They were great. Didn t overprice me on anything. The only thing was the timeframe. They went past the expected time by a few hours. But, I couldn t have asked for better service. I will be taking my car here for as long as I own it. The knowledge they had about my car was incredible.

The first time I took my car in for repairs I made an appointment 10 days later my car was still not repaired finally got my auto repaired, Made an appointment for a second repair made an appointment dropped off my car the night before and two days later my car still sitting in the parking lot. Would not recommend this shop appointments mean nothing to them. Owner needs to spend more time working than talking and smoking in the park lot.Service: Auto engine tuning

Our family has been going to Mitchell s garage for all of our car repair needs for around 5-6 years now, it is ran by a great family and mechanic that has over 20 years experience working on a wide variety of vehicles. I ve never been disappointed with their service or prices. Any problems I have had they have fixed and within a super reasonable amount of time. You will not find another mechanic in Paris that does quality of work that Mitchell s garage does!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

DO NOT USE THIS "GARAGE". They will lie to you about when they can actually work on your vehicle. The woman who answers the phone will tell you that you're next, I was next for 5 days.... Once she is tired of lying she just stops answering the phone. They're obviously more concerned with oil changes. After my bill was paid I was told my keys would be in the car for an after hours pickup. They were not. This caused to be extremely late for work the next morning due to the fact their business hours are incorrect on the door. You will be better off taking it to another garage and waiting for them. At least you'll know when you can get your property back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always great to work with and get the job done quick! They have worked on several of my cars and I have never had a complaint. They treat their customers right and always do it at a fair price.

We went out to see we had a flat and our Jeep wouldn't start this morning after the bitter cold. We called Mitchell's to find a place that has air and the lady was so kind and thoughtful, that she sent a tech to our home, without charge. We have nobody here and are humbled and VERY thankful. We are bringing business to Mitchell's from now on!!

I was traveling in the area to obtain housing, my vehicle calipers locked up. Jay fixed my car fast, replaced all rotors and brakes and the caliper. A week later I was back in the area. The caliper locked up again, destroying the rotor and brakes. I called Jay who immediately had my car towed from Georgetown back to his shop and fixed everything under warranty. Jay and his staff are friendly, fast and professional with the feeling they have never met a stranger. I will be moving back to the area in a few months and I have already found my mechanic. I would recommend these folks above all others!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
