My Kia was stolen last month and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare with obstacles at every turn - if you have a Kia or Hyundai, take steps NOW to protect it from theft. I brought it to Harrod s for the repairs which was mainly body work, where the window was smashed in and the transmission/wheel cover that was ripped out by the thieves, and likely more but can t remember off the top of my head after reading the reviews online. I had not used Harrod s prior to this experience but likely will now for other future repairs or needs and have recommended it to others. Charmagne has been ON IT and has been dealing with my insurance company, Kia, and other business for weeks to make sure my car gets the parts it needs and gets fixed. She has been transparent through the whole process and has reached out multiple times with updates. I ve been super happy and thankful to have her help during what otherwise has been a very difficult and frustrating time for me. Just received a follow-up call from their shop and I must say it's the first time any auto shop has followed up to make sure my car was in good working order!!! THANK YOU!! They did a great job - very timely too - and the staff has been excellent. I'm super impressed with BOTH the service and taking the time to check on it afterwards!! Excellent care of car, efficient and quick turnaround after complete inspection. Friendly people, comfortable waiting room. Thanks a million for the beautiful new tires for our car, for helping in so many ways, for your expertise and knowledge. Everything was fully explained, so any customer would feel at ease. Harrods Creek Auto repaired my BMW X5 and I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Fantastic customer service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have tried other BMW service centers in Louisville, but Harrods Creek s professionalism and reasonable pricing has made me a loyal customer.

This is the single most professional, honest and competant auto business I have ever dealt with. I am a 8 year customer and went here for the first time after winning a deluxe set of tires at a charity silent auction. They support their community! I never went back to the dealer. They are so honest, reasonable and solution oriented...you cannot imagine. I have a Volvo and the dealer had my number every time I went there. Harrods Creek does what needs to be done, nothing unnecessay and honors their commitments. They do not inflate charges, they go the extra mile to solve problems and treat you like you matter to the success of their business. I recommend them to everyone I can. They are true professionals and customer focused in every way.

Unfortunately I had a completely different experience than others who have posted reviews. Horrible service and experience. Brought vehicle in for a power steering pump to be replaced. The pump was replaced and we were on our waiy. All was fine until the vehicle developed a leak soon after....and it was low on power steering fluid. Took the vehicle back to Harrods Creek Auto. They told us it was not the power steering but we needed to replace the rack and pinion. This would be $1400. We took the vehicle for a second opinion. We were told it was leaking from the power steering reservoir. Since Harrods Creek did the initial work on the vehicle we took it back to them for repair. They told us AGAIN it was the rack and pinion not anything to do with the power steering and it would be $1400. We did not have the rack and pinion replaced, we had the work done elsewhere. The problem was the O-Ring that was between the power steering pump and the reservoir. This was put in by Harrods Creek and did not properly fit, thus the fluid leaking. After getting the O-Ring fixed the vehicle is running great with NO LEAKS. They were so insistent we had a problem that was going to cost us $1400, now I know that would still have not fixed the leak and we would have paid $1400 for a repair that was not needed.

First rate business. We were traveling from another state and ran into car troubles... They went out of their way to ensure that we got back on the road as soon as possible. I highly recommend Harrods. My daughters and i thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

April is great, but a power window regulator they replaced died within 2 years. $500 x 2. Harrods only offered a 1 year warranty on their part; Springdale offers a 3 year warranty. Wish they'd used better replacement parts.

We recently moved to the area and chose Harrod s Creek to service our VW. I was very pleased with the whole experience, from the way the phone was answered until I got my car back. I ll definitely use them again.

Amazing staff April and Dan are Awesome!! They take the time to explain things to you !! I can Trust them 200%!! I will never take my car anywhere else!!! Friendliest staff I have ever met!!!

They keep my older BMW on the road. I had a problem with a MBZ. They were the only shop with the correct diagnosis instantly. The MBZ dealer, Tafel, had the car for a week and gave it back unfixed. That's when I went to HCA for the first time. I've now been back several times.

They have always done good work on our vehicles over the past 20 years, which have included Hondas, VWs and a Mini.

Well on my way home to Pittsburgh my car broke down and heroes creek auto was able to put me back on the road the next day, very friendly and willing to accommodate. Best experience I've ever had with auto repair
