Bunch of Thieves!! Tried stealing 2 grand from me. Will never deal with them again, wouldn t recommend them to anyone. Sold me the wrong machine and then tried to take my money. Thieves. There owner is going to hell.

Stopped here in the middle of our 6 day ride on the KAT in need of some emergency parts back at the end of September. These folks took good care of us, had what we needed, and got us back in action. They didn't mind us wrenching on the bikes in a corner of the parking lot. We were able to finish out the ride thanks to them. Good location for this ride also since they are sort of central to the 1000 mile loop. Thanks folks, we'll stop in next time we ride it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES THAT LIE JUST TO MAKE A SALE. WAS TOLD I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN A PART. BROUGHT THE PART BACK A WEEK LATER TO ONLY BE TOLD NO REFUNDS AND THE MAN EVEN CALLED ME A LIAR WHEN I TOLD HIM HE WAS THE ONE THAT SOLD ME THE PART AND TOLD ME THAT I HAD 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. NOW IM STUCK WITH A $150.00 PART THAT DOESNT WORK AND IN MY OPINION IT WAS DEFECTIVE AT PURCHASE. I PRAY KARAMA HITS HIM HEAD ON AND HE IS REPAID FOR ALL PEOPLE HE HAS SCREWED OVER

I want one so bad... is it fair that a NakedTrucker must deliver these and not get to have one???What if I put a 2000w speaker on one and expressed how I feel in the mountains with a guitar...?Staff here were awesome. Got me unloaded quickly and liked the noise I made with a purple guitar. One even called it "heavy "I'd definitely play for them when I've learned a few songs... PS there was also a beautiful lady at this place. I did go inside so if I missed acknowledging one or more...Srry but its taking me some effort to get the video and upload.

Asked for a breakdown of price on a 23 Crf 50 and she ( the owner) kept giving me a total out the door price. Then when I asked again for a BREAKDOWN of the price ( price of machine, tax , fees) specifically she started laughing. Rude to say the least, I wouldn't recommend them unless you like a take it or leave it mentality. Not a friendly atmosphere in the store either. Take your business elsewhere.

Will never purchase from here again! I do not recommend anyone buying from here especially if you plan to finance. The finance manager is the most incompetent lying crook I have ever dealt with when making a purchase. The paperwork was a disaster, none of the numbers were correct. Was lied to multiple times when questioning everything I was overcharged for. The original price of the sxs changed several times. Was charged a delivery fee even though I had to pick it up myself because I was told they did not have time to deliver. The only reason I went through with the purchase was because it was a youth sxs which was very difficult to find and it was a gift for my son.

Not sure what the complainers are talking about. After having another nearby dealer try to sell me a used, rollover damaged, Rancher for OVER NEW MSRP (Plus their fees), I called Extreme. (I know what you're thinking, no way. I'm telling you, it happened. I was flabbergasted.)In any case, the phone was promptly answered and I had a very reasonable out the door quote in less than a minute. Not even 2 hours later, I was leaving with what I wanted. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The entire experience went as smoothly as I could have ever asked. They may not be as inexpensive as the super-dealer 300 miles away but they won't try to take your head off like some of the local competition.

I'm sorry I normally hate to give any business a bad review but when you have a terrible experience what do they expect. I have bought parts from them had them put tires on that was fine. But I would not recommend them working on anything for you my machine was there 5 months never even looked at I understand covid19 hit but 5 months then stored in area where didn't look like it was going to be touched anytime soon just terrible service all they would had to say is we cant get to it take it someplace else so that's what I done took it someplace else

Not a bad place. The sales person did his best to sell us a machine. We looked at an ATV, and got pricing information. When we got home, we decided we wanted a different model. They did not have that model. The sales person said he would try to get one. He never called back.

No one greeted us or helped us find the items we were looking for. Even when I asked for help the two parts guys barely gave me any answer. There were no prices on anything and I had to ask for a receipt. Im not even sure what I paid was for the items I really bought. The only reason this is not one star is because their selection is pretty good. Will avoid going back unless there is no choice.

Had one 4 wheeler worked on and everything went fine..... even bought a side by side with cash. Took a second 4 wheeler to be worked on and 9 months later they are trying to rip me off. They have no original paperwork and supposedly spoke to the disgruntled ex-service manager and ex-mechanic who said they quoted me $3000 for repairs.HOGWASH

Wow. Not happy at all with this place. I went in with two tires /rims to get new ones put on. The tires had to be ordered. Told they would call me when they came in...a couple days later after purchasing I didn't receive a call stating they were in. So I called them. Yes they were in. Brought the tires and rims back in. They couldn't put them on that day. Was told it would be a couple days before they could get to them. I haven't heard from them so I called again to check was told that they haven't had them done after waiting 34 minutes on hold. Called today and was told they were done. We go back to get them and was told that the man we had to get them from would not be back for 30 minutes. So we waited. Waited beyond the 30 minutes. Go in and was told we had to pay a mounting fee. Then Waited another 45 minutes and no tires. Found out that the tires were just being mounted. Won't use them ever again.

Excellent customer service and an in-depth knowledge of all things off-road! The only place I will even consider taking my Polaris RZR to for repair. They are great people to do business with and offer a laid back buying experience while also staying very professional!

The most rude people I have ever dealt with. I bought over 200 dollars in parts from them. I tried to return one of them to purchase my son a helmet. Keep in mind it had not been opened and was not special ordered. They refused to even talk about it said they didn't want to get stuck with the part. I have bought three new side by sides in the last 6 years and I would drive 200 miles further and spend a thousand more dollars before I would shop here again. I guess the 89 dollar part would have put them out of business.

My friends and I stopped in here while ride the Kentucky Adventure Tour. We were needing a tire and some other supplies. They had everything we needed and were very helpful getting us on our way!!!! Many thanks to all the guys at Extreme Powersports!!!!!

You guys are the hardest people to get ahold of. Do you even have anyone answering the phones at all or do you just ignore all your customers who bought something off of you? I sent an email with pictures of my fourwheeler to your parts guy because the seat is tearing up, nobody has got back to me and that was over 3 weeks ago and nobody answers the phone when I call. This is getting old. I would drive there but I live 2 HOURS away.

I can't give a 0 rating. My boyfriend ordered 4 tires in the beginning of March, and was told it would be a week to get them in. We have been calling for a month, and they still don't have the tires in. We asked for a refund so we could get the tires somewhere else at a sooner rate after waiting 3 weeks with no tires. They refuse to refund the $307, and it has now been 5 weeks and the parts guy said they only have the back tires in. Extremely unsatified and i am contactig the better business bureau about this.

Called to verify they had a dirt bike. Said we have 3. Arrived within 2 hours and waited 15 minutes on anyone to even acknowledge we were there. Once he did, they didn t have any of dirt bikes we called about. Showroom was messy, cluttered, and scarce inventory. Had 2015 models on the showroom floor.

I bought a new yamaha r6. I'm not sure if the US model comes with 3 keys. The 2 black and 1 red like in other countries. The red key programs the black ones. I didnt get that key if the US models do come with them. I was in a minor accident today. Come to find out the dealership while was friendly, gave me a deal, and helped me out. I found out today my handle bars was missing an important bolt all together and thats why my bars felt loose. Thank god it only has a few hundred gentle miles on it because it could have caused me to get seriously hurt. I didnt even get the owners manual with the bike either. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did help me and gave me a deal but the bike was missing bolts. I didnt receive everything when I purchased it and they havent called me back. I have pictures of the spots where the missing bolt is supposed to be. Thank god it was found before an even bigger accident. They will treat you right but go over whatever your buying. Make sure everything is where its supposed to be bolts and all.

My husband and I went in there a few Saturdays ago.... not one single person spoke to us as we walked in, we walked around and the same thing not one person spoke, the customer service was so bad that I said forget it and we walked out, went across the road and bought our 2021 four wheeler there! I was very dissatisfied at the staff! They looked at us as we walked in so I know we were seen however, they didn t care enough to ask if we needed help or if we had questions so I didn t care enough to give them my money....

My dad bought a battery from here a few weeks ago. The battery was over $80. We got home got home and realized they didn't even feel the battery up with acid. We live 45 mins away so we went to our local auto parts store and got the acid and filled it up. This costed us close to $40. My dad called and informed them they didn't put the acid in it, but we went to our local auto parts store and got the acid and filled it up. They told us to bring the receipts in to them and they would "make it right." We drove all the way back down there today and they told us we should have just brought the battery back to them to begin with and they would have filled it up for free and refused to do anything to "make it right" like they said they would on the phone. They guy we talked to today works in the parts department. He was even the same guy who told us on the phone he would "make it right" and he was also the guy who got us the battery the day we picked it up. It would have been one thing if they would have stated on the phone they couldn't do anything for us, but we were told they would "make it right" so we drove 45 mins one direction only for them to go back on their word and refuse to fix their own mistake. This is very unprofessional and dishonest of them and we will not do anymore business with them. I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

I bought a general 4/ seater from them. Can't get any help from the service department or from the parts counter. Horrible service recommend find somewhere else to buy from that appreciate your business.Very dissatisfied wished I hadn't bought from them but lesson learned.

The only way I could comment on here is to give one star they don t deserve. We bought a new side by side there last year and bought the extended warranty and something went down in the engine and when we took it back for repairs November 1st the guy said they would start on it in December but so far they haven t touched it. I called a month ago and they said they re a couple in front of me so I called back again a month later and guess what. There s a couple in front of me. I called Polaris and they re supposed to be checking in on it. I m thinking they re little rich buddies tares them up and they take them in before anybody else. My money is just as green as the rich kids only difference I had to work a lot harder for mine. Enough is enough.

I would not even give 1 star but there is not a 0, learned my lesson, the sales man gave me a price out the door was his words but when they put the big stack of papers in front of me to sign they had changed the price and I didn t catch it because I didn t read each paper that they put before me in full, they raised the price hiding it behind the extras that I had put on it, but when I called to see if they had just made a mistake the finance lady said And I quote sorry about your luck but you did sign the papers and then she said she would have the sales manager to call me but still not heard from him so I know it was my fault for not taking the time to read the big stack of papers they had for me to sign, I usually take the time to at least scan over the papers but like I said it was my fault but it don t say much on their part either not very honest.

I have never had people at a place of bussiness be so rude in my life.The woman their is the rudest person ive ever spoke too and Im 54,they put my husband and me on hold for 5 hours and left us on hold after they closed,our 4 wheeler parts are 3 weeks late so far.I will be talking to someone in charge of them and the better bussiness bureau if I have too.

Only had one sales person and he acted like he didn t care if he sold you anything or not. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go and do business.
