These guys live up to their name Integrity . They are honest, will give you an honest quote on your vehicle prior to your auto repairs, price are very reasonable compared to other shops. Our family has been taken all our vehicles to Integrity over 3 years now. They are the best in our opinion. John who works at the front desk is always there to answer our questions and very honest. Thank you to the men at Integrity automotive solutions. You re the best!

Had to return after very recently getting our front brakes and rotors replaced along with oil change due to a NEW oil leak & FRONT brake calipers pressing on rotors. (In which now the front rotors need replaced already again! Which thats the ONLY thing they replaced for no charge because it was under warranty) Obviously these are the same exact things they just worked on and a couple months later we have all these issues out ofnowhere! We paid 550. Then after letting them know ironically the problems we are having are associated with the previous work u just did so there had got to be a correlation. They not only denied it...they quoted 1300 dollars to fix what my husband and I know was due to their negligence. Also my 20 yr old son repeatedly had to take his car here because they would supposedly fix something and in turn he would continue to have the same issue wrong they were supposed to fix. I wasn't going to leave a bad review but now we currently are out of a car in which had to take it elsewhere where we are gonna have to pay for their mistake. Very inconvenient!!!! Integrity does not apply in this situation whatsoever. They should have fixed what they messed up and owned it!!! I do NOT expect one of your phony replies that you're sorry either so don't bother. I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

I visited this shop for the first time for an oil change and to recharge the AC. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the desk was expecting me and I didn't have much to do aside from hand him the keys. The business was easy to find, the outside was well kept and the waiting area was clean and had a pleasant fragrance. They have a complimentary water/coffee station setup and a TV to help you pass time. The gentleman behind the desk interacted professionally and personabley with all the guests and even the UPS driver. My service was completed and I was out of there in just and hour and half. Great place:)

I hadn't needed an outside mechanic for car repairs in quite a long time. Integrity was nearby and their Google reviews were very positive, so I made an inquiry through their website about the trouble I was having.I was impressed with their response, so I made the decision to entrust my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe into their care. From the moment I stepped into the clean, organized shop I was impressed with their customer service. Not long after dropping off my car, they called to let me know what the trouble was. And despite my best efforts, they didn't attempt to up-sell me in any way, and gave me very fair pricing for the parts and service I needed.By the end of the day, my Accord was driving like a new vehicle and I am extremely satisfied in every way. When I need repair work again, I won't hesitate to call Integrity. Great people, fair prices, and honest work. And their shop is squeaky clean!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto tire replacement

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable mechanic. They were recommended to me, checked their reviews, and they definitely lived up to them. I had a great experience here. The staff was efficient, professional, and honest. I explained what Kia said I needed done and they said they would check it out. In the end, I only needed brakes. They could have just done everything, but they didn't. Honesty and a full explanation before the work was a welcome change.The waiting area and restroom were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning here and have already recommended them to others.Service: Brakes

These guys are the BEST!! Always friendly & knowledgeable. When they give you a quote there are no surprises at check out. It is nice to have such honest people down the street when I need them. :)I highly recommend them.

I called ahead and asked what it would cost for a radiator hose and Serpentine replacement. They said it's a two hour job and would be close to $300. I asked when it would be fixed since this car was my only transportation and I had to work the next 5 days. They said it would be the next day or Friday. So I paid $200 to tow it there. Friday came, I called and they said they probably wouldn't get to it until Monday. I got a call from someone else (not at Integrity) saying they needed approval for $500 but they had not even looked at the car. I called the number on Google again and they said they were waiting on approval. I said I approval from who? I'm literally approving you to go ahead. In their defense New years eve holiday was over the weekend. By Wednesday they still had not done anything. They said I was trying to get Gov't assistance, which was a lie. I ended up towing the car to me house for another $200 and fixed it myself. I'm not a mechanic and it took me two hours. They wasted a week of my time and changed the amount originally stated for the same two simple tasks.

This is a great place to take your vehicle for any repairs you may need. They are very professional, courteous, and all around great people. You will feel like a member of the family when you leave. From having my vehicle towed to getting it back, this was by far a great experience. The tow truck company that they advised me to use was also very professional, Courteous and inexpensive.The repairs that I had done were minor, however the guys at integrity saved me money and time at the end of the job. Like myself, if you choose to give integrity a chance, you won't be shopping around for another auto shop, because you will be a customer for life.Thanks Jeremy and all your guys for the help!

We were somewhat forced here after Discount Tire broke off a stud (this was their partner repair center, since Discount Tire does not do these types of repairs). Integrity did not put correctly sized lugnut on during repair. They also did not remember to lock the key in our car for overnight pick up, so we had to leave it for a second night. They did install the correct lugnut the next day but we had to make the second trip out of our way after hours to pick up the vehicle.

I have never been more pleased with an auto repair place! From the start they were great. I called them Monday bc of my a/c not working and an oil leak. They gave me option to bring it in tues or wed.I brought my car in today and they were taking it back to look at it before I had even left the parking lot. They called me less than 30 min later with the diagnosis and estimated cost. I gave them the go ahead and my car was done less than 3 hrs later.I have never had service at a car repair place like this. I will definitely be bringing my car back any time it needs repair.Its was a great experience!Service: A/C installation & repair

Incredibly impressed with this shop. Took our car in at 8 a.m. with leaking oil & an odd sound. By 9 they had it diagnosed & it was back in our possession before noon, fixed. I called and spoke with Joe about a oil line leak. Had the car towed and Joe had it fixed the next afternoon. Joe was reasonable, fast and honest. I know he was very busy but got me on the road again.Thank you Joe!GeorgeService: Engine repair

Integrity Automotive Solutions deals fairly and promptly with your car concerns and needs. They're really improving the look of the place, and it's been cleaned up a LOT and looks great. Bathrooms are clean, and the new owner (Jermey, pictured) is really putting effort into updating the place. The focus of the business is integrity (it's in the name) - they only fix what you want fixed, and never try to upsell/addon/etc. services or features. They may make suggestions if you ask - but otherwise, they leave you in charge of what they'll charge you for. Wish I could say the same for dealerships and other less reputable car repair locations.I'd recommend 100% to anyone looking for a new repair shop. Great service, honest work, reliable crew, good vibes.

I don t trust my cars with anywhere else. We ve been taking our cars at Integrity (formerly PeWee Automotive) for years and never had a bad experience. Always friendly and professional. They take time to explain what s happening and give a fair price. I ve never left feeling ripped off or mistreated. This is by far the best place to go when your car needs serviced in the Louisville area!

Called in to get pricing for transmission and coolant exchange, they had a better price than K&S tire pros (quick and gweasy) and Honda World with both services combined plus they could get me in the next day and had the car ready same day. Ended up getting my spark plugs replaced since the price was great, Robbie couldn't of been more kind. Great guys out there, highly recommend

Integrity Auto? - maybe not so much.Lets start with the fact that they charged me double what they quoted...and there were no complications or extra parts needed.Then there is the fact that they are significantly marking up parts cost. Antifreeze (the brand they bough, but not what i asked for) is 10.99 a gallon...got charged 25.00+ a gallon. Other parts were the same scenario. I spoke with the owner, who agreed that this wasnt a good business practice, but offered no resolution...More of a "it is , what it is" type of response.It really pains me to post this....Vertran owned and operated means a lot to me...Very unfortunate that these guys are not operating with honesty and integrity. In the off chance they make this right, i may delete this post.

Car was leaking oil and they fixed it and were very polite and professional. They fixed it with an oil change due to a leak around the filter when I anticipated a much more expensive and in-depth repair. Can't say enough good things about this place. Appropriately named!

I cannot say enough nice things about Integrity Automotive Solutions! They really live up their name. Jeremy and his team of mechanics are super polite and highly skilled. You can trust them to be fair and do repairs right the first time! I was having problems with the A/C in my very reliable but older car. I had paid to have it repaired by one of bigger discount chais numerous times, without any success. Each time, that chain-center sent it back to me without fixing the problem. I was beginning to think I would have to give up on the car. Then a friend told me to let Integrity Automotive take a look at it. Jeremy and his team had the car fixed and running perfectly in just one day! It is so refreshing to do business with competent mechanics that you can trust. They are just good people all around- plus, I have the satisfaction of knowing that I'm supporting small business in my own community. The owners care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you, Integrity!

We found this place through Next door Neighbor app. We had been customers of Etscorn Automotive since 1992 but it changed hands and so we needed a place closer to home. We've had our 2014 Civic serviced by replacing the serpentine belt, Diehard battery installed, new cabin filter, oil change; our 2012 Traverse had an excellent brake job and overall service inspection. This place does excellent work, fair pricing, and they don't try to upsell services, trustworthy and friendly group. We will now be Integrity Automotive Solutions customers. I was just telling someone about this place and realized I never got around to writing a review. I just wanna say this place has very honest people working here, they aren t out to get you on price. I took my car in for breaks and they told me I didn t need them. They very easily could have charged me for new breaks and I wouldn t have known the difference. Very friendly honest people and I will always come back here in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
