chose the right place. He and Gabriel were exceptionally helpful and worked hard to get me back on the road ASAP. These people are the best! The service was amazing and they had my car done the same day I brought it in, even though they told me their schedule was full. The service was fast, friendly, and unbeatable. So reasonably priced and they called me as soon as my car was ready to be picked up! I love these guys!

Super job! I had to get a catalytic converter and they had it on and codes cleared very quickly. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and the store is clean! My car runs so much better now! Everyone there is awesome! Highly recommended!

I have to say my experience has been a great one. My 2014 jeep compass was messed up and where I got the vehicle from didn't even take the time to look into it. Joy automotive drove it around until it started acting up and ran diagnostics on it. Very good customer service and I'll be back for any means necessary. Thank you!
