A massive improvement over the last time I was here! They got the knowledgeable employees back and now this place runs like a well-lubricated machine. Still got some issues, but they'll work themselves out if this crew keeps up the good work!

Great experience here, I was stranded on the side of the road and April personally came out to pick me up off the side of the road so I can go get a part. Absolute life savers!!

Nice store. Helpful staff. We have a work charge account there and use this store for a few things. I personally use this store for my own needs from time to time.

Worst experience ordering online products ever! We could not get the item to go to the cart one single time in two hours. Everytime it would error and we would do it all over again. Normally not a big deal just call the nearest store and order but we wanted it shipped to our address so he could put it in as soon as he got home from work. Nope. Can only be shipped to your home address if you order online.Again it will not let us do that. So now it will arrive at the store 25 minutes away and not until Saturday morning. So waisting time online and now can't even get part till a day later than we wanted. At least the girl we spoke to at the ordering store was pleasant. Hoping for no further issues as this is the only part available and it's shipping from Memphis.

Not sure how to get someone to ask you if you want something walked into store no one visible walked through entire store finally two employees came from the back no one approached me and offered help pretty sad way to do business seems to be the norm for these people not the first time getting this poor response if you want to find what you want for yourself I highly recommend this place

Broke hub assembly on our way home for Christmas. Limped into a gas station and called to see if they had our part. And they did then explained to him that we were along side the road and wasn t sure how we would get the part He stated no worries we will bring it to you. Had the part in 15 minutes. Very friendly service! Would highly recommend them to anyone but very much so to stranded motorists!

Too expensive! There's a couple of females (doesn't matter the gender) that have no clue what they are doing. I just noticed this because I have had issues a few times. Prices are way too expensive..But other than that they have almost everything you need.

These two women just tried to sell me a battery! It is a new battery and I checked it out at Auto Zone down the road it was 100% charged. So, everyone knows I'm a woman also. At least I know a hole in the ground when I see it! Never going back there again! Princeton, Ky. Store

The staff is always very friendly and very helpful every time I visit the store, the store is always very clean and organized and most always I can find what I'm looking for at a average and sometimes below price range.
