I ve bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, and have always walked away satisfied. Buying vehicles in a small town, it is often a struggle finding competitive prices. But this time was different! My sales person Jordan Curry when above and beyond to make sure I had the exact vehicle that I needed at the best price today s market would allow! Caution-I d be hesitant to leave a deposit on any vehicle. I handed over a non-refundable deposit only because it was near impossible to get my hands on the car I was looking for. I was told the one I want is on the truck and would be there in a day or two. Fast forward a couple weeks later and still no car I put a down payment on. We happened to come across a vehicle available in Ashland and of course we snatched it up, as we were left hanging at Pops. I tried to get my deposit back, as the vehicle I put a deposit on never showed up, but basically was told I could use as a credit if I was to buy from them in the future. Pretty sure that s not gonna happen.All that said, my salesman was nice and kept me updated on my MIA car, but never would release the funds since they couldn t hold up their end of the deal. I wouldn t have been dumb enough to leave a $1k deposit on a car if I was told that it could be 2-4 weeks. Just be cautious!!

I had an issue arise out of a truck that was warranty. I m a little ways away from Pops so I called. Cory in the service department walked me through a couple options and took time to help resolve an issue that we thought wasn t even Warrantied. It s been a great experience with customer service. Thank you guys.

They sold me a truck that the frame was rusted into. I can't even drive it after paying $15,000 for it. I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy a vehicle off them

Ray in the service department was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and compassionate about my situation, especially since I am not from this area. The service at Pop was better than services that I received in Texas or Florida. He is definitely an asset to your establishment. I recommended Pop services to my all co-workers at McDowell hospital.

When I bought my wife's Tahoe 2 years ago..I texted them..told Terry and Brian which one I wanted....spent less than ONE HOUR for the whole process of buying.....the process of searching was was very easy too as we looked online and picked out the one...trusted the guys EVERY single step sooo much...fast forward two years AND I WORK HERE NOW!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT MESS WITH THIS LYING DEALERSHIP. I would absolutely not waste my time especially if planning to travel to purchase. I had a relative spend their entire day working with the dealer and bank to purchase a dump truck. The manager took a deposit and stated he would hold the truck until we could travel there the following business day to pick up and sign final paper work. The lying manager then sold the truck out from under when someone else came by. This managers word is certainly not his honor and the deposit can t be refunded for 24 hours. Honestly a horrible way to manage a business and he will be hearing from the BBB as well as the MVDB.

We are very pleased with our experience with your service dept. We hadn't had time to make an appointment to have our first oil change that was coming due and we called the service dept. and he said to bring it on in and we will try and work you in. So we pulled in they came out and took our truck immediately and said they could work it in their schedule. It was about 30 minutes and we were on our way. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and, also put their attention to a GM recall concerning our vehicle, and did it in a timely manner. very well pleased and highly recommend! We did not get the service mans name but we would appreciate if you would let him know how much we appreciate what he done for us. Thank you , Fred and Tammy Boyd.

Chevrolet Tahoe on GM's Website for X$s, showed Dealer added costs of X for fees. Drove 75 miles to purchase and Dealer had added $7K+ for "Market Adjustment". Salesman said that they would take that off and sell for sticker. Got back in my truck and left. I won't buy from any Dealer that does this. There are plenty of them out there who aren't deceptive. Sorry Pop's.On a positive note the lot was nice with a good supply of vehicles.

Service Department was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was completed and even had the parts shipped overnight to do the recall!! Can t say how thankful I am - you helped my parents (who are elderly) get the work done at a great price

That was so nice and easy to talk to. Care about treating someone with respect. Never will go back to Walter Chevy what so ever. Walter's acted as if I was stupid and wanted to charge me for something simple that doesn't cost nearly the price Walter's wanted to charge me. Best experience dealing with someone trying to help me out in Eastern Kentucky.

I could not say anymore good things about Jim Wheeler and Gunner Slone. We ordered the car last August, the guys were able to help us keep the car a secret and they were able to help us create the perfect car! I had always dreamed of giving my son a nice car for his 16th and the process was a dream come true. Hats off the the people at Pop's and to the great people in the plant in Bowling Green, we hope to have this car for many years!

It s a shame you can t give negative stars. The vehicle I bought from there has been absolutely nothing but problems since. Hell they could even manage to fix the one issue they promised to fix. I was always told never to trust a dealership that doesn t openly advertise their prices, and wish I would have followed my gut and never stepped foot in Pops. They had the time to slap their decals on the vehicle, but not to do a basic inspection before they threw it on the lot. Where they would have found the one door lock didn t work, only 2 of 6 speakers worked, cruise didn t work, the mirrors won t adjust...and more! But they sure as hell cashed the check before the agreed upon date and never attempted to remedy any of the problems.

Best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership! I was so impressed by Shawn Allen s commitment to getting me in the right vehicle at a price I could afford. Same goes for the owner, Brian Nelson, and the finance manager, Joe Brooks. They spent so much time with me and went so far above and beyond to accommodate my needs that I actually felt guilty for making them work so hard! I don t know why they worked so hard to help me but I m sure glad they did. I ve had my new-to-me 2018 Traverse for about a week now and it s my favorite car I ve ever owned! I never dreamed I d find EXACTLY what I was looking for at a dealership in Prestonsburg! I thought for sure I d have to go to Lexington to find the kind of vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I m glad I kept my business at home because I couldn t be happier!

Broke down on a Sunday and coasted into Pop's. The place was closed except for Mo who apparently does a little bit of everything there. He took down my information and Lennis took over Monday morning. The service department got my car running again quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done.

This is a sorry excuse for a dealership!!! You pay $33,000 for a vehicle and when things need done on it they half do it and the promises means NOTHING!!! I will NEVER buy from there again and would not recommend anyone else to either!!!! They sell vehicles with mix matched tires on them with different tread!!! They promise you anything to get to in a vehicle!!! I have contacted the BBB!!! I will not let this slide!!!!!!

They make you feel important, not like another notch in the sells quota. The service department is fast and efficient. Overall you feel like you are treated like family.

my son and his wife bought a vehicle from them havent made the first payment yet. And was taking their 1 year little girl to the doctor when they had a flat while fixing it realized all 4 tires were dry rotted. Could have killed all three of them. They called pops they said all they could do is give them tires at their cost. I cant believe this. There are lemon laws. I would not buy a vehicle here ever

We bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado from them. Salesman was very nice and friendly.The bumper had dropped down so we took it to a local Chevy dealer and they said the brackets was bent. The proper fix would be new brackets. So we called Pops Chevy and they said bring it and they would fix it. We live over 2 hours away so Cory assured us that he would have the parts when we came.Today was our appointment and show up and they try to straighten it cause they parts had made it yet. Well actually they never ordered any parts. Cory and service manager are very rude to their customers. So save your time and money and shop elsewhere.Never buy from this Dealership! We won't ever buy anything else from them nor Recommend to anyone!

Pops service department has been taking care of my car for 2 years. Yesterday they went above and beyond. On my way home my car started acting up. I called and a nice gentleman stayed late to get me in a loaner car.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban with 130,000 miles on it. They told me the vehicle had been checked out and was in good shape. I know that it is a used vehicle. I had the vehicle two weeks and my parents borrowed it to go to Florida. While in Florida my sister-in-law passed away and they started back to be their for my brother. The transmission goes out in South Carolina. Pop's told me that it was my problem but they would give me the service and parts at cost, which ended up being a higher estimate than the Chevrolet garage in South Carolina gave. While they were fixing the vehicle in South Carolina, the technician said that the ball joints were just about to fall out. He said, "they got you." So I have been out almost $5000 after paying them $20,000 cash. I would have been happy with some kind of help but they informed me it is my problem now. They will lie to you!

I went to pops today as they had a 2015 used ram 2500 I was highly interested in I have been to two other dealerships in Pikeville on me Chevrolet and one ford both asked me to test drive as they wouldn t want to sell me something I wasn t pleased with. The gentleman at pops Chevrolet reach me the key to look at the truck and said I ll be right back I have to go to my car, I get my wife to look at the truck and as she says she likes it she goes back to our vehicle. The salesman comes back over and asks if I had gotten the key out (I was looking under the hood of the truck) i said no it s in the ignition then he briskly says here s my card call me when you ll know a little more and locks the key up, i understand don t give out joy drives but I want to know what I m buying and this place sure isn t the place to buy a stick of gum much less a car.
