I took my car to Clark's for repair on 3 different occasions. He was upfront, honest, and repaired my car quickly and with efficiency. I also took it for detailing and an oil change.Adding to this review because I cannot figure out how to make a new one.I had to have an engine put in and it was done right. I trust this shop totally.Their son also detailed my car. My car had sat for a year. It was in bad shape. He made it look BRAND NEW. And I mean BRAND NEW. It was unbelievable how clean he got my car. One of the windows had been left cracked, a bird had crapped in it. He removed the seats. This shop said they had my vehicle fixed and I paid them. My vehicle quit running less than a block from their shop. Later, I found that the fuel pump job that was claimed to be completed was poorly executed and replaced with the old sending unit(bent to restriction). When I ask the shop for an explanation of what was found by another shop, The shop owner was very defensive, used profanity towards me, and threatened to call the cops if I returned to their property. I paid close to $900 for work to be completed. This shop is not Accredited by BBB. D+ rating. Lesson learned!Update to the response:There was no offer to replace or send me another brand new part. The messages sent were an hour and a half conversation due to the delayed reply from the owner. I appreciate that your response was respectful when publicly viewed but that was not the case when I ask about the situation. I have the proof in the messages. If the public searches your shop name through BBB, they will find a complaint June 2023 that describes almost the exact same scenario EXCEPT they paid more money and that customer could not get in touch with anyone. The trend is evident and open to the public and for any locals that really want the proof of how Clark's Automotive Repair Services treats their customers when caught in dishonest act, you are more than welcome to contact me. Took my daughters used car to have them evaluate it. They gave it a thorough inspection and made recommendations. The quote was reasonable and the work was high quality. You can trust Heather and Jeremy to give you the best to take care of your car care needs as affordable as they can. Clarks automotive has put together a very knowledgeable team, I can call and tell them a problem and they can pinpoint my exact issue over the phone without even looking at my vehicle. Every one is friendly and very helpful, services are fast and done correctly. Also the 2 door greeters (Luna and Sadie) they are the most adorable friendly dogs you ll ever meet. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jeremiah. He is one of 3ish people I trust to work on my vehicles. Not only was he able to find me a CVT transmission - which is like gold apparently, but he went above and beyond to get it installed in the time frame I needed. Top notch customer service! He was very informative of what was wrong with our vehicle and fast to repair it. He works until late hours of the night if he has to. The men and women of this shop are awesome. Heather keeping up with scheduling and vehicle/customer information, makes sure your vehicle gets done. Jerimiah can diagonose vehicles extremely well and can find issues that dealers cant even find. He is very knowledgable in auto repair and I highly recommend him. 10/10.
