Our Nonprofit rescue was transporting dogs up north when the tire went flat. Our two female transport drivers stopped by to see if they could fix the tire. They were told, we only work on semi trucks we transport in a 19 ft Mercedes Caravan!! It s not small! These men sat and watched our two ladies, Google how to change this tire and watched them do it!! NEVER use Speedco!

I gave them two stars because the lady on the phone was nice. The "tech" however didn't/couldn't fix my problem. He and the other workers were more concerned with the football game on TV. The good news is they didn't charge me.

The service was great and very timely. I just didn't like the jokes towards each other while on the job. Not very professional but very great service.

We are enroute to Canada with 18 dogs on there way to their new homes. Our van just had a new tire put on & the tire is going flat in KY at 3 am. The ladies made it to a tire shop & waited for them to open at 8 am.Well they told us we only work on 18 wheelers & did not help at all. They sat & watched while the ladies jacked up the van & put the spare on. This is a 19 ft van & 9 ft tall with dogs in it so little harder than changing tire on a car.What happened to being a good human & helping out if you can? Luckily we have some amazing drivers & the power of Google. They got tire changed & enroute to another place to get tire replaced.

Staff was friendly and it's first come, first served so I like that. They located the problem with my truck but was not able to complete the repair. That's understandable.

Absolutely heartless that your employees stood around and watched these wonderful women of rescue from Texas change their tire on their transport vehicle with 18 dogs inside. They had waited for you to open and then you offered no assistance. How low can you go? Shameful Speedco. People, take your business elsewhere.

Chivalry is dead at this business.It was sad to see the workers stand around and watch as a few nice gals had to change their own flat tire. A dog rescue Van full of dogs trying to get back to Canada. I would of given them a big fat Zero star if the option was available. I'm sure there are better places to go if you need any work done. I was very disappointed to see this kind of behaviour going on. I wouldn't even Spit on these poor excuse derelict workers if they were on fire.

I can't believe you let people from an Anamal rescue with dogs in transit IN YOUR PARKING LOT change their own tire. Common curiosity would have been nice. Bad for your business. Shame on you

While I understand you might only work on 18 wheelers, to make two ladies jack up a 19ft long van, filled with dogs on a transport to Canada, and put on a spare by themselves is downright awful. Shame on you!!

I understand you only work on 18 wheelers, but to make two ladies jack up a 19ft long van (filled with rescue dogs that are on transport to Canada) and put on a spare tire by themselves shows extremely poor character.

A local rescue, Angel Paws Advocates, was transporting rescued dogs to Canada for adoption, when they had a flat tire. They stopped at your business, for assistance, and were told Speedco Truck Lube and Tires only worked on trucks. Personally, I found it shameful that your company and employees watched as these two women, trying to save these dogs, struggled to get the tire changed. I'm really quite disappointed, and hope the next time your business has a chance to help someone, you and your employees behave differently.

first of all, I would like to say I d rated zero star if I could. I checked in at 6 AM for oil change and there was a guy name David.. his attitude was absolutely terrible and absolutely miserable person he start raising his voice at me using profanity words.. and vulgarity. i m not really sure under what circumstances that Speedco hires such insignificant workers. Shame on Speedco they hire such an terrible employees. and unprofessional staff. and I've looked they've got notoriously bad reviews. hoping that the Speedco would reconsider and reform their staff. stay away from this place if you can help.

I was stuck across the street at the pilot with a blown radiator. I didn't realize they Speedco worked on radiators. I originally called a mobile mechanic, but he bailed last minute. I had limped the truck to the Speedco and they actually got me a discount on the new radiator that i needed and the techs onduty were on fire!!! The knocked out the Job in less than 2 hours.

Read that your staff refused to help the ladies in an Angel Paws van carrying 18 rescue dogs change a tire.Actually stood and watched while they changed it themselves.Pathetic.

I read the reviews before going and was slightly worried.. But I walked in, they took my information and I waited for the truck ahead of me to finish. It was, fast, friendly, and everything I could have expected..sogive them a try!

So couple of weeks ago i went for PM service. First, one of the mechanic gave me 10 excuses like 3 hr wait or not right type of oil and filters available so that i can turn back. But i told him i will wait 3 hrs since there is only one truck in front of me doing annual inspection. Guess what i got into bay after 20 mins. Then he told me they don t have Lucas and I can t stand around bay area which was fine but i found bunch of Lucas gallans sitting in office later while checking out . I was surprised to see that he completely finished the full pm under 10 mins. Then I checked the oil level on dipstick it was dark, he said its normal, i told him you didn t fully drain all the oil from pan bcuz I know my truck. Well i drove 2000 miles after that and truck performance was drained and getting 5.3 mpg. I took it to mechanic shop to diagnose it. Mechanic told me water separator filter was clogged and no one changed it in last service. Now i m getting 6.5 to 7 mpg and truck pulling great. Never coming back here. Stay away

Ladies from Angel Paw dog rescue came in with a flat & you refused to help. You watched as a lady changed it herself. You are sorry human beings. Horrible business, avoid!

By far one of the worse experiences in service I've every had a driver had to deal with. Went in for a steer tire replaced and to have his ac charged. I called before he arrived and was told an hour and a half. When he arrived he was told the same. 4 hours later they finally get him in just to tell him they sent their only mechanic capable of doing an AC charge on a road call and he'll be back in a few hours. Not to mention I had both steers replaced 8 months ago and now it's only 200 bucks cheaper to have one put on. Hello inflation. Wish their service skill went up with the rates. Stay away from here. Guys that work here are all extremely rude and could care less about you, your truck or if they help you or not. There is always someone next in line who will pay them. Trucking is already a rough industry, we sure don't need places like this making it worse.Services: Tires, Air conditioning

UPDATE The morning shift is totally different from the evening. Very friendly and professional staff. The real manager (older guy) was out on a call last night. I checked in at 1pm waiting on the call to pull into the bay. Shift change and I walk back in and there s no one available. Two other drivers before me are frustrated. I m in no rush but wanting to communicate with someone. I speak with the so call manager ( young guy w/glasses). He couldn t and didn t answer any of my questions. He said and then I said and what , other mechanics named Josh walks in and apologize for the wait and looks over my work order only to let me know I m going to have to wait another 11 hours until the 6 am mechanic comes in because he doesn t have any knowledge about my issues. However, he did assure me that he would communicate with the next shift. I always go to Speedco and the never had a complaint.

The service was great The young on staff really knows here stuff, here partner was very helpful as well.Over all they took good care of me on Mother's Day. Now I have safe tires on my trailer. Thanks.

These guys are great, even though the parts had to be ordered and took days to arrive, they have been very nice and helpful to me.

Never ever think that something like this exists in the business. I guess, it s manager, start barking, right I walked in the office. Giving me lesson about being in wrong line ( nobody, except me at moment), and, he does not need to service my truck, and he will not. Rude as rude can be. Alcoholic needs alcohol. Can t believe someone put him in charge.Service: Oil change

Stay away !!! Completely loosers, they have technicians that are going one after another in circles wasting hours of your time. In 25-30 min time frame they stopped for 3 cigarette breaks !!! I my case was one exterior trailer tire to be changed, took them 4 hours ,even that I had one Truck in the bay ahead of me , 3 technicians doing nothing just killing time around with the 4-th technician working on the truck in the bay ( ahead of me ) . The manager doesn't care either about his technicians doing nothing!!!! They deserve to be unemployed !

I came in off the highway with a nail and hole in the center of one of my tires. They pulled me in the tire bay pretty quickly and repaired it with a patch. Every one on staff this morning was so Polite and thoughtful asked how my day was , offered some fresh coffe... This was such a nice and pleasant atmosphere to walk into... Usually the employees are bitter and miserable, but NOT HERE. They were super quick and efficient while still being safe in there procedures to make necessary repairs. I will always come back for Tires or PM services for all my trucks. I wish ALL SPEEDCO locations were like this one. Thank you!!Services: Tires, Oil change

My intention is not to hurt anyone, but to provide truck drivers with useful advice. Came here to replace 2 super-single drive tires. I warned the technicians that the alloy rims would not come off without some rust lubrication first; (canadian trucks from the cold). Instead they decided to sledge hummer it as hard as they could; as much as I insisted to not do it. After 2 hours they gave up. I asked to replace the tires without removing the rims as most mobile tire guys do on the road. Nope, isn t safe they said. I purchase the tires and run across Pilot to Boss Tire and lube. Boss Tire installed the tires in 40 minutes. Amazing, when you know what you doing. All thumbs up and 5 stars for Boss Tire. 0 stars and all thumbs down for speedco. I keep an eye on that wheel because I don t know if 2 hours of sledge hammer did some damage to the bearings. My advice? Do not come here; bunch of lazy loosers.Service: Tires

Kind? Somewhat, Lazy? Absolutely, the bay had one truck in the second bay was empty, they didn t care on the end the blamed on system being down and not being able to change my oil.This place is lacking of work attitude, the only person I saw that is working with Will is the guy in tire bay, the rest were coming up with excuses just not to do oil change.I m not sure who put this manager to run the place, the only path of him running this place would be into the ground.Just to make sure everyone understands, I use Speedco for all of my trucks and thanks god this is not my home location.Best Regards

I love this speedo .. I recommend this shop to everyone no matter what you need.
