Josh has always been a tremendous help to my family and I anytime that we need to look for a car. He has went out of his way multiple times to deliver cars, show me cars while I m at my job, and even send me new information that he thinks would be beneficial toward me. He does such a great job and we are so thankful for him.

While in the market for a new vehicle to meet the needs of my personal and business requirements I met Josh . I personally hate the process of buying a new vehicle but once I have made up my mind to move forward I don t like to drag it on for days . I went over to view the vehicle and make sure it s what I was looking for as I wanted some specific options (I wanted a 5.0 not eco boost, with a center console and column shift instead of floor shift) . The truck was as listed and I told Josh I would message him that evening and let him know how I wanted to proceed trade in/finance/ etc . The entire rest of the deal was handled via texts . At this point Josh said I could come pick up my truck anytime . I was busy with some business customers and told him it would likely be the following day how ever he said he would deliver it and pickup my trade and sign the paperwork at my location this is what we agreed on and it could not have went better entire process once he got here took no longer than 5 minutes . He has earned my business moving forward and I couldn t recommend a better salesman . Lifetime customer

We had an amazing experience dealing with Joshua Harvey. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Stayed late to let us get there to sign papers,December 22,2021 that closed to Christmas and he was nice. Definitely will buy with him again when we are ready.

Josh took care of us.Just the way that he talks to you makes a world of difference in the experience. I was absolutely dreading the process but he made it easy. You don't sit around for hours waiting on a reply from him. He communicates promptly and professionally. He has even took time from his day to bring our vehicle to us and we were able to stay at work. I'll never forget this experience and I'll recommend Josh to everyone. We wish him the absolute best. Josh Harvey is the best there is. I ve never enjoyed buying a car until we found Josh. He was honest, helpful, and very nice. He did not waste our time. He even brought my car to me. I ask my husband afterwards if we even bought a car because the experience was so easy, quick & better than any other purchase we have made. We will never go anywhere else for vehicle s. Josh will take care of us!

Josh is a superior salesman, above all though he's a wonderful individual. First meet him when we started looking for our daughter's vehicle. We had our mind set on a particular color and looking at a previous year model. He made it possible to get more than we thought we could. We purchased a loaded vehicle, color we were set on and the most recent model. We love his endless effort, trying to get what someone exactly what he or she is wanting. He will even personally deliver your dream vehicle to your front door. He doesn't forget you after the sale has been completed. Look up what customer service means....it should show Josh's picture. He's not only our "go to" salesperson now but a wonderful friend. Bruce Walter's has a valuable employee in Josh. We feel blessed to have crossed his path. He will be the one we turn to wherever we are back in the market for a new vehicle. We got a wonderful vehicle and friendship when we meet Josh. Josh is amazing at what he does! He made our truck buying experience a breeze! We told him what we were looking for and he searched and searched until he found the absolute perfect truck for us. He has excellent customer service and wouldn t let us leave until he was sure 100% satisfied. He most certainly took care of us! If you want an incredibly smooth buying experience, go see him!

Josh is the #1 best salesman. I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 from him and the trading process and buying process was super smooth and he made sure of it. Its hard to find someone that cares for his job and has a work ethic like him! Great experience

He does everything possible to make sure you get the best fit at the best deal. He'll even bring it to you! Josh will truly take care of you, even after the sale is finished.

We bought our new Kia Telluride from Josh in November. All transactions were completed over the phone. We went to the lot, I test drove the car, fell in love with it and signed all paperwork right then!! Best customer service ever. No hassles, and helped us learn everything about our Kia!! Josh is great at his job. He s honest to a fault. He may hurt himself on a sale sometimes, by taking care of his customers. I ve seen him spend his whole day trying to make sure his clients were satisfied. He never rushes you. I think that is why he s so successful at what he does. He definitely earned my business for life. Everyone should at least give him one chance. You won t regret it.

Josh will go the extra mile for you if he needs to. He s always ready to answer questions and never pressured us for a decision. He ll run numbers on 5 vehicles if you want him to. He will also make very knowledgeable suggestions to help you choose the right vehicle for your needs and budget. I ve never called or visited the dealership without him greeting me with a smile and seems genuinely happy to see or hear from me. We ve purchased 3 vehicles from him in just a couple years time. If only the buying experience flowed this smoothly and was this painless in the other vehicles I ve purchased elsewhere.

Josh made the process of buying my Mustang GT the easiest I've ever went through. I told him what I was looking for and he had one waiting on me that was better than I could have picked myself. I felt like he rolled out the red carpet for me when I arrived at the lot. I felt no pressure to buy and he was able to work with me to get me into my dream car under my terms. He's by far the best salesman I've ever worked with and I'll continue to shop with him throughout the years. I highly, highly recommend dealing with Josh.

This guy goes above and beyond any salesman I ve ever dealt with in my life. I have purchased two vehicles from him and he s delivered both with no regard to his personal schedule go make the sale. I highly recommend him If you want yo buy a vehicle without the BS fun around you normally get then he s your guy. You may not like what he tells you but he will tell you the truth and bust his tail to make things happen. Guy deserves 100 stars but I can only give him 5.

I have dealt with several other salesmen/dealerships and none compare to Joshua Harvey at Bruce Walters. He was wonderful to work with. We worked everything out online and he even met us with our new ride. We will definitely return in the future.
