I have had several vehicles tinted here and the ceramic tint is worth it. I also had some line x done and zero complaints. I would come back here and do business again

Tint on side windows looks great. Shade stripe on windshield doesn't look as nice as I would like but I think there's not alot they could do on it. Just not keen on the little spot in the middle missing and seeing daylight from the inside. If it wasn't for that 5 stars would be given. Like the extra touches like the sticker on the window controls. Store is packed full of sound good stuff. This isn't the first time they have sone work for me and probably not the last time.3/3/18. No problem with getting the little gap fixed on windshield fixed today. Very nice about it and very professional. Changing rating to 5 stars

Live out of state and bought a truck in Kentucky. Found Audio To Go in Radcliff for my window tinting and spray in bedliner (linex). They were able to get me in quickly before I traveled home and did a great job! I would recommend them for both services.

First, I'd like to start off this review by stating that I went in with a certain budget in mind; After speaking to Patrick, he listened to me on what I was looking to achieve and then told me how he could help.I took his advice and continued with the the install.After picking up the truck, I was not happy with the way it sounded.We took it back, and Patrick did everything he could do to make me a happy customer.I am thrilled he was able and also knowledgeable enough to help change the issue I was having. By far the best customer service I have gotten.There was another employee who was rude and down right disrespectful there who works the front counter. I would advise only dealing with Patrick!You'll be glad you did.

If you need window tinting, this is the place to go! Be sure to come in and talk to Brandon and he can SHOW you the ceramic tinting they use. This stuff is amazing! I parked in direct sunlight for two hours having the ceramic tint (even nearly clear tint) and my truck was very comfortable inside. Kenny did a very professional and detailed job and my windows look perfect.Words are not enough to describe this tint and the guys at Audio To Go will always treat you very well!What a great experience. Highly recommended to anyone who needs tint!

I went there to get two speakers replaced. Front passenger and back drivers side. Everyone was very nice. The speakers work wonderfully. Once I picked my car up, my front passenger door would not lock anymore and the window made a weird clickng noise. I have never once had an issue at all with the door locks or the window. As expected, I was told it wasn't because of anything they did, it had to be coincidental, or I have bad timing. They offered to install a replacement actuator for free as long as I bought the part. I agreed. They were supposed to call me back with a price but they never got back with me. I want to like the place so much. I would probably give them another shot but this whole door lock and window clicking thing just put a very bad taste in my mouth.

The guys here did a really good job at installing tinting on the 2 front windows of my wife's new SUV. They knocked it out quick and didn't waste time. We took our sons car to them and had a remote starter installed. They did a good job of installing it and he hasn't had any problems, so far.

I had a remote start put on my car a few months back. I absolutely love it! Jason is the best around! He has great customer service and is very professional. He explained to me in detail all the functions of my remote start without making me feel like "a girl" for asking questions. He did a great quality job on my car. I was very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be going back there to see him when I upgrade my stereo system and speakers!!The other guys there didn't seem to be as knowledgeable nor helpful so be sure to ask for Jason and he will get you quality service and helpful advice.UPDATED MY REVIEW BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT PROVIDED MY SERVICE IS NO LONGER THERE.

Had tint applied to my new car. It looks great. There was a small blemish on the driver's door window, they took care of it without any question or hassle. They did such good work they will be doing my wife's car in a few weeks.

I had tint applied to the front two windows of my wife s van and a tinted windshield visor. The company did a great job getting the car in and out of the shop within the time of the appointment. The customer service was good, but not excellent. I called to check in on the vehicle after dropping it off was informed that they d already called and left a voicemail, but unfortunately they didn t get my number right. Something that could ve been caught when I first dropped the vehicle off.I didn t get any type of explanation about the product I purchased other than verbal instructions to not roll the window down. I also didn t get any warranty paperwork or any sort of paperwork for the tint that was actually used. I ve had vehicles tinted other places before and normally get a little folder with the receipt etc. I asked for ceramic and assume that s what it is, but really have no way of knowing the type of product used. I just have a copy of the credit card purchase receipt.The tint looks good though. Another week or so and I ll give it a closer look.

I have had tint put on 4 vehicles and remote starts put on 3. The staff is amazing and will be up front with you. I have personally not had any issues with anything they have done, but have witnessed concerns of others and they went out of their way to make it right. Excellent service.

I bought a full alpine stereo from here about a week ago, the install looks great! Everything is hidden neatly, wired are sheathed and terminated clean, grounds are solid. I had an issue with the amplifier going into protect mode so I go back today, these guys spent THREE HOURS looking into it and helping me find a solution which included trying out different speakers, amps, boxes to determine what made ME happy. They did a fantastic job and I couldn t be happier. I didn t spend a penny more to have anything fixed, Keith handled everything and was super professional. This store just earned a lift time costumer; I never ever write reviews but this store gets a well deserved five stars.

Jason, Patrick, Brian.....all AWESOME!! Wanted some tint, got it, it was perfect, mentioned wanting better sound and these guys hooked me up!!! I'm no spring chicken but if it's too loud, you're too old, and I like it loud. These gents have my sound all kinds of awesome, and of course loud. :)Excellent service! Fast process (1day)! Great prices! I will be back!!!

Customer service was straight to the point. No hidden fee's. Installation was A1. Any vehicle I need tint done to, will definitely take here, and recommend to others. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Can't begin to say how amazing the customer service experience I had here was. They replaced a DVD player that was installed in my SUV 2.5 years ago as it stopped working. I informed them (with NO time) that I was going on a road trip with 2 small kids and my sanity needed this DVD player. They pulled through, replaced and installed in no time! During their busiest time none the less!! Huge inventory and fair pricing make this place a must go as a FIRST stop for your auto audio/video/tint needs!!

After having a project truck that is still in the works criticized for 5 minutes after asking for help on a stereo install, (which I would have happily paid for to get right.) I was rushed in and out the door. Ended up taking to Autosound and having it fixed.Upsetting after doing so much business in the past with this location. Was just seeking professional help and instead received smart remarks.Window tint guy is amazing.

First off best at window tinting! Bad at quotes I drove 45min to get there asked for a quote for 2010 dodge charger rear window and one rear side window. They said have bay open come down do it for $50 get there they want $60 just for back window and additional $35 for side window that's almost double than quote. So I am driving around with one window not tinted thanks a lot!

The guy running the place is more interested in hearing himself talk versus seeing what the customer wants. I wasn't happy with the Audio install I received and I was inquiring on options to make it sound better. The guy running the place came at me with a major attitude out of nowhere and was extremely defensive. Another guy there was full of smart remarks and didn't seem to listen very well either, especially when I was getting the quote in the beginning. (Probably the main reason I wasn't happy with what they ended up with). I will end up finishing up the sound I'm looking for with Discount Audio in Louisville. I've had a lot of good luck with them in the past and the staff is great to work with.

I have had these folks put remote starters in two of my cars and tinted windows in my new car. Prices have been fair and quality seems to be holding up. Great and friendly place to visit.

Got my windows tinted here, front desk employee was extremely knowledgable and straight forward. The tint looks amazing and they stand behind their service with a warranty. I highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, and quickly assisted in finding the right product for my install despite a ton of inventory in the shop. Appointment times are flexible, and very clean installs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not only did they do an excellent job installing a Line X bed liner and running boards on my new RAM, they buffed out a scratch on the bed without being asked or charging me. They have earned a life long customer. Thank you guys.

I can't say enough about this place. I ordered a sub and amp from Rockford and this place was the distributor. The setup was wrong. They went out of their way to call me and tell me to go with a different ohm sub. No hassle at all.Highly recommend!
