2 years ago I PCS to Fort Knox and was looking for a European auto shop that I could trust my car with. Finnys been the best auto shop that I been in last 10 years. If you got to the Fort Knox area or even in Louisville is worth every dime the amazing work this guys !!The team was very professional, very helpful & had great prices. Finnys definitely will find the original part for your BMW, Mercedes, Audi and much more.The owner is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. He has experience in many makes. Highly recommend without reservation. His team is on point, they will treat your vehicle like is theirs. When it comes to major work done like I had to change the turbo in my BMW they will make sure the car is changed, assembled and torqued properly.If is something that will require attention he will tell you straight forward and he will work with you on price but what did meant for me the most about this shop was the quality of the work, costumer service and attention to detail that they give to each car that goes in their garage.Now that I m heading back to Germany is been an awesome experience and place. I had received excellent customer service upon my arrival and departure I will definitely miss this place. No words can describe the amazing service and care and love that engulfs this place. Belal and his workers are more than family and they do amazing work and take care of every single customer s car as if it was their own. Beautiful work and craftsmanship . Will always be coming back for them.

Bill and his team were extremely helpful. Worked my Audi S5 in quickly. Replaced the brakes, sensors, and the oil changes are about half of what Audi Louisville charges. Same day oil change without the hassle of 2 hours driving and not being able to talk to the technician is no more. Brake work was better than the service I received at the Audi and BMW dealerships.

Their good people,they treat you right. I came in at the end of the day with no headlights no blinkers no way to work my windows and they stayed overtime to fix my car for me. I cannot express how thankful I am that we went with Finny. They were beyond understanding and accommodating, as my Porsche Panamera was NOT an easy fix. The front Desk ssociate was very nice to me help me out this week ran out what I needed to get done contact me on time I didn't have to wait or beg for a call back like I do when I drop my car for dealership I will only be dropping it off here from now on thank you so much finnys the man who helped me out was named belal i am very happy he. Some of the best customer service I have experienced with any business they have fixed multiple issues on my car from electrical to leaks and his work has never failed me he will give you multiple options to fix the problem and will never pressure you into expensive repairs and especially bmw repairs he already had the parts in the shop made for a super fast fix

Amazing service! Service done in an hour. Rear and front pads replaced on my Jag. Honest and transparent. Told me I didn t need rotors because mine were in perfect condition. This saved me much money. I definitely will use them again and recommend to others. True professionals all the way around. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Very fast from the service the owner of the shop was very kind very honest up front about pricing took care of me and my family is very happy my brakes no longer squealed everything words Great on very happy with the service I will definitely coming back thank you so much for helping me out I was quoted $1200 from the dealership but then he got it done way way cheaper and faster definitely recommend using this auto repair shop

I had a rattle underneath my vehicle and a friend referred me to Finny to look at it. I stopped by the shop so he could hear it, possibly diagnose the issue, and give me an estimate of what the cost of repairs would be. He pulled it into the garage and in less than 10 minutes had fixed the issue. I m super thankful that it s wasn t a big repair but even more thankful that Finny took the time check my vehicle on such short notice. Great guy!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys really know how to troubleshoot problems. I had a friend who took his Mercedes to the dealership and they changed a bunch of stuff (charging him for all of it of course,) trying to find the problem and eventually did the repair. But where is the dealership then replaced an entire module or wire harness or whatnot for my friend, and mine ended up having the same problem, Finney's just did some individual wire repair and it saved a ton of money. Good luck getting a repair like that done at a dealership! These guys found it right away and didn't change anything unnecessarily.

I was recommended Finny's by one of my Soldiers to take my 2007 Bentley Flying Spur there that I had just purchased and brought from California, knowing it needs work. I wanted to have it checked to see what I needed done to ensure it's running good and avoid future issues. Let me just say my Soldier was dead on. Bill is an amazing person. He gave me a break down of what was needed in the present time and I was shocked that he gave me his recommendations without charging me. Is he for real? I looked at the reviews prior to going there and realized he is what they say he is, HONEST and FRIENDLY and seems to genuinely really look out for everyone. My vehicles will only go to Finny's and no one else from here on out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This team is consistently excellent in every way. If you are needing a trustworthy, quality auto shop, this place is it. In terms of my personal experience, the dealership quoted me a repair costing $1,600. Finneys got the work done for less than $200.

I had an awful sound coming from the area around the buttons for the sunroof on my X3. He immediately identified a loose piece of trim at the top of the windshield as the actual culprit. He resealed it and didn t charge me. He also was honest and told me that if he fixed the sunroof, which was broken when I got it, it would be expensive and it would break again. The honesty and integrity he showed me are rare and I will be taking it to Finny s in the future.Services: Auto windshield repair, Body & Trim, Auto sunroof glass replacement, Auto body & trim replacement

I came to Finny with a $400 BMW that barely ran. 5 days and a couple hundred bucks later I drove it home for the first time. Best specialist in town. I just had time today to leave this review of my experience with finnys mid February 2023 . I feel like i owe them this at least for the sincere help they extended to me when i broke the handle of the GMC we were using during my vacation in Kentucky we ve been to a shop to get quote before visiting them . And i was surprised at the same time hesitant in the beginning when they are on the spot tried working on it instead of quoting and scheduling us . It was freezing cold that late afternoon they even asked us to warm up a bit in their office while they are looking into the problem after a few minutes the manager came in and told us that they made a quick fix for now until we are able to get the assembly needed to replace it . I asked how much for the damage . And he said it was free i insist that i give at least minimum for the trouble of the other nice 2 boys that worked with him on it but he said no need and just give him an old lady hug if it will make me feel better that i was able to get it done for free . God is good and there are still honest and really nice people around we just have to find them . I like them i just want Finnys Complete Auto to know that they are doing a pretty good job and to keep it up

I purchased a vehicle recently and was recommended by the previous owner to have auto care here. The service was trustworthy and reliable. Price rates are not inflated and are worth every penny you will invest in your vehicle by using this place. The mechanic even addressed additional issues I would have not otherwise known until other problems started happening without overinflated additional costs which I appreciated. He has been so helpful on both my experiences and will be using this shop as my mechanic for ALL my car needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
