Went to buy some parts only reason I actually went into the location instead of ordering them off of the Internet was due to the fact that I had a $20 reward the gentleman that help me was very thorough efficient and very helpful. It came to my reward he never said anything about it. I asked him if I had one to use and he said no Double check today and sure enough I do still have one which is now gonna expire and I won t get that discount $20 isn t gonna make me or break me. This is happened multiple times before and I don t want to make a big deal about it so I just pay it and go about my day, although it is frustrating as I used to do a lot of business with AutoZone until the management changed in the new management was below standard every time I start using them again. It seems like it s not long three or four visits before uncharged a different price than what quoted or shown on the shelf. Apparently don t apply at certain locations even though they re rewards and they re supposed to be used anywhere.

The workers was find. The cotton pickin parts are to high at auto zone and advanced auto parts. There is not huge competitive prices. A huge monopoly. There are 3 companies that has stock in these two business and plus several others and there no competitive prices. Monopoly is against the law. From the sledgemaster 3 times making professional powerlifting history in 2022 that represent the people in Kentucky and east Kentucky.

Nothin spectacular. But was not bad either. Had to track down an employee for help, while 3 others stood around a register and would not offer to help. Store appeared clean and organized though. Purchased wiper blades and no one offered to install them. Not sure if they have stopped installing wiper blades and batteries, but this is not the first time that they would not or would not even offer to install one of the two.

Needed battery for older Volvo they had exact size & amps. left old battery got core refund installed my self fit perfectly

Went in there needing help to find oil for my car. Very rude. Threw around the oil filter like it was some toy. Very rude from the moment I walked in until I left. Never going back.

I only deal with Autozone now thanks to their great customer service prices and availability. I used to shop with Advance but Autozone sets the bar way higher! Thanks for the great service
