I had a appointment at 5:30, was hoping to get the tint done around 9 he took his time & got it done around 10 & the car came out amazing, Great work, Great service & great pricing, by far the best in Radcliff would definitely recommend going to him if you re looking for great work with great pricing

I got all of the windows of my Nissan car tinted here, and we are more than satisfied! He worked late to meet a specific turnaround time and kept us updated along the way. He was very knowledgeable and gave us instructions on how to take care of the tint (i.e. not opening the windows for 3 days). My car is so much cooler now (in temperature and style!)

Amazing quality of window tinting and a fair price, too! I'm obsessed with the job Jordan did, I love how my car looks now and it's all thanks to him. Plus he's local to me so that's a plus as well Thanks, Jordan! I'll be coming back if I ever need another car tinted

Jordan worked late and the next day to complete our cars, he even corrected a spot immediately..he's the only tinter I will go to and he has great prices..he was in the military too..please support his small business

I have had the pleasure of speaking owner during my visit. He is kind, respectful and humble. I went to a few tint shop prior to making my appointment. When I walked into his shop he had kids books on a shelf. I asked what the books were for. He explained that it was for reading to children. He is involved in the community and this to me is great. We need more business owners like this. He kept me update on my vehicle while waiting. I am very pleased with Jordan tinting and recommend with a 10 star rating. I will be back for any future vehicle needs. Thank ypu

!!! Beware before making an appointment with this establishment. !!!I made an appointment online through their website five days before the scheduled date and time. I even received a confirmation email and a reminder email about my appointment. When I arrived the man that was working helped the lady in front of me and she informed him if she made an appointment and she said that she called and spoke to a guy to schedule her appointment. The man seemed confused and was not tracking her appointment, but said he would fit her in.I stepped up to the counter and he asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes I made it online. He did say that the website should have not allowed me to set an appointment and that he was not tracking me on the schedule. I showed him the email showing the confirmation so he could be aware that his website indeed allowed ppl to schedule an appointment with his establishment. He was like well it shouldn't have let you and no need to show him the email. He asked for my information and asked what I was needing to be done. I informed him I was wanting my windows tinted and to make it whatever the State of Ohio allows. He came back and was like you should have done your research and that it was not his job to tell him that considering he was in the state of Kentucky. Even though he might have been right. I should have done the research, I was just surprised by his remarks. I've been to several tinting establishments that provide excellent customer service provide that information to their customers.No big deal I googled the information and provided it to him. I took a seat and about 20 minutes later he walked back out and asked me which vehicle was mine. When I verified my car with him. He started to explain how this would take him 3-5 hours to complete and that he had other appointments scheduled. He then stated how he wouldn't be able to see me until Tuesday. I was very confused about what he was asking from me, so I said are you asking me to reschedule or are you able to get it done today? He was very inconsistent with his remarks and was like I can do it, but it's going to take me a long time. He was very passive-aggressive with his statements and behavior and I was just trying to figure what he was asking of me. Out of no where he asked me to leave his store.Finally I was like just give my keys back and that I was very disappointed with how he treats his customers. He made sure he told me he had a 98% approval and that he will be just fine without my business.I have no clue how the turnout would be considering how unprofessional this establishment is and how they go about booking appointments.I will never book an appointment with them again and will never recommend this place to anyone ever. This was a complete waste of my time.Service: Sun control window tinting

Called through the week and scheduled an appointment for our truck with Dre. We were scheduled for a day that was closed but Had a 4pm appointment. We arrived at 3, not expecting our vehicle to be started on early but merely to drop the truck off until Dre was ready to do the vehicle. We were out running errands so decided to just get him the keys. My husband and I heavily respect small businesses but Dre was initially rude stating when I called, it s only 3pm when we were only dropping it off. This should have been the red flag.There were some bubble spot and Dre stated give it a few days, truck was tinted on Sunday and by Wednesday it was one spot where it was a bubble and it popped and literally light comes through that hole. Apparently, my husband called to speak with Dre about it and Dre basically went on about how my husband must have let the window down or hit it with a seatbelt nonetheless when my husband asked to bring it back he stated to my husband do you not understand what I am saying to you ! At this point, my husband felt disrespected as anyone should. Dre basically told him to wait two weeks before bringing it back.If you want to deal with someone who is rude and doesn t stand on his own warranty policy, go to this place. Heavily disappointed we have never met Dre before this encounter so it was baffling to have this experience.Service: Vehicle window tinting

The guy does great work, excellent work...for the price. This was hands down the best tint job that I have ever had on a vehicle! Well done sir. Heard about this place through a friend, and they did not let me down. Better prices that any place in Louisville...and I will be back for some audio work. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!!! If you have the means to take your vehicle to another shop, I highly recommend that you do just that! Jordan the owner is VERY unprofessional and DOES NOT value his customers. My husband and I had the worst experience attempting to get window tinting on my SUV. First off, he was an hour late, then when we walked into the store, we were greeted by a loud marijuana smell. He was in the back and when he came to the front of the store, he gave us a lame excuse, that he had a friend who had a flat tire and that was the reason he was late. No apology, but just went right into asking the other lady that was there to get service what time her appointment was. Both of us had 10:00 a.m. appointments, but he kept saying ours was at 10:30 according to his scheduling book. I then told him that we booked/confirmed the appointment online on his site for 10:00 and he replied "yeah, we don't check that"...I then replied "well why have that option available, if you don't use it?"...Guess that upset him, because it was all downhill from there. I asked my husband if he was ready to leave and Jordan told us "you can leave, that's fine". I felt very disrespected because I was not speaking to him, only my husband. We then proceeded towards the door and Jordan came from around the counter and proceeded toward us. Of course my natural defense kicked in and I turned around to tell him to back off. We exchanged a few words, it got pretty intense, and then my husband and I left...I have been advised by multiple locals that this man has issues and this is not the first time they heard of customer disputes with him. His first shop was shutdown, due to allegedly selling drugs out of it. A friend of mine had work done at this shop and said that she has bubbles on her tinted windows, so he doesn't do good work either. Please don't patronize this shop, I support independent businesses, but this business is one that should definitely be shut down for good! Wish I would've read others reviews before attempting to do business here. If I could rate it no stars, I would.

I had my car windows tinted, and they did an awesome job!!!! There were no streaks and no bubbles on the windows. Very professional. Did the job in a timely manner. I will always go back to them for all my window tinting needs. Have been a patron since 2010; and I plan on taking another vehicle to them have the windows done. I highly recommend Jordan's for window tinting.

Paid for 2 vehicles to be tinted. Was delayed both times from scheduled appointment. First by almost 2 hours. Second by over a day. Tint bubbled. 1st contact owner said normal, it'll go away. Since then he wont answer a phone or return a phone call. Took him 5 hours to do my second vehicle and contact me it was ready. Very poor service and customer relations.

Dropped my friends car off at 10am and the guy told him it would take approximately three hours to tint the front driver and passenger windows. They would call us when it was ready. Well, 6 hours go by and nothing so we drive by and check in on it. They say it'll be another 30 minutes and then it will be done. We sit in the parking lot and watch comedy videos. Then 1.5 hours later! I notice we STILL have no received a phone call that it is ready so he goes back in to check again and they say, 15 more minutes. By this time, he was heated. So he stuck around and got his car another 30 minutes later. It was insane the amount of time we waited for two windows.

I recently had a radio installed. I m not familiar with the process. The owner was extremely informative and patient. The installation was quick and affordable. I brought my kid with me. The owner also does reading events for children and sells children reading material, very cool. I would definitely recommend.

Worst business I've ever dealt with!!! I made two appointments to have my windows tinted over a period of 2 weeks of which neither were kept by the owner. He kept putting me off until I finally told him I would find another place. I would not recommend this business for any kind of service except lip. Jordan should find another line of work that you don't have to keep your word.

First of all he double book me and this couple. Second of all he didn't have the tinted that I asked for. So now he's working on both vehicles by himself so he says 3 hours for my 5 windows and their truck which only has 3 windows shouldn't be a problem mind you both appointments were at 4pm.. I took of work early to get this done! It's now 610pm lets see how long I will have to wait..

I called Thursday to make a appointment, he gave me a appointment for Sunday at 3:00. Cool I was excited, but then Sunday came I call him at 2:00, to confirm the appointment, he said yeah come on by, I m here. So I get up there at 3:00, and he s just pulling another car back to tent the windows, I m thinking, what was the point for a appointment. No I m sorry, no nothing, then he had a nerve to ask me if I had a appointment, almost like he forgot about the 2:00 appointment. He told me it shouldn t take no more than 30-40min. Even though my appointment was at 3:00. So I decided to wait the 30-40 min, worse decision ever, so I come back around 3:30. Came back, and waited until 4:45 when I decided to just leave. Worst customer service ever, didn t even have the Courtesy to call back and apologize for me having to wait so long. If you want Bad customer service, rushed work, he s the guy.Very disappointedWhat u mean I never came back, How I would I know you was still tinting the windows on the truck @ 4:45 if I never came back!!!!

Great job, took a little longer than he said but would rather take more time and do a great job than rush to make the time and do a bad job. I would recommend him to anyone. So I referred to this place by a friend. I scheduled my appointment online. I drove all the way here from Louisville after work to find a note on the door saying they are closed. Mind you I have a email and a text reminding me of my appointment today. Called the number he said yes they are closed he didn t know about my appointment. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!! I have never had a business treat me this way.Service: Vehicle window tinting

In 2010 I trusted in Jordan's to tint my vehicle. Then last Saturday Jordan's tinted my new suv and then on yesterday they tinted my husband's and my daughter's vehicle and we are some happy customers! I would recommend them to any and everyone who is looking to get their vehicle tinted. Not to mention they offer military discounts as well.

I try my best to support small businesses and minority business, but the guy at the shop forgot that he had me scheduled for a tinting. So I go back a 2nd time to get rescheduled, and the day I come into the shop to get my car serviced, he's got the shop closed and is working on someone else's vehicle.I've read the reviews and even my cousin has worked at his shop, and states that the guy does good work. Despite the quality of the service, if you're ignoring my efforts to get work done, then why take down my phone number if you're not going to call or even text a potential customer that you can't make the appointment. What happened to professionalism folks.Oh well, his loss because I had 5 vehicles needing tinting and 2 of which I needed some audio work done. Looks like my money will be going elsewhere due to a lack of professional courtesy. I don't give people a 3rd chance to blow me off.

I went here to get my windows tinted for my Birthday, service was great people were very friendly, took as long as they told me it would. I wanted to wait a few months before I gave my review to make sure everything was still ok. I LOVE MY TINT!!!!!!!! They did an awesome job no streaks no bubbles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Started going to Jordan's back in 95 when he opened. Today they completed the 4th vehicle I have brought to him. Great price, great people, great work. The go to establishment for my vehicles to have window tint applied. Thanks again!!

This is my personal opinion. I visit some of the neighbouring businesses, I feel he has no respect for his neighbors or customers. His music is so loud it can be heard in neighbors stores and in the parking lot. I walked in one day with my ears plugged just to find out how much it would be to get my windows tinted on my vehicle, he looked at me saw my ears plugged and turned down his music a little and said yes what do you need, I asked him how much to tent my windows on my vehicle, he said 30 a window, I was going to make an appointment to do it and he just turned the music right back up as loud as he could. I plugged my ears and walked out. No I will not be doing my windows there, he is rude and inconsiderate. Walked out told my husband what he was like and he said go somewhere else.UPDATE TO OWNERS REPLY:::Yes I have been in your store no lie. I mean how would you even know a year later.

Had an appointment scheduled earlier this week. Got a quote over the phone from one person. Showed up and had someone else tell me that no one told me the price I was quoted. The person appeared high and began shouting and acting erratic. He put papers in my face over and over again "where do you see that price, where do you see that price" I said "dude you dont even know what kind of vehicle i have or how many windows im getting tinted..." That still didnt register in their brain. I left the store with him following me outside. At this point i called the police who showed up and told me they have been out there plenty of times. They also recommended a better spot for window tint. Now I'm getting my tint done for a better price, AND tires put on at the same place. I greatly appreciate the Officer that put me in contact with Willy & Mel's!

Dre was AMAZING he ended up working on my car way past closing and was so cool about the whole transaction. The shop has an incredible reading section for the kiddos which I loved.

My boyfriend and I have made three appointments (a week to 3 days in advance) to have our car windows done and every time they have some lame excuse why they can't honor the appointment time. Jordan himself has made all three appointments, & all three of them we have called the day of to confirm. The first time he didn't remeber making the appintment, the next he had to reschedule do to "scheduling conflicts" & the final appointment we made was cancelled because they supposedly ran completely out of tint and could not reschedule due to the fact that they didn't know when they would be getting more. Customer service here is at an all time low. For someone who has been doing this for 20+ years, you would think they have figured out how to order and keep supplies stocked as well as make appointments.
