Had a mostly great experience. Another tire shop I have always used (Belle Tire) in Indiana set the bar so high - good luck to anyone trying to ever meeting my amazing expectations. I chose discount tire because they were 2 hours closer and only $90 more expensive for my tire change on van. Bill helped me by getting my tires ordered and appointment set up for Friday A.M. - I knew exactly what I wanted and he was courteous to give me every discount available and provide free oil change special discount they were running. Tire change went as expected though I was waiting for the extras at the end. To my surprise only additional service not quoted up front was the Road side hazard - it may be a great deal at $28/tire I already have additional coverage so I passed at this time. **Here is where every tire shop loses me** I get an E rated tire on my vehicles due to loads I pull and vehicles I drive. E rated tires for Full Capacity need 80 PSI, vehicle tag states 50PSI on Front and 80PSI on rear - however that is the vehicles recommended pressures not the Tire manufacturer. So having this experience every time I was prepared for it. Tire light for low pressure was on - after checking pressure via TPMS I returned and had my tires fully inflated to my liking. They were very nice about correcting it and I explained why I choose to run tires at full pressure. My concerns are if someone didn t know and took it at face value they could be very upset as the consumer shouldn t have to explain this to the service provider. Can E rated tires be ran at lower pressure - Yes - Should they in my opinion No it breaks them down quicker and lessens the load capacity. I will shop and do business there again unless in Indiana & closer to Belle - Overall Great Service / Prices / Alignment was spot on. TY for all you do!!!

I'd give this place 5 stars. I got a new set of tires, and Zack made sure that I knew of all of the things that came included with the tires. Zack was relaxed, professional, and made a long term customer out of me.

Brought car in for simple tire rotation. 2 hours later, guy comes in from back and says rear caliber is busted and leaking fluid...now I know how they can offer that lifetime rotation

Awesome service as always. I called to make sure they had the tire I wanted. Dropped the car off at closing time. They had it ready next day. I was working late, paid over the phone, and had someone pick up the keys so I could get it after hours

Our car just stopped working and the team here did a they could to help my fiancee out on this hot day with our 2 year old with us. These guys are truly amazing to go above and beyond their duties and help as much as they did means sooo much to us.

We show up 15 minutes before they we closing on a Saturday .Had a flat tire on our camper. They were so friendly and willing to help us. Most of the time people when they re getting ready to close don t give that same customer service. They acted like it was just in the middle of the day. Zack checked their stock and they had one tire available. We needed to replace three others. He showed us the dry rot and we also needed three other tires. There were also two other man one was a mechanic, and the other gentleman was from the front of the office. Also, very friendly. They said they could order them and have them in the shop and two days . AWe continued on to our campsite which was another hour down the road. They told us they would order the other three and have them ready for when we came back through three days laterWe showed up and once again, we had the same friendliness and customer service. The guys putting on the tire were efficient and one hour later we re back on the road. Thank you. Tire discounters for a fast friendly service With a smile.

The team at Tire Discounters is absolutely amazing. As a woman it can be incredibly difficult to find a car care place that won't take advantage of you. The team at this tire discounters are always respectful, professional, and I love that they always give me a heads up when I'm going to need services in the future, like new brakes or tires, so I can be prepared instead of having unexpected surprise expenses. I adore the team and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Tire Discounters is our go-to. The service there is quick and reasonably priced. And did I mention the staff is so nice? Great bunch of folks. Check them out, you will be glad you did. We trust them and you will too.

The guys are very professional. My service has always been performed in a timely manner. However, going in, I always spend more money than planned on. I understand the concept of upselling, but as someone who is not a mechanic, feels like I'm at their mercy. I will continue to use Tire Discounters Paris, as there are few options around here.

They mounted 6 tires to my new rims. Balanced came out very well. 2 at .5oz., 2 at zero weight and the rear 2 outter rims wasn't able to check balance due to rim offset to large for the equipment.

I just want to brag on this entire team of folks. I went to get my tires replaced a while back and was treated with the upmost respect. I even had a mechanic come in and tell me how awesome my hair was and asked what dye I used so he could let someone in his family know. Super kind. Even referred my boyfriend who got his tires done recently too. I felt safe and wasn t talked down to because I am a woman. Appreciate y all!

Needed tires for 15in wheels on a 68 coronet done fast during a road trip. This team nailed it and did it super quick while still being fairly priced. Great people!

I have to absolutely brag on Zach and the entire team over at the local TD in Paris. The service was out of this world, they even brought to my attention a major suspension issue I wasn't aware of because another shop that recently looked (not well, apparently) at my car said they found nothing wrong with it. Those guys are just awesome, and I couldn't be happier with going there for what I needed. Thank you again

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Eddie. Took care of us quickly and very politely. Would definitely recommend these guys in Paris. I have now bought several sets of tires Tire Discounters and always had wonderful service after the sale.

I've been taking my vehicle here for a while, and will continue to because the customer service is great. Eddie is personable, friendly, remembers the regulars, and something that is important to me - he (as well as the other wonderful employees there) doesn't make me feel like a silly female when I'm describing what my car problems are, or I don't know the answers to his questions. Great service and staff all around.

Tire Discounters is a trustworthy mechanic. We have had several services completed including: tires, brakes, inspections for purchasing a vehicle, and windshield wiper motor replacement.

Logan and Austin and everyone at tire discounters were amazing I had a flat tire and they were able to get me fixed up and out of there within 30 minutes!!! Thank you guys so very much

I have been using Tire Discounters for a while; they do fast service for oil change/tire rotation service, and any time I have come in with a problem on my tires, they take care of my car quickly. I also got good service when I went in to purchase new tires, so really happy to use them.

I originally bought all four of my tires inFrankfort Ky which they service was awesome but today I found I have a broken tire belt Wow ! Go here before anywhere else! Best customer service around. They don t charge an arm and leg to diagnose a problem and make sure you re taken care of. Great place.

Had a tire on my trailer blow out and the guys there took great care of me. The service was quick and affordable. If you are ever in Paris Kentucky and need a tire or automotive work done check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.
