I needed keys made and remotes for an older vehicle. We decided to stop in to the service center and they said they could get right to it. Two remotes and two keys after a 30 minute wait. Amazing!!! Great price too. From the guys at the desk to the key cutter and programmer... job well done. I highly recommend this team!!

We've purchased many used vehicles in our lives but none ever went as smoothly and satisfactorily as this one! We discovered Walters Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac through an online search for a specific vehicle and found one that excited us in Pikeville KY, a very picturesque little town in Eastern KY about 100 miles from our home. After calling and speaking with a very pleasant and informative internet operator, Jada, we had the opportunity to speak with a friendly Sales Manager who connected us with Ryan Hall, probably the friendliest and most helpful salesperson we've ever dealt with! Long story short, we purchased the vehicle on our first visit, are thrilled with our purchase, never felt the least bit pressured, and feel like we've found some new friends, a new automobile dealership, and even a new beautiful town to spend a romantic weekend in this fall!!

The worst experience I had with these people. Yesterday I called for a vehicle which assured me that they had it and that they hold it until Friday because I would buy it cash and today I call and talk to the manager oh whatever the hell it is and he tells me that they sold it this morning and hangs up the phone. Really unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. Stay away from this dealership if you are trying to assured a vehicle for your self.

I can only go down to the one star, if possible, I would rather have them in the negatives! I bought a Ford dually truck from the dealership but I don't remember ever applying for the Buick enclave 2014 but yes I am still receiving emails from my credit score company plus letters from the 3 credit bureaus saying that I was denied credit for the Buick enclave and the salesman who was supposed to be helping me completely disregarded me and my son and applied for a vehicle that I wasn't interested in! Seriously, I am still waiting for the response from the credit bureaus and I will sending my thoughts to the BBB. I don't think anyone should ever go through what my family has from a car dealership and I will never do it again. I will never refer anyone to go there nor will I ever shop there again. I am still waiting for at least the apologies from the owner and manager and I suppose I can wait until I die before I get one.Salesman name is Colby Reasor at Walters GM and Chevy dealer...... do not give him your info for anything, I also found out that he is running from the cops in the state that I live in which truly frightened me cause he has all my information and address and anything could happen now!!! I rate them at a negative 10

Typical dealership. They'll fix what you need but you'll usually have to argue with em about it and they'll charge ya an arm and a leg.
