Anthony and Lisa are a great team. The whole time I was here these two didn t stop working. They treated me with professionalism and kindness!! Very thankful I stopped in at the this store and was able to get what I needed with great customer service.

The female employee named Lisa is THE absolute best one yet! Very knowledgeable about every product I purchase. Has a great attitude and very professional in her career. I only pray she ll continue to stay.I. Will. Be. Back. For sure!

This use to be the auto parts store, that I always went to. They use to almost always have what you're looking for, and at a very decent price. I would have thought, with an Autozone and now an O'Reilly's in the area, the prices would be more competitive now, but that doesn't seem to be the case. O'Reilly's, lots of times, beats them in price, as does Autozone.The customer service, as of late (In my experience anyway) hasn't been up to par. My next to last trip out there, I stood by the counter, as one person was walking around in the back stock, and the two up front were just carrying on a conversation. It's been like that for a while now, but the time in question, was really really bad. Not everyone in there is like this. Sometimes there are people in there that are 'Johnny on the spot' and very helpful.The store itself is always clean, for what the business is, and there is a huge amount of stock, both on the shelves, and in the back. You can find what you want most of the times, without much hassle, I just wish the prices could be a bit more competitive.

Good experience here. Chris was helpful and friendly. He diagnosed my car's issue, and he also picked out and installed the new wiper blades I needed.

It's car parts. They are always chit chatting, they lack in customer service skills, and most car knowledge. If u go to the empty counter to ask for something, u will have to wait for them to finish their conversation, or phone call, or whatever "non work" related thing they happen to be doing, and then in a "what do u want karen" type of additude they'll ask what they can help u with. Now I can say that they are pretty good at pointing u in the right direction, or getting the correct part, but just that "I hate you for making me work" vibe makes u cringe when u have to ask somebody for something. I gave them 3 stars because their location is clean and well organized. Despite their unwelcoming behavior, they will get u what u need and they tend to be knowledgeable about the products if u can get their attention long enuf to ask. But does anyone here know how to make a customer feel welcome? Yall gotta get some sage and cleanse that place! Your negitive energy is offputting.

The workers seem nice, I bought a new rear windshield wiper for my van. Thought they would assist me with the installation, but was told they ONLY help with the front wiper blades.The store had 3 workers, more than enough to have someone come out to assist a disabled shopper. Advance Auto lost a star or two, just for this lack of service!

I called to make sure that the parts were in stock , I was told they were and the price . I drove 20 miles to get the parts, .they only had one of the parts and it was more expensive than the 2 parts I need. . Thanks for the terrible service I'll never use Advance auto again. . I ordered on line and got the same parts for less than half the price. Thanks again for bad service!!!

Good service and a fair price. I like to buy windshield wipers refills there because they will change them for you. They have competitive prices on most autoParts.

Terrible Service, Refuses to warranty parts that when sold are advertised as lifetime when I tried to return said parts I was told the warranty only covers replacement for the lifetime of the part and that the parts service life was exceeded so there was no warranty coverage. Advances on either side of them will cover said parts without issue so I had to drive another 30 miles to the other Advance for warranty coverage. When I told them why I was advised to notify corporate that their management won't warranty parts because it cuts into their quarterly bonus. I give everyone a fair shake but what this Advance does is absolutely disgusting and I will gladly drive the extra miles to go to a different Advance store or an Auto Zone store.

Went to purchase oil changes. Was no filters stocked. Employee was too busy on telephone to offer any assistance.

Charged me for a radiator hose that they cross matched with my old one just to find out it was too big, and wouldn't do a replacement or a refund all tho it was they're BLATANT MISTAKE

One of the worst Advance stores that I have been to. I have always delt with Advance Auto and after my experience with this store. I don't foresee myself returning to any others. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
