This is an excellent independent general automotive service facility located in the small community of Cropper in Shelby County, Kentucky.This facility was recommended by several people in the community and I took my 2008 Jeep Commander to them after the local Jeep dealer was unable to correct an electronic problem causing erratic transmission performance.I had consulted several local independent repair facilities and none wanted to attempt to diagnose and correct the elusive problem.Some had estimated the repair cost to exceed the value of the vehicle.The Jeep dealer had made several unsuccessful attempts to diagnose the problem and had the vehicle in their possession for the better part of a year before telling me that it could not be repaired.I took the vehicle to this shop and made an appointment for service two weeks later.I delivered the Jeep to the shop on a Wednesday as previously agreed and picked it up the following Tuesday.The problem was an electric relay in the transmission and replacing the relay corrected the problem.The car performs like new again.The best part was the repair cost. $128 Dollars!Chase, the proprietor and lead technician is knowledgeable, honest and skillful. I highly recommend this facility.Cash, credit and debit cards and check payment accepted.Although no designated parking spot for handicapped customers is marked by signage, the facility is fully accessable to handicapped people and ample accessable parking is provided.This business location is adjacent to the Fire Station in the small community of Cropper in Southeastern Shelby County, Kentucky and is easily located by following directions on Google Maps.Another business, Clear View Excavating, is located in the same building, and their sign is prominently placed on the building.

Although the business is still fairly new, the Haggards have the years of mechanic experience necessary to keep your car or truck on the road. Most importantly, they will do so honestly and at a fair price. I bought a set of tires and had routine maintenance, as well as a small repair done at this shop for my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze and couldn't be happier. I need new Tires for my car. Haggard performance was with me every step of the way. No pressure. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done the same day. Greats guys great service.
