I would never ever send my worst enemy to grand auto it should be called grand theft auto !! I will never in my life buy anything from them again! They sold me a 08 Jeep Wrangler that has been nothing but trouble ! I bought the extended warranty with it and it s just a big as joke as the vehicle it self ! Trust me folks when I tell you this . Never ever buy anything from them they are just as crooked a car dealership as can be ! The owner is a chicken s - cowered that will not answer the phone or call you back because he knows he sold you a hunk of junk ! The warranty that they sale ain t worth the paper it s written on I have never been so disappointed or dissatisfied with any company in my life as I am with this car dealership ! You don t believe me just go to Pogue Chrysler Jeep and ask them my jeep has been sitting there for over three weeks getting the entire front axle re built, this is the fourth time it has been there for repairs and no the warranty will not pay for it ! Trust me people. Do not shop grand auto !!!!

We have bought 2 vechiles from Grand Autos, The first one we loved and got a great deal on. Couple of years later we went back because we trusted them. The second vechile we bought we test drove and checked out we liked and had a decent price tag on it. So decent in fact we asked if anything was wrong with it or it had ever been in a accident. Grand auto said no. We trusted them and did not do a car fax report.(that is our fault) couple days after owning the vechile the right side passenger door was rubbing. We called grand autos about the issue they fixed it and we asked them again about it being in a accident. They stated no it had never been in a accident to their knowledge.after trying to get the On Star to work on the vechile. That was deabled. We ran a car fax report. The vehicle had been in a bad accident in Louisiana almost totaling the whole vechile. The car fax report show grand autos purchased the vechile as is and fixed it. Turns out we over payied by $6000. This is mainly our fault and our loss, but the fact is Grand Autos does not support its returning customer's and lie on the spot. We never return for future business. If you buy from them make sure to do a car fax report even if vechile is practically new.

At first sales man was very honest and descriptive about the trucks they had in stock. Was told I'd receive a call back the following week. Called back twice and never even received a call back for a sales man. So I took my business else were

Good people. We take our cats there to the garage for mechanical repairs and tires. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Bought a mini van less than 2 weeks ago, already having several problems. Check engine light came on, they cleared the code. Less than 12 hours later the check engine light is back on. I'm not a happy customer.

Steve at Grand Automotive & Tire is probably the best customer service and price that you will find in the Kentucky area. I will only do business with them from now on.
