The golf courses are really fun and for the most part kept in decent shape. The food is delicious, home style cooking. The pool is nice. The accommodations (hotels, B&B rooms) are not well maintained and really in dire need of at least some basic updates. Could be a fabulous place to stay n play if they make some investment in the rooms.

This resort is an absolute treasure hidden in the woods. Even the entrance is grand. The employees were helpful and friendly. The clubhouse has golf accessories for sale. There is a snack bar place in between the clubhouse and pool. There are three 9 hole courses. We played the White Tail course. The fairways and greens were well manicured and maintained. There is a lake and a couple ponds. I saw three deer eating along the course that were not bothered one bit by us driving up on the golf cart. Our course had a couple of covered drive-through barn like shelters in case you need to get out of the weather. They had both men's and women's bathrooms (toilets only) in them as well as a pop machine. We are not too far away, so we did not stay in the hotel or eat at the restaurant to review that part of it. My review is for the golf course and grounds. If you are looking for a gorgeous, quiet country setting to play golf in, this is the place. * This is in a dry county. There is no alcohol for sale. You have to bring your own. Glass bottles are not allowed on golf course.

Perry Park is a great golf getaway for a group event. We always enjoy the 27 holes we get to play and having everything on site and not having to leave the premises for anything (make sure you bring your alcohol). Good food, good accomedations at a great price.

Great golf resort set in the countryside. The course was in great shape and is sure to challenge the average golfer. We enjoyed our stay.

Visited Perry Park for the first time July 23-25. Had a great time! Beautiful course, friendly staff and the very nice accommodations. I can't speak to the hotel experience (they have hotel rooms on site), because our group rented the on-site house they have. These houses were great. My only feedback is not having wifi in the houses, they did have it at the clubhouse. Cell phone reception was almost non-existent for AT&T phones, so having wifi would have been nice. But in the end, it was a good thing because it forced me to totally disconnect.

Top notch. Great place to play and stay. All inclusive, park your car, stay for several days and leave life s challenges back home. Great golf and outstanding staff. Our group has been coming twice a year since the late 1990 s. Many many great stories and good times. 27 challenging holes with large greens, several sets of tee s, in a scenic serene setting.Houses are great, clean and comfortable.Old school photo ..

A fun place to play and stay. They have great food and being able to leave your clubs on your cart is nice. But it's the first coarse that I have ever been to that said no parking in the fairways and 90 rule with no rain in the last few weeks. They aren't scared of watering the coarse and the greens are receptive.

We just got back from our annual golf outing. This was our first time at Perry Park and we had a blast. We waited a little longer than we should have to book and were placed in the white cottage, which was much better than expected. It is definitely the most conveniently located house. The food was great and 99% of all employees were amazing and made us feel welcome, especially the woman in in the pro shop that helped us check in! This would be a 5 star review, but the tall skinny employee that spent his time around the range and practicing for his tour card on the putting green dropped it down a star due to his rude and dismissive behavior when my friend had a simple question about the showers. Strange how everyone can be so welcoming and kind except for him. Also, make sure you bring some cash to tip the wait staff at breakfast/dinner. This was our first time there and a complete oversight on our part, so we had to scramble and find an ATM on the last day to make things right. I m personally used to resorts building that into the price and didn t realize that wasn t the case.We will 100% be back to Perry Park as long as they offer a package for the tall skinny guy s off days.

Recently visited Perry Park for a 3 day event. The course was in excellent shape. The greens were a little slow, but with all this summer heat I understand. The staff was considerate & helpful. Rangers were courteous & not intrusive. Place is in the Kentucky woods and the roads to get there are very suspect. But, once there it is a joy! Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Eight of us go there 3 times a year for 3 days of golf. Hotel rooms are adequate, food is pretty good, staff are fantastic! We've also stayed in the white cottage, which is nice having everyone together. Next trip we're staying in one of the newer houses. Courses are in great shape! No reason to leave the property. FYI it's in a dry county, so BYOB! Cell service is marginal at best. Wifi available in the main area. Beautiful location, lots of deer wandering around. Just got back and already looking forward to the next trip!

This place has gone downhill. We've been going for over 20 years, I won't be going back. Incredibly rude staff! Several maintenance issues in the pool area (dilapidated patio furniture, urinals in restrooms taped up with garbage bags, showers all broken now used for storage etc.) Heck, we even saw fire and rescue Saturday night, checked police scanner and found out someone was stuck in a broken elevator for 3 hours! Food at the cafeteria is mediocre at best. Mostly low quality, unseasoned and bland. Powdered eggs at breakfast. We're not even to the golf course yet! Rude, crotchety old rangers EVERYWHERE. They all have different rules and nobody is on the same page. Greens are incredibly inconsistent. Yes it's a beautiful old golf course in the middle of Kentucky... but for $500 per person for Friday night and Saturday night there's no excuse for all of the issues mentioned here.

Nice place to stay and play golfFood at the dining hall is good. Very nice folks that are employed there, for the exception of the tall young man in the pro shop. He needs to remember who actually pays his salary.

I have played there many times, it's a wonderful golf resort and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But like everything else the price keeps going up.

Just returned from our families first ever golf outing getaway. Perry Park was an awesome place to start, hopefully many many more family events. The all inclusive package of lodging, golfing and food was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Thanks for such a great venue to pursue a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

course was a little rough due to area flooding. my biggest beef was many of the fringes on greens were 100pct crabgrass. that's just lazy. kinda liked the 70s rooms. a better tv would be nice. outside of that had a great time

And the food fixed everyday fresh ( breakfast & dinner )Buffet style eat all you want. Finally it is back away from everything, so that things that you need BEER plus personal stuff too.One more thing you will truly enjoy.

The golf course, hotel and snack bar are outstanding. Until 2019 the food in the dinning room for breakfast and dinner were very good. However, they have changed the buffet arrangement and to get to the salad bar is very difficult and the lighting is so poor you can barely see what is on the salad bar. There is not as many options for regular food as there once was and in many cases the food is barely warm especially at breakfast. The eggs are very cold and the pancakes seemed to have been cooked and left out for a very long time. They also ran out of most of the juices and either did not have more or would not put more out.The personnel waiting on tables in the dinning room were very nice and did a good job. I think that the chef or whomever is running and keeping the food supplied to the buffet is not properly doing their job.One of the main reason we come to Perry Park is the great golf course which it still is but we also come for the very reasonable home style food. The grill is the pro-shop is still excellent and the chicken salad is great.

Nice facilities, unfortunately it was cart path only for first 2 days...brutal ! Other than that, courses were in pretty good shape. Food always good and service...great ham, green beans & salad bar, but was disappointed in fried chicken...didn't like the spices in the breading. Great breakfast too.
