Went to do an oil change and to change the bulbs for my signal light and bright lights. Oil change went fine but they couldn t change my lights because their hands were too big . I offered to come on another day, they said they don t know. I told them that something had to be done. I could get pulled over for the signal light. They don t care. They suggested going to a professional mechanic. So you re not a professional? It shows! Save yourself the headache and don t come here. 0 stars.

I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I called ahead because of issues I had earlier that day and the employee was knowledgeable and quick on the phone. Once I arrived there was very little wait and the job was done in under 15 minutes. While I was there, I saw other customers being aided and advised and I saw no one leave unsatisfied.Service: Tires

These guys got the tire plugged & it didn t take forever. Only reason 4 starts & not 5, we stopped in 15 min before closing. Instead of someone maybe having to stay an extra 10 minutes & doing it then, they had me come back tomorrow. When I got up, the tire had 10 lbs pressure & we basically had to drive back there on a flat.I can t EXPECT them to stay late to fix my tire. They don t owe me that. However, that would be a 5 Star thing to do. Once they did it, it was timely & correct, and they didn t try to con me into a new tire!

I always go here for oil changes and tires b/c it's easy. Have had 0 problems thus far. I'm giving 4 out of 5 just b/c I don't think Walmart as a whole has things set up right but it has nothing to do w/ the individual workers. They are totally fine.

Had to get an oil change. The gentleman Named is Jackie, he changed our battery also, did an oil change. Which was difficult the placement of our battery was behind the passenger seat on the floor. Weird designed for a Chevy Traverse. Jackie was Very thorough and explained Everything, He was doing. Really Really Appreciated.. His Hard Work.. will be Back..

The guys here are great. They did an awesome job and I got a good set of tires for alittle over $100 a piece. Plus I had to pay for all the other. Getting rid of tires rotate and balance ..ECT. And my tires are not cheap. I drive a 4 wheel drive.

Walmart tire and lube is my go to for matters involving my tires needing to be plugged, balanced, or rotated. Gone in for these issues more times then I can remember at various locations. The Walmart tire in lube in Paris was super efficient. Was in and out in under an hour. The technician was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Plus I got to keep the screw thread that was in my tire. I'm an odd duck I know. So all in all for $10 and the time it took to wander the store and grab water I'm highly satisfied with my visit and will go again if the need arises. I personally support small and local businesses as much as possible or do things myself. However, I recommend if the prior listed options are not possible that you seek the assistance of Walmart Tire and Lube in Paris.

We stopped by Walmart yesterday after work. When we came out, we realized we had something in our tire, and it was going flat. We pulled around to tire and lube express to see if we could get it plugged. It was after 6:30 but it was still a little while before closing, and we were told we don t have time to do that so my husband asked if we could at least get some air just to get us home- and the reply was we have already turned our machines off- we can t do that either! So we left with a half flat tire!!! Whatever happened to good customer service? You re just standing there looking around, but it s not closing time and you don t have time to help a customer? I guess from now on we will take our business elsewhere!

Great service. I came in toward the end of business hours and they were still able to get me in. Went for a tire repair but after finding the damage did need a new tire, price was very affordable and service was excellent.

Got a electric powered scooter there last night. It was in the box with a flat inner tube, so I took it to the tire center and a gentleman there by the name of Bob fixed it. He replaced the inner tube in the tire that had a hole in it and put air in it free of charge. Great guys work in the tire center.

Had a battery put in my car. The mechanic was very nice and super knowledgeable... was busy, but that's expected and didn't have to wait extremely long. He was finished when I was done shopping.

Called before we left the house to ask if they did brakes & they yes. So we drove all the way to town and when we got there they said that they didn't do brakes. Liars!
