Just bought the car and haven't taken it for inspection yet so can't say much on that aspect BUT they got me in quickly, got my financed quickly with my lack of credit, and got me in the car I wanted. A 2017 with only 30k miles!! Great price also! Car was detailed and ready, as soon as I pulled into the lot they gave me the keys to test drive it. I've been driving it all day and no problems yet. So far so good!

I had an excellent experience with Robert and they were very accommodating and the process and transaction were the smoothest I had ever experienced. They even detailed the car and had the oil changed for me complimentary. I recommend this dealership and thank you Robert!

Just bought a beautiful truck from this lot. Wow what a great experience my wife and I had. I know everyone thinks used car lots may be a rough experience, but not here. Our salesman RJ was great! The team mom/ office manager Whitney was amazing. They are all very professional. I would highly recommend coming here if you need a new vehicle.

Got an wmazing pathfinder from Buy Rite today. My credit & financing situation was a little bit of an issue, however they didn t stop until they could help me!I was able to get my paperwork sent over to them & have my loan offer completed before I had even arrived on the lot!(this was a particularly busy day), & I was still immediately approached & welcomed when I arrived on the lot.My 2 small children were not making the process very easy for us but the employees at BUY RITE didn t once make me feel like a bother.The signing process was a little difficult for their manager due to the US verixon outage that happened the day before, but even though it was taking longer, nobody ever lost their patience with me & every step of the paperwork was walked through very carefully & any questions I asked were answered to the fullest extent.We LOVE the car, it s absolutely perfect.& I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANY AND EVERYBODY!

Bought a 2016 Lincoln Navigator 8 days ago. Found out yesterday that there's more bad than good with it. Robert sold me that almost $17,000 Navigator and on the way home the check engine light came on! His excuse was I used unleaded gas. That's hilarious!! It's actually the Cadillac converter!!! Then the gas pedal started vibrating when I would get up to road speed! Had a trusted, experienced mechanic look at the car and was told the transmission, transfer case, and the turbo were all bad!! Ohh not to mention the coolant leak and the oil leak! So here I am it's been 7 days owning this an I find all of this out. Roberts response is that I test drove it and so did my dad, and sorry nothing we can do about it! Also Robert said maybe I tore it up. Not sure what person can do that much damage in 7 days?? No one!!Robert will try to befriend you and talk up how he's such a straight shooter and he has a daughter and grandkids but he will screw you in a heartbeat to make a dollar. He doesn't care at all. He said he'd see what he could do, called him today and got nothing. Apparently my "attitude" was bad on the phone call. Well who wouldn't be upset!?!? I told him I'll be having a lawyer reach out if he can't do the right thing. His response, " if you have enough money for a lawyer then you have enough money to fix the car!" Clearly he's not the "Christian" man he claims he is.So thanks for nothing except taking almost $17,000 from me!! Really appreciate how great y'all are.

I bought a 2013 dodge dart and the thermostat was stuck. The owner paid to have it replaced but even after a week of having it I was not satisfied with car. The owner gladly let me trade it in for a 2013 chrylser 200 and it has been the best car I could have ever asked for. They are by far the best car lot I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. I will never shop at another car lot. There's nothing like having a car lot that you absolutely trust 100%.

Found on Facebook market place. Robert the manager was extremely nice and honest and all the other staff were nice as well. Prices were cheaper then anyone around and they move the inventory quick. Definitely would buy another vehicle from them if the right one come around and they have a lot of people from out of state that drive hours just to get vehicles from them.

We had been looking for a truck for about two weeks. We came here to look at a Ford . But found something totally different than what we went for. Mr. Robert and his staff were GREAT !! It was really chilly outside but RJ walked around with us and took the time to show us , and answer any questions we had. And Mr Robert was such a character . . Never pushy , like most car salesmen , and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. We got a great deal. I would HIGHLY recommend these fellas if you re looking for a great , no hassle, experience . Robert smiley helped us get into a 2018 chevy traverse. He was very helpful and family oriented. Very good prices as well. I will honestly gladly drive the 2.5 hour drive if we ever are in need of another vehicle

Horrible customer service! Do not recommend this place to anybody!-in response to the owners commentI called requesting information about a car for my daughter. Staff was too busy talking to other staff in the background, as well as was overall unprofessional with me on the phone. THAT is why I left a Review about customer service. I do not know of ANY personal friends AT ALL that have purchased a car there, just my OWN EXPERIENCE in calling and asking questions about inventory.

It s rare in this day and age to get such awesome customer service for an affordable price. They got my car done very fast and did great work. I had brakes, tires, and an oil change done and they were a ton cheaper than the stealership. Adam was super helpful and knowledgeable not only about my car, but many others. Told all my friends and colleagues about them and will have all of my service done here in the future!

Robert is a great guy, has a perfect balance of going above and beyond to sell me a car but not pressuring me into buying. Gave me a good deal on my trade and they even threw on some new rear tires before I left, great place to buy a car thanks again Rob!

I bought BMW from buyrite, not the best experience. Everything there is nice, however the sale guy didn t know much about the car I was interested in. The light didn t work and the gauge for the temp wasn t working. They did fix the lights, but when it came to the gauges they stated that it was the oil gauge and that that s how it was supposed to be. I got the car home and had to go buy a tail light built, the heat stopped working on the way to the store, replaced the coolant sensor today, did not fix the problem. We believe it is the thermostat now. The car now has to go into the shop. Not quite happy with the experience.

Went in looking for a car point a to point b found something cheaper then I was actually looking for runs smooth. Place is very nice and price is very reasonable. I will definitely be back. Ask for Rj to take care of you.

If any one is looking to get a new car do NOT go to buy rite auto center in radcliff. I purchased my car on February 10th and the same day I took it home I realized the heat wasn t working so I attempted to contact my sales person and let them know and never got an answer. The following Monday I was leaving my house for work and my brake light came on so I dropped the car off at my grandparents house and borrowed their vehicle to go to work. I got off work and came and got my vehicle and went to the car lot (the brake lights were still on the entire way to the lot) told them everything that was going on and the man at the car lot (Robert) told me he was going to test drive the car and see what s wrong with it he takes the car for about 2-3 minutes and comes back and tells me the brake lights never came on and when I asked him how they magically went off for him when they ve been on for 12 hours non stop he told me that the reason they were probably on is because I didn t have enough gas in the vehicle. When I told him that is not how that works he then proceeded to ask me if I was a mechanic and told me I was young enough to be his granddaughter so he s speaking to me as a parental figure. He told me to take the vehicle up to Kia the only thing wrong with it is the heat so I did. The vehicle has been up at Kia ever since I m going on my second payment on the car and haven t been able to drive it. It turns out the vehicle has a blown head gasket and Robert refuses to take the vehicle back or pay to have it fixed, he refuses to work with us at all no remorse shown for selling me and my 2 year old daughter a car that is not drivable nor safe. So if you are looking for a reliable vehicle buy rite auto center is not the place to go.

This place is awesome! Everyone there is kind and their communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. Bought an BMW X5 there and was a way better deal than I could find in Tennessee so it was a no brainer to drive 3 hours for it. If you re looking for a good used quality vehicle I highly recommend this place.
