Excellent service! As a woman who does as much of her own car maintenance as she can, I really struggle to find a shop that will listen and not talk down to me. I had a major repair that was needed right as I had to make a trip cross country, these guys managed to get me in for service on the same day. They are also particularly experienced with Minis, which was exactly what I needed. Both Matt and Brent were very friendly and helpful. They listened to me and were very respectful, which is such a hard thing to find! (What a world it is when I'm grateful just to not be interrupted every other sentence). I declined one minor repair that they found while working on my car, and Brent went so far as to show me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it on my own. Will definitely be coming back here if needed!

I had not been in several years, I felt at that time, they over charged and the service wasn't what I needed. I gave them another chance recently and am very glad I did!I've taken several vehicles in the past month or so and I feel the work is great and the prices are very fair. They aren't pushy with add on services, just tell you the status and let you decide. They have me and my companies business for the future unless things change. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you, these guys went above the call of duty when I brought my car in. It happened to be a holiday weekend and I was coming in from out of town. They stayed open longer just so they could finish my car and get me back to Georgia. Couldn't ask for better service at all. They even called to check on me once I made it back to make sure everything was good.

I cannot recommend this place enough! They were kind, easy to work with and much faster and cheaper than other places. They even came and picked me up when my car was done. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Technicians did good work. However, the markup on parts is excessive in this market. They charged me 250% above GM wholesale and 62% above GM retail for part cost of GM engine mount. $218 charged for $87 wholesale part. 2 different GM dealers quoted me $134 for exact same part. They have changed their past policy that part pricing would be competitive with GM dealership part pricing. I can no longer recommend Springdale Automotive services to friends and family because of this new policy.

I have used Springdale Automotive several times for my daughters car and have never once been disappointed. I can leave there trusting that they 100% took care of the issue. The Prospect crew is amazing. You can tell they love their job and care about doing the right thing for their customers. You will not regret taking your car to the best around!!

Brian and team were amazingly helpful in fixing our Subaru Forester! They took care of things quickly when Subaru dealer told me I d have to wait months to get a service appointment. Springdale is our family s new car repair shop. Highly recommend!

Matt was my service representative. He was kind, courteous & so helpful. He told me that he didn t want me to be without my car overnight & that they would take care of me. Springdale provided me with a ride home & then with a ride back when my car was ready. The technician reprogrammed the electronics once the new battery was installed. The entire experience was seamless. I will definitely recommend them to anyone l know that needs help/ repair with their vehicle. Thank you Springdale for being so caring.Service: Battery

I caught a flat tire this morning and needed it fixed so I could remain mobile for the day. I called Springdale around 8:45am and explained what happened and that I really needed to be mobile today. The tech told me to bring it in and he could get me done by 12pm. I was very happy about this, so I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and they actually had if fixed in 30 minutes. The guys there are great. I have used them multiple times and they are always friendly, knowledgable, and willing to take care of there customers. Top notch service. I highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Tires

I was in town to visit family. I was departing to head back home for a 10 Hour drive when I felt, what appeared to be, a defective tire. I met one of the employees PRIOR to opening and explained my situation. He got me right in and diagnosed it and told me it was a shock absorber which I was covered by under warranty. Being from out of town, they could have tried to take it advantage of me, but they were respectful, very professional, and forthcoming with everything they inspected. If I m ever in the area again and need maintenance this is my shop. I would recommend it to anybody, looking for quality, professionalism , and honesty!

Awesome shop, great people, fast service and very good work performed. Brought my 2008 Mazda 3s ("s", not plural) in for an oil change, alignment and to have a tire repaired/ remounted. I called on a Friday afternoon, the car was in at 8:00 AM Monday morning and was finished by 3:00 PM the same day. They even offered to give me a ride which is pretty awesome but thankfully I live right across the street and I already had a ride. They did a great job, there were a few things that were recommended to be done which I elected not to at this time and that was totally okay, no pressure at all. The price was actually EXTREMELY good, there was a lot to be done and it cost me under $300 bucks. When I can I'll bring it back in to get the rest done and will definitely go back if anything else is needed. Very highly recommend, they do a great job, they're fast and you won't regret it.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Kevin and the team at Springdale were friendly, professional and efficient. We are visiting from out of town, and a cracked/leaking washer fluid reservoir would have made our drive home on slushy salty roads pretty dangerous. Excellent communication and service for what might seem like a small thing when you consider everything that can go wrong in a vehicle, but felt pretty important to us!

Five Star Fantastic!The staff at Springdale Automotive exceeded my expectations. I came in with a tire too damaged to repair. They put my spare tire on and charged me nothing for the help. The next day, I used their courtesy shuttle to get my car worked on without having to miss work. They made everything so easy and convenient. Only needed an oil change, and had to wait in the waiting room area. The employees were so friendly and kind! I was told that it may be a few hours, which was fine, but they didn t make me wait that long. Place was clean and inviting. They also did a diagnostics on my car and didn t try to talk me into all the repairs right then, but advised that I do so next time I come in. I will definitely be back!Service: Auto maintenance

5 stars! I could not recommend Springdale more! Amazing. My van was with other mechanics for months, and they couldn't figure it out. Springdale diagnosed and fixed my van in one day! They started working on my car at 7am sharp the morning after having to leave it overnight unexpectedly due to almost breaking down. Dropped it off at 10pm and was receiving communication bright and early the next day. They were courteous, professional and honest about serious nature of repairs needed. They even allowed us to keep vehicle on their property for well over a week while deciding what to do with it. Price for a front to rear assessment was way below what I ve paid at other places ! I called early one morning after I heard hissing from my tires. I know they were swamped, but they acted like I was the only one there. They took the situation seriously and expressed great concern for the safety of my family. They even shuttled me to and from my house during the repair. Lastly, while some companies would have charged me for a whole tire whether I needed it or not, they made a small repair and charged me the most nominal fee. I m so thankful for their service and will definitely be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Springdale Automotive in Prospect always goes above & beyond every time I take my car and my kids vehicles there. The text feature that shows the progress of your vehicle as its being worked on and has pics of what needs attention is a big plus! After calling to schedule I needed to change my time and day. The representative was really helpful. I received an email to confirm the new appointment. On service day we confirmed the services and checked the phone number to call. A message informed me regarding start time. Everything went smoothly and my car was available when I arrived to pick up. Car was neat and the radio did not blow my ears off. Price was reasonable.Services: Tires, Oil change

Passing through on our way to Nashville from Cincinnati and we had car trouble. We called and visited multiple car shops and no one could get us in. Springdale Automotive Centers got us in a back on the road quickly! Brent, Brian, and Kevin were professional and courteous! I highly recommend using them for all of your automotive needs!

I ran over something on the freeway that caused my tire to lose air pressure at an extremely alarming rate. After being able to stop to fill my tire and finding it was not holding air I found Springdale Automotive as the closest place to get it fixed. When I arrived they were able to get my car in immediately and within 20 minutes I was on my way. I don't know many other places that would be able or willing to take a walk in so quickly and get them out the door. Anytime I need any work done I will definitely consider Springdale Automotive even though they are not the most convenient to me. The incredible service is the differentiator here.Service: Tires

I noticed a screw in my tire one afternoon and was unsure where to go to get it fixed since it was so late in the day. This shop was closest to me so I thought I would just call and see if they could fix it for me before closing. The guy on the phone was so friendly and told me come on in and they will get it fixed today. I was so relieved and grateful. Once I arrived they got my car in the shop right away and after about 30 minutes I was back on the road. Best experience ever!

I am a long term customer of springdale automotive. I do the majority of maintenance and repair but i often run into problems that are beyond me. I can take my car there and give them the history of what I ve done and they always take over and get the job done right. They are quick and fairly priced and no high pressure sales but they make recommendations on trouble spots they find.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection
