I worked with a sales rep named Mason Builder. He was kind and polite. I had arrived to look and purchase are car at 9am. The car had been on the lot awhile but still had not been properly reviewed and even detailed. Service was slow and even as a cash buyer I was there from 9am to 4pm. I had the car for less than a week, the battery failed due to only 30 cold cranking amps out of 800. Still in that same week the check engine light came on. There was an issue with the transmission on a car I had less then a week. I went back to the dealership maintenance office. They call Mason Builders, the sales rep and he said no she s stuck with it. I then was advised by the maintenance shop to go directly to the super store. I did and I spoke with Stewart the sales manager, he was kind and agreed to fix the issue. He said, someone would call me in a few days. A week goes by and no phone call. I call back and spoke with Mason again and he tells me he will get me an appointment and call me back. Once again two days pass I hear nothing. I call again and have to get more forceful about getting this fixed. They agreed to take the car now, Thursday two weeks from when originally agreed to service. I was told that day, that an appointment was not need, you just drop off the car and they get it in. I was given a loaner car and that was appreciated. My largest and main complaint is. Efficiency and slightly integrity doing what you say with out the customer following up or demanding to be treated better. Follow through with task from sales staff was slow and lacking. Nice people honestly, but if your in need of efficacy this is not the place to shop.

Sales person Grant Blair is an awesome salesman and very attentive, had some trouble with the car, but got that sorted out and are back on track!

Theyre not smart, I originally bought my car from them, if they'd work with me on a payment I could afford, they'd make money off my car 3 times, lol, twice me, new customer 3 times, plus make money off my trading it in, guess what, it'd be 4 times they made money off one trade to start

Excellent. Words can't say enough about how good they are here. The best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no hassle. They were not pushy. Very nice and friendly. I will make the 2 hour trip again.

The only reason I gave them a 1 is because 0 was not an option. Chatted with them to inquire about a specific car. Received an email a little while later from Courtney Keene saying yes it s here. My husband then calls Courtney to make sure the car was indeed there. Yes it s here was her reply. We then drove an hour to only be told that the car was not there. They brought out the manager who stated it was sold over a month ago!!! I asked to speak to Courtney to see why we were lied to. The so called manager said he wouldn t get her because she s young and doesn t know what she s doing. I would walk before I bought a car from them!!!

We just bought a 2018 Arcadia from this company a couple weeks ago. Johnny Ray was our sales person . I would never buy from here again or recommend them to anyone. I have called four times to Johnny Ray for him to do what he said he d do at time of purchase . He says he ll call back & take care of everything but never has . He is dishonest & a liar . I hope he gets back in life what he has done to me & I m sure others . I m looking into my rights concerning this sale .

My husband and I traded a 2013 Jeep Wrangler for a 2009 Dodge Challenger here and they were great while we were there but 11 days after purchase the clutch went out and they wouldn t do anything, a 1400 dollar trade difference and they wouldn t fix the clutch, terrible. I do not recommend buying here.

Just bought a car from here yesterday, a 2015 Kia Optima. My salesman was Scott. He greeted me and my fianc�, as soon as we got there, as he was waiting outside for us. He is very professional but also very genuine. Nothing was pressured.If you buy a car from here, buy from Scott. He is absolutely great!Next time we buy a car, we are 100% going back here because the experience was so wonderful.

I had a very nice salesman and was very helpful but I have since been two weeks trying to get my a/c fixed I else get no answer at all or if I get someone apparently the manager is never there to help with a problem and never calls back and apparently they don't check their used vehicles 300 miles after getting it the brakes started grinding so had to replace them and was supposed to be refunded but that was over a month ago and nothing definitely will not buy from them again

If you are about to buy a car, do not go here. I called several times and was put on hold even after asking to speak with the manager. The salesman, Kyle, was very condescending and once he found out he wouldn t make as much money, he ceased communication. I was looking at a Land Rover Discovery that they had. Kyle didn t even know it had already been sold. Poor management, poor customer service, and definitely poor communication.

Decided to take my money back "home".....best decision I could have made. Big shout out to Jay Bartley, Justin, and the whole team up by Wal-Mart! Those guys are amazing to work with and definitely will go that extra mile! I will make that trip again for my next vehicle purchase!

They sold me a car 8 monthsAgo and I call for the Finance CompanyTo Come & Get It Because it was a piece of junk it not even drive it because I'm afraid to its in such bad shape and I can't get it fixed because I live on a limited income and they new that..I think it sad what a car lot will do that just for them to make money they don't care about the person that they are saling it to !!

Well so far so good,,,, well let people know as soon as I have driven the car for a while,,,,but for the people I was dealing with they are very very helpful and also put my wife and myself in a car in very short time,,,not going to say names yet not tell I make sure the car is doing well !!!!!

After getting home and looking at paperwork again we took a total screwing from them and community trust bank. They charge a doc fee for used cars which wasn't told to us or we would never had bought the car. Then the bank charges a fee to you to do business with . I have never had to pay a doc fee for a used car or a fee for the bank either. No wonder they hurry you in the financing department to get u out of there. First and last I buy from the or community trust bank.

DISHONEST! Bought a Dodge truck. They didn't point out it was originally from Canada, and definitely did not mention that Canadian vehicles do not have factory warranties in the US. Also their certified used doesn't mean anything. Pretty Dishonest

terrible service ive called atleast 4 times and they keep telling me there gonna pull my information and call me back spoke to 2 seperate salesman and the sales manager! Do NOT recommend
