Just moved to the area and had a tie blow out on the side of the highway. Got it to Stephanie and she took care of me. Went above and beyond to get the tire swapped treated me like I had been a customer there for years. She got me of the side of the road with a good feeling about the service provided. I WILL be coming back for anything else our vehicles need in the future. Thank you and God bless

On our travels from Ontario Canada, we ended up with a bad tire on our rental car. Stopped in at this location and turned out to be a 2 gash in the tire. The shop didn t have the size of tire we needed but helped us find one not far away. We returned with the new tire and had it replaced in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Liz and Stephanie out front were friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Staff in the shop were thorough and we can t thank them enough. This tire shop is a Best-in-class business and we highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Our granddaughter was on an equestrian internship in Princeton, KY and had a flat tire. Of course she called home (Powell, TN) to find out what to do! She was originally told by an employee that she would need four new tires to maintain vehicle safety. New tires were ordered, but after a recheck of the damaged tire, it was deemed it only needed a patch. Thank you for the above and beyond care and for not taking advantage of a student away from home. We appreciate the phone calls back and forth we had with you, and the reassurance you gave us dealing with her situation long distance.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The mechanics knew their stuff. I went in for a screw in my tire but had to get a new one. They checked everything from band strength to the thickness of the rubber. If I had a complaint it would be that they were a bit too busy. I had to wait two hours

Liz went out of her way to help me. I dropped my car off and went back to pick it up. No problem.She answered a million questions for me, and spent a great deal of time searching for tires and the best deal for me.I had tires fixed. And an oil change. Only thing I didn't get was a new oil sticker on my window.The service was great though. The guys patched my tire and were concerned about the other. Genuinely concerned!That's a local business@I will definitely be keeping them as my go to !!

Shawn was awsome!He came he saw and he fixed. He could've easily said a new tire was needed and do an upcharge but he was honest and showed the problem. Great job!

I love using Purcell as our tire servicer. Fast, friendly, and professional. Their Roadside Warranty is worth every penny. And then some! I am a customer for life. They have never let me down as far as working me in if I had a tire emergency. Customer service is top notch and the prices are as well.

Well I purchased a set of tires from Purcell and at that time I was told they are covered for rotation and road hazard went to have a slow leak fixed. Was told well the tires didn't come with road hazard I will NEVER spend any more money here PERIOD. Tires I bought cost 700 thanks for nothing PURCELL

We were on our way to Kansas City from North Carolina and we got a flat no one else would take us due to closing or they were booked up and Purcell did and they were amazing and super nice I definitely recommend them.

Amazing service, best we have ever had from a Tire Shop. We were on the road and this team could have easily taken advantage of us, but instead treated us fair with fantastic service and value. Highly recommended!!

Great service and helpful in getting the service I needed .staying open for me when they didn't have to and waiting for a tow truck to bring me to them. Highly recommended and appreciated for taking care of me and my family

I have found that the people at Purcell tire always go above and beyond to help me in whatever situation I may be facing. I always go to them first for my tire needs. I have not found one that is not God fearing and down to earth. They have shown me the best customer service out of any tire shop I've ever been to.

I told them I needed 255/60/19 and the maid told me they had that size and didn t. So instead of calling me and telling me that and I would have just had them put my spare on they went ahead and but a smaller tire on my GMC Acadia and still charged me full price instead of talking to me about it first. Now my ABS and traction light is on. It s more but I m not going to write a long post but I ll never again

Visiting from out-of-town and stopped in for an oil change. Staff was very welcoming and even gave me a list of recommended maintenance items to attend to when I get home. They struck a great balance of being helpful without being pushy highly recommend!

We are new to the area and Purcells were recommended, they didn t disappoint. Very friendly service and got us in the next day. Thorough and told us of possible other issues but didn t take it upon their self to fix without discussing. Prices were fair for the work preformed. Will be taking our vehicles here for many of our automotive needs.

I receive regular oil changes at the Princeton KY Purcell Tire. Online scheduling doesn t show this branch so have to call them directly. Front desk staff are very nice. Quick in and out usually but recent wait time increased. Actually heard them ordering the oil for my van from local store then had to wait for it to be delivered. Did say they gave me ten dollars off for the trouble but when my husband went to get oil changed on his truck later that same day, the same thing happened to him. Not sure why but this seems to be the standard practice there now. They told me they had to order the oil filter because it was special for my Kia Sedona but didn t hear that being ordered at all, just the full synthetic oil for it.

We were driving through on I-24 to Atlanta and got a flat. Purcell worked us into the busy Saturday schedule, fixed our tire, and got us on our way in no time. Extremely friendly and helpful crew. Bring your car here. They are great!

Very kind and empathetic people. Had to make an emergency stop to have all 6 of my tries changed on my rv after both front tires blew out. Do to not being previously aware that they all had dry rot. Even with the very short notice they stayed open an hour later to get it done in a timely fashion.

Overall Purcell does a good job. Bit pricer than others but they typically go above and beyond and offer coupons so I will pay for good service. I couldn't leave 5 stars because the last time I had my brakes looked at for making a noise and grabbing they told me to keep driving and they were fine ended up eating my rotars and cost me a couple hundred more than if they would have fixed the first time. The last oil change my hood wasn't shut and started raising up going down the Interstate. Being in retail I realize we all make mistakes and reviews is how we learn.

No issues with the service. They should be up front about the service charge to use a credit card. I didn't see it till after I swiped my card. I would have paid cash, but didn't want wait for 2-3 weeks for a refund since charge was already posted.

This review will cover yesterday s oil change and tire rotation. Appointment started right on time after a friendly check in and registration. I had periodic updates and the work was completed in a professional and satisfactory manner. In, taking my wife s car back soon for a similar work order! Highly recommend

I live 35-40 minutes away & I had tried two other places for a tire because mine had a HOLE in the sidewall. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, put some light on the situation. She even gave me a discount on the LAST tire in my size. I was beyond thankful for their service because there s no way I could have commuted this whole weekend on a donut.

Oil changes are always great, but head light bulbs are extremely overpriced. Was charged $27 for a bulb that cost $10. I know better for next time.

I called Stephanie to see about getting my tire patched one morning and was greeted by one of the most pleasant people I ve ever met. She was very accommodating and helpful. I dropped my tire off and didn t expect it to be done as soon as it was. I received a call from Gary much sooner than I expected to tell me my tire was ready whenever I was. I was unable to answer my phone at that time so Stephanie followed up a short time later to make sure I knew my tire was ready to go. They even offered to load the tire up for me when I picked it up. Everyone at this location are great to deal with! I sure do appreciate them all.
