Mike was absolutely fantastic!! No pressure at all. Really great atmosphere! Felt like we were at home.Mike showed us everything about the Sportage. Buying experience was tremendous. I have purchased my last Mitsubishi product. A radio should last longer than 3 years. The service department appointment scheduling needs to be addressed. The manager should have apologized for the mix up but instead acted like he was doing us a favor in getting the car in to be evaluated. At the end of the day we were out $139 and a wasted day for nothing.

We were traveling home and had an accident in Pikeville. We were able to get our vehicle to Bruce Walter s dealership. They worked us in to check the car out. It was not drivable long distance. They gave us a rental until repairs could be completed. Great customer service and quality repairs.

Best experience I have had buying a new car. Honest and direct sales team. Car was delivered 200 miles away the next morning. Highly recommended. Next car purchase I will definitely check out the Walters group cars.

The entire team here is amazingly kind and we loved working with Ed to find the perfect fit. He was easily the best person I've ever had the benefit of working with to buy a vehicle. He made the process simple and bent over backwards to make sure we got something we were happy with. We drove from out of state and have already recommended others do the same as the enviroment and customer service is truly worth a bit of a drive.

My car was taken in for repair which involved replacing the drivers side door and front fender. They were very quick, 2 weeks and it was ready. You can't even tell it was replaced, everything looks great and they even detailed the inside for me. Highly recommended, they did a great job!

If I could give ten stars I would. My wife and I were camping in the area when the transmission went out in our truck. These guys did a great job of helping us. They were able to get a new trans and lines and had the truck back on the road in less than a week. They also had a vehicle for us to use so we weren't stranded. Everyone I delt with was friendly and helpful and did a good job keeping us informed on the progress. Great place. Thanks to everyone for your help.

Hands down the best buying experience with Walters Mazda Mitsubishi.Dustin, my salesman, was amazing every step of the way, answering all questions & requests.I live in Northeast Ohio, and my truck was delivered to my door!The delivery team, Matt and his partner were professional, courteous, and had my vehicle in my driveway this morning.All around wonderful, uncomplicated sale & delivery.Thank you all!!! I love this Raptor!!!!

My check engine light came on and I called for an appointment. Since I did not want to wait, the Service Department said they would try to work me in.I decided to stay in the waiting room. Two different employees of the Service Department came to me 3 times to see if I needed anything or I wanted them to drive me somewhere to avoid waiting.Very pleasant staff and they got my car fixed that day.

I just bought my 2021 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade here yesterday and I absolutely love it!! I found my dream car! I had been searching for this exact car for months.. I can t get over how shiny and nice this car is.. she is beyond breath taking!! Lonnie went above and beyond and made sure I took her home!! Everything went smooth and no issues at all. I m very thankful I found this place! I live an hour and a half away but I m so glad I made the drive. Highly recommend 10/10! I m one very happy customer!! I am very satisfied with my car!
